Vient de figurer 6/24/19 après un achat récent et de rénovation. Première fois sur le marché locatif. Nous sommes impatients de vous accueillir dans notre havre de paix! Réveillez-vous et profitez de la magnifique vue sur le lagon et le parcours Osprey, entourée de palmiers et de chênes matures dégoulinant de mousse espagnole avant de commencer votre journée sur la magnifique île de Kiawah. Profitez d'une balade à vélo d'environ 5 minutes à la plage sous les chênes centenaires le long de l'allée des allées des chênes de la plantation orignale de Vanderhorst. Après une journée passée à jouer au golf ou au kayak sur la célèbre plage de Kiawah, asseyez-vous et détendez-vous au son de la brise sur le porche. Il y a de fortes chances pour que vous ayez une vue sur la faune abondante et le ciel saisissant du soir avant de passer la nuit au repos dans cette maison de quatre chambres située en retrait de Governors Drive. Situé dans un emplacement fabuleusement central derrière la deuxième porte de la plantation Vanderhorst, tout en offrant un accès facile à tout ce que Kiawah a à offrir, y compris la plage, le golf, le sanctuaire et le parcours océanique.

Great House and Host!

Jill was a great host, and we really enjoyed the home! Very spacious for our family of 8, open living room with a great view of the pond and golf course, we saw a lot of deer and birds. Perfect location for biking around the island. We would stay here again!

Lovely Home

Blissful!

This our 8th family visit to Kiawah Island, and we loved every minute this year. Beautiful house, great location and peaceful backyard view. The hostess, Jill, is so accommodating. The other half of our family stayed at the property across the street. It was fun for everyone, and especially nice that the cousins and grandchildren could easily go back and forth. I especially liked that the beach bike path is right there. Can’t wait for next year! This set up worked for us and we’ll all be back!

Renovation was done well. House is nicely laid out for families with multiple aged guests as there are bedrooms on both sides of the home. Good for two small families. I did not like the location right on a main road and the driveway is laid out in a complicated way. The host was excellent in both communication and responsiveness.

Room for the family

The space was perfect for our family, with good common areas and privacy when needed. We rented bikes and had a great time riding down to the beach.

Great house easy location

Great location right off Governors Dr Property was clean and well appointed. Our adult family of seven were all comfortable and enjoyed the great view of the 13th fairway on the Osprey Course. Would recommend and stay again.

Copasetic Family Getaway

Osprey Breeze at 177 Governors was a great location on Kiawah with a great lagoon view and more than adequate space for my family of 6. The owner made herself available and we would love to stay there again! Thanks for a great 2 weeks!

Great Layout, Wonderfully Responsive Owner

This is a well-laid out house in a perfect location. It is within the second gate (which is a plus for me) and a lovely, easy, welcome bike ride to the beach. Also easy ride to the Sanctuary Resort and its amenities. There was ample room for 7 people (ages 19 - 52) and I love that, unlike so many rentals, it wasn't just a sea of queen beds. It would be an easy house to have younger kids in as well - two of the bathrooms are accessible to all. Perhaps most importantly, the owner was responsive before and during our stay - ready to offer guidance and answer questions. It really felt like staying at a friend's house.

Fabulous week

We rented this house and it was perfect for our family for Spring Break 2020 Take 2. We had four couples - so everyone had their own space which was very nice. But we could also hang out in the common area to watch the wildlife, play games, or just enjoy each other's company.

Perfect Island Getaway

A fantastic home with a fantastic owner. Jill provided a helpful guidebook for recommended activities and communicated quickly with answers to our questions. The house is right on the bike path which makes it such an easy and beautiful bike ride (about 10 minutes) to the beach access. The home is perfect for families and couples a like with plenty of room to relax, gather, or work if needed. You will definitely be happy with this home!

Great Getaway!

The home was perfect for our family getaway and would also be perfect if you and your friends are looking for a place to stay. Enjoyed grilling and having dinner on the screened porch and took advantage daily of the bikes available and rode all over the island. The home is very clean, comfortable and has more room than you realize. We have been coming to Kiawah for 28 years and we will be repeat customers to this property. I highly recommend this property.

The home represents all we love about Kiawah Island. A classic Kiawah home surrounded by a beautiful view and quick access to the beach made this the perfect beach home for us. It’s our peaceful retreat! We love the beautiful, shaded Allee of Oaks Path that leads to the beach. For us, it’s a treat to experience this lovely, historic path under the tall oak trees and Spanish moss.
