Great location! Definitely recommend having a rental car so you can get to rest of island, beaches, restaurants, but the property itself was comfortable, and my check in process and responsiveness of owners was outstanding!

Loved the patio. However the room itself needs work, I found yellow stains on the sheets and many bugs on the floor the first day and the rest of my trip kept seeing brown little bugs on the sheets. Beach chairs were VERY old and hard to fold (we almost had to throw it out) luckily they finally folded and were able to take back. The AC is in perfect conditions but the room itself needs some serious clean up. Host was very nice in answering questions before the trip

Regarding your comments on the linens and cleanliness, all rooms are thoroughly cleaned and inspected prior to check-in. We did not observe any issues at that time; however, once your concern was raised, the linens were replaced immediately. As for the insects, Aruba’s tropical environment means that small insects can occasionally appear despite regular cleaning and preventive pest control measures—this is common across the island. Your remarks about the beach chairs are noted, and we will review and replace them where necessary. Kind regards,

The national park closed access to the natural pool and did not post it online. We wasted time and money to see it. You shuold post a warning of that possibility for tourists

Great spot…close to everything!!

We loved every minute of our trip! The space was super clean and just as advertised! The private pool was a HUGE bonus. We rented a car and were able to easily access all parts of the island within 15-20 minutes of the place. Location was safe with plenty of places to get anything you may need! Highly recommend for the price and would definitely stay again!

Need a car for a stay at this lovely ptoperty

Though the one-bedroom was not particularly attractive, the property as a whole was very attractive and appealing, with tropical couryard area and pool. However, the area is isolated and industrial--fine IF you have a car. Oscar is a kind and concerned host who went well out of his way to be sure we were omfortable.

Good accommodations for the price. The traffic noise and neighbor's barking dogs were annoying at times. We would stay there again though. We very much enjoyed the pool. The provided beach chairs, beach towels and cooler was much appreciated. Oscar seems like a wonderful and caring human being. Thanks for the knowledge of the island.

Excellent quality for budget conscious travller!

This property was exactly as shown. Check in was easy and all the information we needed was provided ahead of time. Room and grounds were immaculate and clean! Patio area and pool were lovely! Could easily hang out there and enjoy if we hadnt been beach hopping. Oscar was very sweet and caring! A perfect host! We were especiallly thrilled that the room came with beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for our daily beach trips. 😁 Room has an air fryer, small coffee pot amd basic litchen utensils. We had a rental car which helps a lot. But there is grocery shopping close by. We would recommend this property for budget conscious travellers (couple or solo) as it provides all basic needs in a safe, friendly and clean place. 😁

Amazing Private Apartment in Great Location

This property offered it all. It was very clean. The host was excellent. It is in a great location central to all of Aruba. It was very secure with a large private courtyard. The shower has hot water with very good water pressure. There was some road noise, but it wasn’t very bad. Also, it does have dogs barking next door. These were a little annoying, but considering the price, location, and accommodations, this place may be the best bargain in Aruba. The place is so well ran. The host, Oscar knows his stuff. The property was not only clean, every inch of the entire property was well maintained. I’m not easily impressed, but this place impressed me and my wife. We stayed in unit #1. That was the smallest unit. The other units appear armed vacant during our stay.it was plenty of room. The air fryer cannot operate at the same time as the television, but that was not a real issue. I would not only recommend my friends to stay here, but would think they are out of thier minds to not stay here. It looks great online, but it looks 5x better in person.

Fantastic environment

Off the path location that is still a 7-15min drive from most things. Pool and amenities are top notch so be if you want to go out everyday or lounge by the pool, in the hammock and so forth.
