The place is very hospitable. It was our favorite part of our trip. Fishing and enjoying the paddle boat. The cottage is beautiful. Itâs like staying in a magazine cover. Very comfortable!!
Great the whole family had fun and we will be back next year. We enjoyed everything about it and my grandkids just loved it and so did My Wife and me and we love the fish and everything else about the cabin. Thank you again.
This cottage is the kind of place that makes you want to stay and go nowhere and just enjoy the views, morning coffee in the the glassed in and air conditioned porch, or relaxing in a chair on the dock watching the turtles and fish. Same can be said for enjoying a beverage in the evening while grilling out.Going for walks and having fun riding the paddle boat also recommended. Loved it and will definitely be staying again in the future.
We really enjoyed our stay here! We loved how well decorated and comfortable the house was. It was also very well stocked with anything you may have forgotten. We would definitely stay again!
Just the right amount of privacy and activities available. The home was decorated so beautifully and I appreciated it being fully stocked! I will definitely be back!
We came to town to stay near the eclipse, and this cabin was great! It was super cozy and comfortable! We enjoyed the lake views and relaxing atmosphere! If weâre ever adventuring this way again, weâll be back!
Thanks!

We purchased this property so we could have a nice quiet place to get away from the grind of daily living. We stay several days a month depending on bookings. It's great to spend a weekend there relaxing with friends, maybe doing a little fishing or roasting hot dogs on the fire pit. Great little lake for unwinding.
it's a quiet place to unwind, do a little fishing, take out the peddle boat or kayak or just read a book. Just moments from Amish communities, wineries and Lake Shelbyville. The closest beach is at Lake Mattoon and is 6.2 miles from the cabin.
