Soyez le premier à profiter de notre spacieuse maison à aire ouverte avec un grand espace de vie extérieur qui s'ouvre entièrement sur une véranda donnant sur la réserve aquatique de Matlacha. La faune abonde, y compris une vaste gamme d'oiseaux, de poissons et même des dauphins occasionnels! Si vous aimez pêcher ou faire du kayak, c'est votre endroit.

La maison est équipée d'un ascenseur de 7500 lb avec télécommande Gem, d'un ascenseur 10 kg et d'un ascenseur tandem pour kayak (également avec télécommande Gem). Si cela ne suffit pas, sautez dans la piscine d'eau salée chauffée pour une baignade rafraîchissante ou pour les nuits et les matinées plus fraîches, faites un plongeon relaxant dans le bain à remous.

Cette maison est vraiment une oasis insulaire et à seulement 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville de Matlacha où vous pourrez admirer la vue dans un certain nombre d'excellents restaurants à quai (y compris le célèbre Bert's Bar and Grill), visiter le pont Matlacha (connu sous le nom de World's Fishingest Bridge) ou promenez-vous et visitez les nombreux grands magasins du centre-ville. Il y a même un magasin de fudge et un magasin de crème glacée!

Cette maison est équipée d'une surveillance extérieure pour votre protection (sonnette à anneau à l'avant de la maison et une came de projecteur à l'arrière de la maison). La maison dispose également d'un Amazon Echo Show pour votre usage qui peut être désactivé si vous le souhaitez.

Book this house if you can!!!

We so enjoyed the restaurants and experiences in the Matlacha area but also always loved coming back to our "home for the week"...the lanai and view are wonderful! The house is beautifully maintained/organized and owner is helpful/available if needed. Thank you for an amazing vacation in Matlacha!

Perfect Vacation ,perfect location !!

We had a perfect vacation in Matlacha . This home is absolutely recommended for those who love sunset views , nature , quiet neighborhood and lots of amenities . Kajak, bicycles , even a table tennis board , boat lift and so much more. In case of small problems response within minutes from the Jeanice ! Thank you for your good job Jeanice and Erick .

ABSOLUTELY MAGICAL!!

"Island Oasis" is a magical place. Love Love Love this home!! We spent 2 weeks enjoying the perfect weather..sunning, swimming, relaxing, watching fish jumping, ospreys building nests, dolphins swimming by..never a dull moment. The home is immaculate and beautifully decorated..all photo's are accurate. You will not want for anything. The lanai is perfect for watching gorgeous sunsets..overall a great space for everything. Matlacha is so cute and great to explore..adorable shops and Island Seafood is the best for fresh fish, shrimp and crab cakes. We would love to return but, sadly already booked. Jeanice and Erick, Thank you for sharing your home..cherished memories were made here!!

We loved our stay in Matlacha! Was so peaceful and quiet yet close enough to shops and restaurants. The house was beautiful and the owners responded promptly to questions. Would definitely come back to stay here again.

Paradise!

The property is just as described! Jeanice checked in regularly in case we needed anything! - we didn’t! Everything was there. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable home. Most of our time was spent on the lanai! Mornings with coffee and tea and evenings with beer and wine. You are looking right at a nature preserve and it was great to watch the variety of birds, the jumping mullets and the dolphins. The pool is great! Perfect temperature and very clean. We enjoyed easing tired muscles in the hot tub. Matlacha is a busy, funky town and the neighborhood is bustling but the minute you head to the lanai you feel very private. Quiet except for the occasional kayaker going by. Will definitely return!

VRBO Gold Standard 5 Star Stay

What we liked? How about “everything”. With VRBO’s, unfortunately, pictures don’t always equal the reality when you arrive but this property is MUCH BETTER than the pictures. The owners are amazing (way beyond 5 star), on the water location is incredible, nature is everywhere, water access is immediate, lot privacy and peace-filled neighborhood exceeded any expectations. Amenities are 5+ star and we loved the pool and outdoor area for so many reasons including that no one could look into or on us e.g. helped us feel comfortable and alone which is very special. Everything worked in this property. We could easily write an oversized review on all the positives. Cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Large garage and ample parking was such a benefit. Publix and other important infrastructure right down the street. Though when we stayed, there wasn’t an easy way to kayak; the owners stated they are in the process of installing a means to launch and recover kayaks from their beautiful dock which by the way is extremely well equipped for power boats. I also want to point out that based on the property/amenities the price is extremely fair & reasonable and to be honest, could easily be raised and still well worth it. Please keep in mind we are very picky and the best feedback I can give is “book this property, it’s the Gold Standard for 5 Star VRBO’s”!

“Sunset Serenity”

First impression when walking into the home, WOW!!! Jeanice and Erick’s home was everything and a whole lot more than pictured or it’s descriptions. Kelley and I had the pleasure of spending 12 days of peaceful luxury at their Matlacha home. The owners were very responsive to every question that came up. The home itself has a wonderful open feeling throughout. The one spot that we just could not get enough of was the lanai, huge with comfy lounge chairs to view sunsets and even take a little siesta. The heated pool along with the hot tub added such a plus to our busy days of kayaking and biking. One thing that really stood out was the absolute privacy of the pool/lanai area, we saw no other home with anything close to what their home has. Spectacular View

What a month! I booked with the idea that I would provide a place for my family to visit to make memories. And we did. My 9 year old grandson spent the month with me and fished, learned photography and we made memories. Thank you Jeanice for your quick responses to our questions and hospitality. We will be back!

We had an absolutely amazing vacation. Our daughter and son-in-law visited, we rented kayaks, and everyone enjoyed staying in this beautiful sanctuary!! Amazing home with unforgettable view

We have rented homes all over the world, and this place is by far the best place we have stayed at. The view is unforgettable, the amenities are top notch and the beds are best. Plenty of seating inside and out. Their lanai is massive with ample seating and 2 tables. Their pool was heated and fantastic. On our chilly nights we really appreciated the big hot tub (all 4 us of could sit in it) and watch the sunset. Her kitchen is great and we cooked in plenty of nights. They have a huge garage as well. They provided beach towels, coolers, beach chairs and a wagon to haul your stuff to the beach. She could easily charge more. If you get a chance to book this place, grab it....I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Thanksgiving week in Matlacha

We spent Thanksgiving week here in Matlacha - the house is perfect for us and we had a great time. We rented some kayaks and sup boards from local folks (who delivered them to the dock) and we explored around the mangroves. Easy kayak/sup board trip to Matlacha for coffee/cocktails/dinner. Really enjoyable stay. Thanks

We went for the view and found a well-kept secret...Matlacha! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed right there. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance and worth your time. The neighborhood is very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The house is as described and shown in the photos. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes, and cooking supplies and the electric grill works great. The owners and manager were quick to respond to questions and concerns. The manager was very helpful with information about the island😊 Looking forward to going again!
