Beautiful Property

This is a beautiful, property, well managed and the views are second to none. It afforded us privacy, while being located near downtown. I have stayed several places on the island over the past several years, and this is by far my favorite.

Beautiful condo in nice area

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The condo was well stocked and beautifully furnished. Really appreciated all the snorkeling gear that was available. My favorite place was the sofa on the balcony to enjoy my mexican coffee and sunsets.

Great location with direct access to beautiful snorkeling

Our family had a fabulous trip to Cozumel and condo was exactly what we needed. It was in a great location with direct access to great snorkeling for the family, a nice pool and was safe for everyone. Would definitely go back and stay there again. Excellent apartment fir swimming and snorkeling

We enjoyed the property. The pool is wonderful, easy access to snorkeling right off the front of the property. Well equipped kitchen. Water dispenser was unreliable but we dealt with it by pouring right off the large bottles.

Amazing in every way!

We love this condo! It is our second time staying here and we couldnt ask for more. The location is great and the water is beautiful right in front of the property. The owner is responsive and the condo is well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing view

Perfect blue waters, great snorkeling right in front of unit(strong current). Was almost impossible to make cell calls, a Cozumel issue I am guessing.

The cellular service can be intermittent. When people mention it to me I advise them to change the settings on their mobile phone use the wifi to make calls when connected. Consequently, you can call when you are in the condo. Also, most restaurants offer complimentary wifi access.

Great place to stay!

We had some hiccups in checking in— key code info given was incorrect, but the property manager quickly helped (as did the owner of the unit via text). This condo building is in a great location, a bit off the main tourist section (only $5-$6 to get downtown though), and on some of the best waterfront on the island. Everything was clean and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and look forward to returning!

A True Paradise

Clean, and we'll appointed the condo had all we could hope for! The view is nothing short of amazing! Two Master bedrooms make it less awkward when travelling with friends. Dan, the property manager was very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. I hope to stay here again when I return to beautiful Cozumel

Wonderful time!

Beautiful condo with stunning views! This place is very well stocked with just about anything you could think of. Great location being an easy walk or cab ride to town. Make sure you have Alex fix you up with Karla for a home cooked meal. It was delicious, fun and very reasonable(they should market her more!) We actually had her come twice. You will not be disappointed with this place! We cant wait to come back!

Wow! Gorgeous view and property

Everyone in our group said “ wow” upon entering this condo. Said it again when taking in the view from the balcony. Excellent snorkeling at the condo…just step down the ladder into 12 foot deep waters and follow the coral , sponges, fish, turtles, eels, starfish along the edge/wall. Some of the best snorkeling we’ve ever experienced. Safe area. All the people working with condo were top notch. Can’t say enough positive s about this condo and our two weeks in Cozumel.

This is the best condo on the island. Great views, everything was as advertised. We have stayed at other smaller condo units (Mira Mar) just down the road and they are fine too. I have also stayed in San Miguel when traveling by myself. But for four adults this place was perfect. Begin your search for a condo with this unit! I have been diving on the reefs of Cozumel since 2007. Loved the condo and please be kind to the reef system.

Thank you for the kind review. We are told that the double ocean view master suites are unique to our complex. There are also several dive shops within a 5-minute walk from the condo.

Beautiful view

This was truly an amazing view and terrific snorkeling, right off the property. I loved the deck, which was very private, and a lovely pool practically to ourselves. It was minutes from the town, and on the opposite side of the mass of people. The condo was full of everything we would ever want. However, the ad has the little icons of a washer and dryer, but there wasn’t one that we could use. Beware of this, so that you may pack accordingly.

Unfortunately, the washer/dryer was just replaced with less than 4 years of use - typically due to overfilling or loading clothing having lots of sand. We have just replaced it and it is needed for housekeeping. We allow the maid to clean a load at mid-week for those staying for 7 days.

Amazing property

We loved our stay… however, the property has NO generator for power outages. We were without power for 12 hours straight… a bit unnerving. Apart from that, the property is more beautiful in person. We will likely stay here again. Also, the listing said there is a keurig coffee maker however there is only a standard coffee maker. No Biggy, we just purchased some ground coffee. Really great Condo overall!

Cozumel's electricity comes from undersea cables from Playa del Carmen. Unfortunately, the outage was due to damage to a cable and it took a long time to get it repaired. It is an extremely rare occurance. Even when we were in Cozumel for the last two hurricanes, power was down for less than 8 hours on one and not at all for the other. The Keurig machine broke and a replacement was not available on the island. The replacement is a programmable Black+Decker drip coffee pot.

We loved everything about our stay. The condo is beautiful. It’s in an excellent location. It’s well stocked with everything anyone would need. The snorkeling was great! The housekeeping is excellent. Alex l, the property manager is excellent. The pool is great! The ONLY negative was the hateful lady, Terry Hernandez, at the pool everyday who puts her towels in several chairs for the entire day weather she’s there or not. She’s very hateful to all the kids and seems to think this is her private pool and chairs. Kind of took the fun out of things. Overall it was great!

We are sorry about Tery. She has stage 4 pancreatic cancer and is not well. Cozumel is the love of her life and although she has a hard outside, she has a soft inside. We are sorry you had to experience her at this time.
