Lovely very roomy house outside of Haverford west in a very rural location with no nearby pub or shop. Lovely walks and ideal for dogs. Beautiful starry sky's at night, However you will not be able to park up the car and enjoy west wales as about 3 miles to St Davids and therefore will need to drive . House was lovely and owner and communication was good . No directions sent by Home away and wrong entry code sent by them
We had a lovely break in this comfortable cottage with a beautiful garden, which we enjoyed sitting in as weather was perfect. Very spacious accommodation with large rooms and well equipped kitchen. Thank you, Shayne, for a great holiday.

Delightful Holiday Home in a quiet location
We enjoyed a lovely stay for 5 days, a home from home enjoyed by us and our two Norfolk Terriers. A safe and secure garden for the dogs and very comfortable accommodation for us. Well equipped throughout. Centrally located for exploring the Pembrokeshire Coast so an ideal base for either a short break or longer stay. We would certainly return if revisiting the area in future - a Summer stay would be lovely to take full advantage of the outside spaces.
We stayed 2 nights in this lovely property. The group of converted barns are quite secluded - the Sat Nav took us very close to the area but it was then necessary to use google maps to get us to the final destination. It is ideally located for visiting St David's, Solva, the coastal path and Port Gain, where there is a good pub for meals. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. Shayne was very helpful in providing useful information ahead of the holiday about places to visit and eat.
A quiet, relaxing family holiday in this homely barn conversion. The facilities are spacious and comfortable. We explored fabulous pembrokeshire including north and south coast beaches, coastal paths and villages. This is a very quiet, rural spot, requiring a car, which suited us fine. We enjoyed spotting buzzards, a woodpecker and bats near the cottage. Nearest places we frequented were St Davids and The sloop Inn at porthgain. We loved seeing the seal in the harbour at Abercastle too!
A lovely home for the weekend. Butterflies and bumble bees everywhere in the pretty gardens. Lovely and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of St Davids. Went to Sloop Inn had an lovely meal, highly recommended.
Really nice location, well equipped and very peaceful. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a complete relaxing time and some beautiful places to visit. Very comfortable and very well maintained.
The house is well decorated, good size and there was a lot of space for me and my partner, our two kids and a dog.
The neighbourhood is very quiet and John and his wife next door are very nice.
The location is very close to Porthgain and to St David's-a very good base to explore North Pembrokeshire.
Shayne, the owner, was more than helpful-Sorry Shayne, we did not manage to use the firepit/bbq as the place was a sun trap (we were lucky to get just one rainy day during our visit); however, we did water your plants and fed the birds-by the way, the cherries and tomatoes need harvesting!
I moved to Pembrokeshire in 2010 after falling in love with the beauty and peace of the area. i grew up in Zimbabwe and somehow Pembrokeshire reminds me of those halcyon days that were laid back with mainly outdoor living. One of my main passions is animals, and so I trained as an Animal Communicator which I now do as a profession.
Extremely quiet and peaceful, no traffic noise whatsoever. Spacious, light, beautifully furnished and equipped. Suitable for families and couples and dog friendly (by prior discussion)
