Cette ferme de 100 ans construite sur la route du peltier a été achetée en 2019 et entièrement restaurée pour les visiteurs de la région viticole de Lodi. À quelques minutes de magnifiques établissements vinicoles, de la vieille ville de Woodbridge, du centre-ville de Lodi, du sentier de randonnée du lac Lodi et du centre de kayak. Accès facile aux I-5 et H-99. Profitez de la paix et la tranquillité du pays du vin. Découvrez une maison entourée d'un célèbre et majestueux vignoble de zinfandel, ancien vignoble de Lodi. Soyez le premier à séjourner dans l'une des plus jolies fermes de Lodi et à vous éloigner de l'agitation de la vie urbaine. Cette maison de vacances a été organisée par les propriétaires de Langford Estate - c'est Lodi Farmhouse Glamour à son meilleur! Disponible à partir d'octobre 2019. Plus de photos à venir.

Perfect Stay For Wedding Eve

My bridal party and I loved our stay at this chic and updated home. We felt right at home with the many amenities and comfortable vibe it presented. Would highly recommend staying here for any occasion!!

Great Property

Came here with spouse and friends to check out the Lodi wines. It was a great location, clean, and loved looking out the windows onto the vineyard and orchard. Easy to get to the Lodi wineries and definitely recommend!

The house was fantastic. Clean and tastefully decorated!

We stayed at this property for 5 days and our time here was amazing. The house was clean and the decor was great my fiancé said it looked like a Joanna Gaines house. The property was peaceful and quite. I would stay here anyday. Best VRBO by far!

Another great stay!

My two friends and I once again enjoyed this beautiful home for our girls getaway. We previously visited last August and decided to come back because the house has everything we need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The home is spotless and the decor is lovely. A lot of care and detail went into this house!

Perfect stay!

What a beautiful setting! The home and the property are perfect! We had an amazing time with our adult children at your home. There were so many sitting areas outside which we enjoyed. We bbq’d and played games, and drank great wine, which was delivered for us. Our daughter fell in love with your barn kitty- what a sweet cat. Everything was perfect- I wish I could live there full time. We will be back!

Wine Country Vibe

We enjoyed the house's isolation from the crowds, privacy, peace, and quiet. We were surrounded by vineyards in every direction. The host was responsive and very kind. It's an old house in the ground surrounded by very dusty grapes. Many spider webs are on the windows, and the kitchen has expired consumables. The beds were okay, and we thought an upgrade would make a significant difference.

Rundown & Unclean

The property seemed neglected upon arrival, looking almost abandoned. Inside, it initially appeared clean, but we discovered at bedtime that the bedding had not been washed; the beds were simply made. One pillow had drool and some blood stains. We ended up washing everything on our first night. There were many cobwebs inside, and some boards were falling off the house. On a positive note, the washer and dryer were very nice and frequently used. Communication with the host before arrival was excellent, and she assured us everything was clean. The location, close to Viaggio, was perfect. If the house had been clean and matched the photos, this would have been a five-star review.

Beautiful spot to stay

We rented this lovely farm home in November. The house was clean and as pictured. We had everything we needed except shampoo and conditioner. Be sure to bring your own! The setting is peaceful and pretty and we would stay there again.

We came form out of state for my sons wedding at Viaggio. It was super close and convenient! Clean cute and had everything we needed! Was our first vrbo stay and we were very happy with it!

Perfect getaway in wine country

Wow...what a beautiful spot, waking up in the middle of a vineyard and hearing the birds chirp! Great location to the local wineries. We had a blast (we've been home for a week and my husband is already trying to plan another trip)!

Beautiful but needs improvement

The property is wonderful but a few improvements would make it stellar! The outside needed maintenance (rough driveway and messy front yard). There was only one tiny knife in the whole kitchen. No ironing board (but there was an iron). No full length mirrors. On the plus side, the views were amazing and the AC worked really well.

Beautiful home surrounded by vineyards

Beautiful home surrounded by green vineyards (trip in April). Very quiet area. House was great! Clean and very spacious. Plenty of needed amenities. Contact less entry made for easy arrival and departure. Will definitely look for this place again next time I’m in the stockton area.

Beautiful Property

I was in the area on business for the week and found the property. I was so surprised how amazing the house was. It was a clean, well decorated home just outside of the city. The property is beautiful and relaxing to sit outside at the end of your day. And the friendly kitty was a bonus!

The property is in a nice location.

The property is in a great location for visiting wineries. Very clean and very nicely decorated, the outside was really nice as well. There are only a few things that I would suggest. One that the property manager get in touch 48 hour before the arrival to explain the check in process. Maybe put something on the mail box (solar light) We drove right past it. Other then that I would definitely rent this property or refer to a friend.

Farmhouse Vineyard Getaway

Had a wonderful time, reconnecting with childhood friends. House and setting are very relaxing. Lovely indoor/outdoor spaces available for sharing tales of youth while enjoying a nice glass of wine. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. Sitting outside by the fire pit, laughing our heads off, with no neighbors to disturb, was sublime.

Cute property in wine country, little communication

We had a great time here, the location was great for wine tasting, except a few things we found odd. It was one of the hottest weekends of the summer, and the air conditioner took FOREVER to cool down a small house. It didn’t seem right, and I contracted the owner about it via VRBO app, and never got a response. We had to leave to dinner and come back hours later, for it to be only a few degrees cooler. Also, there was 3 toilet paper rolls total in the entire house. We were down to one bathroom with toilet paper left by the end of the weekend. Other than that, it was a cute property with prime location for wine tasting.
