We have family in Parker, and needed a place to spend 17 nights with a pet. For us, the location was central and convenient, but it is a ways from downtown Parker and certainly from Denver itself.
From the wording in the listing, we had the impression that there may be direct access to the outside through "a lower level walk-out." , but this is definitely not the case. It is a basement with emergency egress windows into a tunnel-like space with a metal ladder. You get some diffuse light during the day, but you cannot see outside.
Access to the apartment is not ideal. You must go via a gate into the backyard, then through the garage and into the house to access stairs down to the apartment. You will be greeted by the owners animals every time coming and going.
Do not expect to sleep in past 6:45 or 7:00 AM as you will hear the owner and her pets directly over your bedroom. Note, the property photos have not been updated in a while, some of the items shown have changed.
