La chambre principale a un lit king size, salle de bain privée, une grande promenade et un accès direct à la piscine.

La deuxième chambre a un lit queen size et la troisième a un lit double avec un lit simple ci-dessus.

Belle cuisine avec armoire en bois et grand comptoir en granit avec tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable.

We really enjoyed our stay in the house, it was very cozy, clean, and everything that is needed for a great vacation was provided! The pool was very nice and clean, and the house was only 5 minutes away from the beach! Extremely satisfied with the stay!

Perfect Christmas Stay

This home is absolutely perfect for comfort, fun and entertaining. We were in town with family members and it's the perfect place for entertaining dinner with the fam while your kiddos swim! We had a few questions right off the bat and the owner is so quick to reply and beyond kind. The neighbors are 10 out of 10! They were so very nice to our young children and helpful if we had any questions about the area. If we are ever in need of another stay in the area, this will be our place!

Relaxing getaway

The residence was clean,and nicely decorated,the owner is delightful to work with. Perfect location with accommodating amenities, try to get a glimpse of the manatee that swims the canal.

Great location

Our family loved how close we were to the beach, 8 minute car ride, and the pool with a view of the canal was great. The pool screen needs some TLC so bug bites were a issue but we managed and the fountain in the pictures of the pool is no longer there which was dissappointing to the kids for a few minutes and then forgotten when they got in the pool and started playing :) House was well stocked and neighbors were nice. We had a very nice time, thanks for sharing your home.

Lovely winter

This was our second stay. The property is clean and well equipped, 5 minutes from beaches, 15 minutes to Venice. Great restaurants nearby. The owner and property manager are very helpful and responsive. We'll be back next year.

Great Place to Relax and Enjoy the Surroundings

We really enjoyed our time at Dolphin Villa, the house was immaculate and well kept. Sitting in the screened in pool area was relaxing and being able to watch the fish jumping and the manatee in the canal was enjoyable. The host Bob and Nancy were a pleasure to communicate with and any minor issue that may have arose was addressed immediately. I would revisit the property again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Great Location

Thank you to Robert and Nancy for sharing their lovely home with us. It is located very close to the Manasota Key beaches that we enjoy. The home has easy access with a code so there is no trying to keep up with a key. We found everything in the home and pool to be clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating inside and out. There were also nice extras available, like pool floats and beach chairs. The neighbors were friendly, and as a group of all women, we felt safe in the neighborhood.

Villa Dolphins

The place was very nice, beds and couch extremely comfortable. The only problem we had was that the place wasn't cleaned before we came. We had to do someone else's laundry and make our own beds the evening we came. Owner was very apologetic for not having house cleaned. Miscommunication with house keepers. Beautiful house though and would highly reccommend it!

Great week on Manasota Key

We had a great time staying at this house! The location was a five minute, easy drive to the beach. The house was very clean and comfortable and had most everything we needed. The pool area was beautiful and the safety fence setup was great with young kids. We enjoyed the canal location - we fished from the dock (caught catfish) and saw manatees several times in the evening. The home had multiple pack and plays and high chairs, thought I'd share since that's helpful to know if you are traveling with young kids. There were plenty of beach toys, beach chairs, and umbrellas in the garage as well as a couple sifter options for shark tooth hunting. Lots of beach/pool towels and a very convenient laundry room so we could wash towels every night. I would have liked more plastic/nonbreakable dishes in the kitchen for kids and outside use but otherwise we found everything we needed. Bob and Nancy were great and very accommodating and responsive at reservation and check-in. We would definitely stay at this house in the future.

Some good and some things to be improved on.

The property itself is a beautiful home. Nice location, dock and perfect pool. Many items in the home need upgrades or replacement. Broken chairs, one of which broke under me causing me to fall. From the drawers in the bunkbed to the multiple cracked mugs, not to mention the blinds that fall when you open them...we really encourage the owner to do a walk through and replace/repair some things. The person responsible for the property had left the fridge off for 2 days before our arrival so at check in i had to clean up the food and melted items. Owner did offer apologies. The house also could use a good deep cleaning as when i dropped my phone between the cushions i encountered a buffet of crackers and snacks under it when moved. The bathroom drawers had hair in them, used band aids in the shower, stained bedroom curtains....all things id expect taken care of with the cleaning fee we paid. The listing also states its stocked but that is very limited, so prepare on buying toilet paper and paper towels. Much of the beach equipment also needs replacement or repair. Being honest here so the next guests have a better overall experience. With those issues resolved i would rate the stay much better. Communication was good with owner but i eventually stopped myself from mentioning the issues because they added up. Please update pictures also to reflect pool changes and paint color in home.

Vacation House

The house is about 15 minutes to the beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. Has a pool and is very well stocked with almost anything you want. On a canal that had a manatee that visited daily. Would highly recommend and hopefully will get to go back.

Great place for a family getaway

We enjoyed our time in the clean and well equipped house. It’s located in a nice neighborhood and is only 5 minutes from the beach. It was nice to relax by the pool after a long day. We even saw a manatee in the canal behind the house. Highly recommend this to a family getaway!
