EMPLACEMENT EMPLACEMENT EMPLACEMENT L'automne est le moment idéal pour visiter le lac. Nous avons plusieurs vignobles ouverts. A maintenant WIFI disponible.
Cette unité est située sur Horseshoe Bend Parkway (HH) très proche de toutes les commodités, restaurants et boutiques du lac. CE CONDO DE DEUXIÈME NIVEAU OFFRE UNE DES MEILLEURES VUES DU LAC. La vue sur le canal principal est fantastique et loin du bruit des bateaux et des quais. Marquez-le comme l'un de vos endroits préférés et le prix est excellent. Profitez à la fois d'une piscine au bord de l'eau et d'une piscine à proximité de l'unité. Un court de tennis est également accessible à pied. Juste à côté du Bus Hwy 54 et très proche de toutes les commodités du lac, des restaurants, du mini-golf, des pistes de Go Cart et du shopping sur le Strip. Un bordereau de bateau est disponible pour des dollars supplémentaires.

The unit had great views. Overall the unit was fine but it’s time for an update. Bathrooms need updating. Kitchen cabinets are in need of replacement and countertops. Need to be aware that only two vehicles can park in the complex.

Great Location and Views

The condo was in an ideal location, which made it easy to get to various activities around the lake. We loved the lake view from the deck and the ease of access to the two pools on the property. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo with beautiful view

We stayed here for a girls weekend and it was so wonderful. The view of the lake from the balcony is so gorgeous day and night. Retha provided everything you could need - hair dryer, plenty of fresh linens and toiletries. It was so nice to come back to a spacious, cool, comfortable home base after being in the sun all day. We had many laughs together at this condo and I can’t thank you enough for such a welcoming stay and an easy VRBO process.

Lake firework girls weekend

July 2-5, 2025: WOW!!! What a view!! Loved this little place. Just the right amount of space for us 4 ladies (my aunt, her daughter and me with my daughter). Well stocked with items even though we brought stuff too. But the best part was that balcony view of the lake and boat watching. The bottom pool was nice but hard to find a parking spot. The pool on top was not available. The coffee maker didn't work, so aunt made coffee the old fashion way. And then the fireworks were every where around us and could see the lodge fireworks so made it so worth it. We plan to be back again. Absolutely loved this space. Steps were easy to go up. Only thing the no parking spots should be marked red if for fire trucks. We had at first parked in them, then noticed sign on wall so moved. But others parked there later. Not really for kids, no place to play. We so didn't want to leave. First time getting a condo at the lake of the ozarks to see the fireworks. Thank you for a great weekend. Loved it!!!

Beautiful View of the Lake

Very nice, low key property. The unit was nice and comfortable. There is some new construction going on immediately next to this property and they start running a jack hammer at 7:30 a.m. This is extremely irritating. Also check in times and pool hours are different than advertised online. VRBO failed to notify the property managers of our arrival. The room was not clean but they took care of it very quickly once we called them.

View is great…but not the cleanest

While we loved the view…there were some issues1. No hot water in the master - my husband tried for 10min and got nothing. 2. We couldn’t switch to the guest bath cause of the massive dead spider. And once my kids saw that it was a no-go 3. There were more dead bugs in the living room (spider and lady bug) plus hair behind the door in the first bedYou could tell the place hadn’t been deep cleaned…and for the cleaning fee I payed you would expect it to be immaculate 4. The tv didn’t work in the back bedroom and there were no directions on how to do it. 5. It would also be helpful to point out you have to put the parking tags on the cars besides just being in the exit book. We didn’t realize we had to do that and ended up with huge neon green stickers on our windows…no pleasant for the drive back home. It was “fine” but we wouldn’t stay again. It was very expensive for the value we feel we got.

Girls Weekend

1. We arrived and unlocked the key box with the security code and used key to enter the unit. When we opened the door it was very apparent that someone else was in the unit. We called the property manager and determined we were in the wrong building which was in fact our bad; however, the same security code got in to both units which we felt was very unsecure and unsafe. 2. We were notified that we were unable to park in the front 2 parking places due to construction; however when we arrived all 12 parking spaces were blocked therefore we had to walk and carry luggage, packages, etc. for quite a ways. The construction crew were not English speaking. 3. We WERE NOT informed ahead of time that one of the two pools was unusable therefore; the entire complex was using one small pool. If we would have been notified about the closed pool we would have cancelled. We spoke with others at the pool and 2 different owners told us the pool has been broken for 2 years. 4. First night, no hot water. Had to call the property manager again which had us confirm the breaker was off. Reset the breaker and waited several hours and still not hot water. Called again and was told to check and advised to turn valves on to the hot water heater. I again felt very uneasy about messing with the breaker box and the hot water heater.5. Coffee pot brewed very slow which I believe is due to it needed to be descaled. There was a Keurig however only 6 pods were available.

Nice location

Great location, the room and amenities were awesome. Property managers really thought through just about everything a family could use or need. However the patio was unusable because furniture was heavily moldy and caused allergic reaction to some family members. Otherwise really nice, centrally located with easy access to lots of restaurants and activities.

Awesome location and view

Loved the condo! Very nicely decorated and condo complex clean and quiet. Upper pool area clean with plenty of seating poolside. Unit could use a few updates, but only for aesthetics. Overall awesome experience and will definitely recommend and book again!

Great views and patio, spotless condo

The location was perfect for our group of three couples with a boat at nearby Lodge of the Four Seasons. The condo was spacious and clean with a very nice new sofa and patio seating area. We all agreed we would stay here again.
