We just loved staying at this VRBO. Enjoyed morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the marina. Location was close to many golf courses. In the evenings we were able to walk to nearby restaurants. Jim was very helpful getting us settled in and looking after parking. The loft was perfect for us and there were no issues with noise at all. We would stay there again.
Its a very unique property due to location and layout. The restaurants and music in the area are excellent and generally stop at 9 or 11 pm. We could walk right down the pier and enjoy the food and music.
Jim and Daisy were very helpful and friendly and gave us lots of good recommendations.
The absolute best location you could ask for. There was an ant issue as little tiny ants crawling all over the counters wasnât ideal. All in all I had an amazing time. Thank you for the stay!
I was greeted with a cheerful, personal welcome and shown everything I needed, including my own âconed offâ parking spot! Had a bottle of champagne cooling on ice, and the view of the marina was superb! I absolutely loved the artsy feel, the spiral staircase and the mermaid on the shower stall as well as the unique design of the bathroom sink. Wonderful coffee machine as well and it was so easy to go out and enjoy the live music and fun atmosphere of the nightlife within steps of the loft! It would have been even better if I had a boat to dock in the private slip offered, a very active location!!
A Comfortable Waterfront Stay in a Surprisingly Artsy-Industrial Setting
We travel the world with our kids, and look for unusual, interesting, unique locations and lodging; this time, to visit grandma near Tradition, we were looking for a unique setting near the water that was the opposite of a commercial hotel/resort. This was perfect for what I wanted for our 6 days stay over Christmas. The loft is just as pictured, and everyone slept comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked, with dishwasher and laundry, and the promised parking space was as needed. Waking up to seagulls on the docks, and evenings on the deck were what we needed, we did our xmas shopping at the shop next door and enjoyed a couple of dinners at the restaurant downtown the dock. Jensen Beach was an easy drive, as well as Jupiter and Palm Beach. It was the perfect landing spot to also get to Tradition, and we'd would happily return.
This was a wonderfully unique place to spend a few days on a getaway. Got in after dark on Saturday night, but no problem, we walked to a great seafood restaurant, King Neptune, stopped by to both watch and participate with the locals in dancing to the Jupiter Trailer Trash jam band at Manatee Island and topped the night off by listening to part of a set by Rezen 8 at the Twisted Tuna, before walking back to our great apartment for the night, like living in an art gallery of Doktor Thrill, which is just lovely. And that was just the first night.
The place itself was done very nicely. Great kitchen although we really only used the Nespresso coffee machine and the champagne glasses. Loved the artwork and the upstairs sleeping loft, bathroom and bonus closet the size of a room were just perfect.
Communications with Jim K. the dockmaster was superb.
We were 3 women 50+ on a long weekend getaway. The VRBO
was just as advertised and perfect size and location for all that we wanted to do. Jim, the caretaker/host, was the best part of the VRBO! Courteous, entertaining, helpful and informative. Brittany was also wonderful to work with on booking. Both were immediately responsive when we had one slight problem. We were close to shops, entertainment and food. Getting around by car was easy. We would do this again in a heartbeat and highly recommend this VRBO. I have not unpacked my bag yet and might just turn around and go back!!!
We had a great time! Location is perfect can walk to restaurants and shops that stock all local artist one of a kind items. Jim was our host and was very friendly and accommodating. Well hidden gem. I highly recommend!
Interior as advertised. There is a bar right beside the front door that attracts a late loud crowd. Also nearby train tracks with frequent trains blaring horn during the night.
We were looking for something a little different and we found it in this place. Reminded us of a little old Cape Cod in the south. Had great restaurants out your back door. We really liked King Neptune. Unfortunately, it was really cold the week we went. We were not able to enjoy the full experience of drinking our coffee out on the pier area. But could appreciate how awesome that would have been. Bed was comfy. Owners very responsive. They brought a cutting board down to us immediately. Close reserved parking. Beautiful artwork! Recommended for a FL get away.
This beautiful apartment is directly on the water of the marina. When you walk out the back door you are greeted with sparkling water, beautiful boats...and an ice cream shop that serves beer and wine also. A little further down the pier and you are at the Twisted Tuna restaurant. The apartment is decorated with beautiful art work, is nicely decorated, and very clean. I highly recommend this hidden gem!
Unusual apartment with view, convenient location. Facility was adequately equipped, clean, comfortable furniture and bed. Owner gave a gracious welcome and always available. Spiral staircase a bit of a challenge for first few days. We hope to come again.
Attractive condo next to the water at marina. We walked to restaurants and sat out on the deck to watch the boats. Location is next to art and fiber studios. Quiet even though in the middle of everything. Condo was very clean and well equipped. The owner was very responsive in answering questions and in checking to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Hope to stay there again
My husband & I give the Art Center apartment 5 stars for cleanliness, convenience, & comfort. Itâs really pretty...very nice fabrics in tasteful colors. And the kitchen has everything you could possibly need for meal preparation. Donât worry about having only 1 bathroom. There are 2 more 1/2 baths + a shower just outside & steps away...roomy, clean, (they get cleaned every day) & with plenty of good light & mirrors for applying make-up. So bring some family or friends. This marina is funky & fun. And be sure to eat at the Twisted Tuna Restaurant next door. An awesome bar & terrific food! Bottom line this is a Happy Place.
