Belle maison remplie de tout le bonheur de la plage qu'on pourrait demander. Cette belle et lumineuse propriété a été récemment achetée et conçue avec le locataire Beachwalk Resort à l'esprit. Amenez toute la famille et étalez-vous dans cette maison de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain s'étendant sur 2300 pieds carrés. Situé à la fin d'un cul de sac pittoresque, vous êtes sûr de profiter de votre séjour ici à Sandy Shores. Réservez votre court séjour pour 2019, ou une semaine complète en été pour 2020.
Naviguez autour de la station dans votre voiturette de golf complémentaire incluse avec votre séjour, ou promenez-vous le long des cottages de couleur bonbon où les rues sont bordées de palissades blanches et d'herbes de plage indigènes. Les familles se réunissent au Beachwalk Resort année après année pour mieux se réunir, commencez vos traditions familiales ici.

Le niveau principal spacieux permet un espace de rassemblement parfait autour du salon, de la cuisine ou de la salle à manger. Le niveau principal comprend un maître roi massif avec une baignoire 3/4 attachée avec douche à l'italienne avec double vasque. le
le maître du roi au deuxième étage est également aussi massif avec une baignoire 3/4 attachée. La deuxième chambre à cet étage dispose de 2 lits superposés capitaine sur deux lits jumeaux tandis que la 3ème chambre offre un autre lit king. Ces deux chambres partagent une salle de bain jack n jill.

Aventurez-vous à l'extérieur et passez une soirée fraîche sur le porche blindé ou autour du cercle de feu.

We liked being in the cul-de-sac because kids rode bikes & scooters with adults supervising. Found some new games to play in the well-stocked chest,too! It was a short golf cart ride to pool & the beach!

Very nice house!

We had six adults and three under the age of four and there was ample space for all of us. Nicely decorated with everything we needed. The golf cart was a great convenience! Staff was great to work with.

A relaxing homey place to vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great how “Sandy Shores”was on a court away from some of the busier areas and had easier parking for 4 than other homes. Liked the large open floor plan of the home especially the large enclosed porch. The golf cart was great for us as well. Everything was in walkable distance such as the pool etc. Though the pool was smaller than I thought it was never really crowded when we went there despite somany homes all having access to it. We will go back but need a house with one more room to accommodate our growing family.

A great fall get-away to Michigan City!

The house is beautiful! This is our second year to stay there, and we thoroughly enjoyed it! We appreciated having the cart available, we enjoyed the roominess, and we loved eating on the front porch and having s’mores around the fire pit! It’s close to everything ( the outlet mall ❤️, dunes, apple orchard, beach). We hope to stay there again.

Great place for a get together!

It’s off the beaten path, but still close to everything...pool, fishing pier, playground, putting green....even the beach. The golf cart is a big plus to get around the complex. House is stocked with pots, pans, grills, plates galore. Was great for our family cooked meals. There were games for family play and lots of room to have fun.

Phenomenal stay!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sandy Shores is completely updated and very clean! The location was in a fantastic spot! We were on a cul-de-sac, so there wasn't a lot of traffic. And we were centrally located within the community making the pool and other attractions a short walk away. The included golf cart was a nice touch and there was a parking lot specifically for golf carts right across from the entrance to the Lake Michigan beach access.The house was very well equipped with dishes, pots & pans and all sorts of other supplies. We were also very pleasantly surprised by the included linens! The towels were large, fluffy bath sheets. And the beds were already fully made with mattress pads, sheets, blankets and duvets. (Previously, we had stayed with another resort where linens were provided, but it only meant sheets and you had to put them on the bed yourself.)We couldn't find much to do outside of the Beachwalk Resort, though we did enjoy an afternoon spent at the outlet mall. Michigan City is pretty run down and there are some very rough spots that we were kinda nervous to drive through.Overall, we spent a ton of time at the house enjoying the fire pit, laying in the hammock, listening to the rain on the screened-in front porch and playing games around the large dining room table.If I had to give one negative, it would be that the downstairs master bedroom was the only one with a television. We didn't spend much time watching TV, but we have one in our bedroom at home and it's how we like to wind down before falling asleep.

Excellent Access to amenities

Because of Covod we all needed to just get away. The house was lovely & very clean; great community; easy access to beach, pool, lake, courts, grocery. The only time we left the community was to go to the grocery. Everything we needed to keep our family (ages 2-72) entertained was in walking distance.

Disappointed in cleanliness and quirks of house.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property looked cute from the outside, but there were many odd quirks about it that made our stay less than perfect. The layout of the homes in this community are very close together, and even more so when you place the fire pit in the front yard of a house on a circle. There was no privacy for ANY conversations outdoors, and even indoor conversations could be heard if the windows were open- which they were until the barking of the neighbors dog kept me from getting to sleep on our first night. We also found the front door wide open (inside the screened porch) upon arrival and realized later it was likely because the door did not fit properly and would not stay closed unless it was locked. This was the case with several of the interior doors as well (and our bedroom door would not even lock because the door was so misaligned.) The most upsetting part of this homes "problems" was the level of cleanliness which started off on the wrong foot when we arrived and found the kitchen counters were sticky all over! Management responded quickly to send someone to the house to clean the counters. As our weekend progressed and we found that everyone had black feet after walking barefoot in the house we realized that the floors were not clean either. Overall, I was disappointed and would not recommend this house to a friend.

Sandy shores is a beautiful with all the amenities. We housed our family of five and four other friends comfortably! We were comfortable and had plenty of room to spread out. Nice to have the three full bathrooms when we all needed to shower! The golf cat was an added plus! The only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Maybe next year. Thank you for our great time! I would highly recommend staying here.
