Nouveau sur le marché de la location, ce luxueux 5 chambres, 3 salles de bain mesure près de 3000 pieds carrés. La villa est idéale pour accueillir 2 familles ou des hôtes élargis dans la fantastique communauté de Highlands Reserve. Il vient à un prix avantageux et est situé sur un terrain de golf de conception de championnat et une communauté de golf. C'est vraiment une propriété exceptionnelle. La villa dispose d'une grande piscine privée chauffée avec spa chauffé, d'une grande terrasse ensoleillée avec lunai pour l'ombre, d'une piscine orientée sud-ouest, ensoleillée toute la journée et offrant une vue magnifique sur le premier trou du parcours de golf Highlands Reserve. Votre séjour de vacances comprendra le wifi gratuit, une table de billard couverte, des appels téléphoniques gratuits en Amérique du Nord. Barbecue, télévisions par câble à écran plat dans toutes les chambres et grand écran plat dans la salle familiale. Entièrement meublé récemment, placez un berceau pour bébé / petit enfant, une nouvelle poussette et une nouvelle salle à manger pour 8 personnes pour un total de 16, y compris un coin cuisine. Tous les matelas des chambres ont été remplacés avec une nouvelle literie. Home away from home

Spacious, family friendly home with all of the amenities you need to feel right at home. The pool is a bonus to have while on vacation. We would stay again in the future.

The location of the house was a nice short distance to the theme parks. We enjoyed the house and spent a lot of time in the pool. The house had everything we needed including a baby bed and high chair for my grand baby.

Great Family Vacation

Beautiful Villa

It looks exactly like the photos and is a really lovely home. It’s clean and well equipped, the heated pool is perfect for a day at the parks which are close by and very easy to get to!

Lovely villa ,

Great space for our family of adults and teens. We felt very safe in this area , it was very quiet and peaceful. Super comfy sofa and loved the pool. Lots of kitchen eqipment and towels. Fridge is plumbed in for water and ice ( we didnt realise and bought these )

Wonderful Property

As soon as we arrived the house looked just like it did in the pictures. We had the best time and in fact the kids wanted to stay at the house for pool days rather than go on excursions. We basically lived outside. The extended patio was perfect for dining and game playing, even in the pouring down rain. The hot tub was a huge hit as well! Absolutely the best vacation and we will be back for sure.

Our Florida Adventure

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your villa. It was home from home with everything we could of needed and more! Every room was clean, tidy and spacious with lots of room for all 9 of us. Everyone enjoyed the heated pool with beautiful surroundings and we hope to visit again someday! Thank you.

Vacation Getaway

The house had everything you could need. Our favorite was the pool. My child even had a stock of pool toys to use. The location was close to Disney and Discovery Cove. The hosts were available and very responsive. Would highly recommend this property.

Family Vacation

Beautiful home very spacious, kitchen well supplied. Pool area was great hot tub could have been a hotter temp. A little drive to Disney area but not bad 20-25 min. Cleaning crew could put a little more effort into cleaning but I would still give the place a 5 and would rent it out again. Owner were great if u had any problems.

Christmas Vacation

The house was big enough to host our various family members duri g our stay. The heated pool was a big plus. It has everything you would need for your stay and more. The one downside was the hot tub. We were looking forward to soaking in the hot tub (expecially after a long day at the parks) but the water never got much warmer than the pool water. The layout was great and the sectional was everyone's favorite spot to relax.

Wonderful Stay

This was a wonderful stay for our family. It was an easy drive back and forth to the Disney parks. It felt like our own private oasis in a quiet neighborhood. It gave us the space to hang out and reconnect when we weren’t enjoying Disney. We have adult children and a 16 yo. The rooms were spacious and private. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, playing chess, pool, ping pong, and cooking in the large, spacious kitchen. The owners responded immediately with a few questions and couldn’t have been any nicer. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return again.

Great home with lots of space!

We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of open space and bedrooms. The entire house was well appointed and we all felt right at home. The owner is easy to contact and very prompt. We just loved the sunsets and privacy of the backyard. It was exactly what we hoped it would be! Early in our stay we all agreed we would love to come back again to this home. It was sad to leave, but we had great memories! Thanks for your hospitality! All the best!

10th Hole!

We had a blast at this property. Everything was perfect. Any questions we had were answered quickly and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again! My brother-in-law loved being right on the golf course! He golfed 4 times that week and loved the golf course being so close and that were able to give him a wave when he came by. It was also nice when my 8 year old went golfing and was done after the front nine! A quick drop off an he was ready for a swim!!

Excellent stay! Best house ever!

Since the last 15 year’s we rent at least 10 different houses and villas in Kissimmee/ Davenport area. This one was my favorite! We will come back for sure! Excellent location, near Publix, Walmart and many restaurants. The view on the pool/Jacuzzi and golf is amazing! So relaxing!! Everything you can think of is avalable in this house! The Hot tub did not work, the coffee pot was broken, the ice machine was broken and the back door was stuck OPEN. The owner was not helpful and we spent a good deal of our stay babysitting repair people. The ONLY reason we chose this house was for the Hot tub it was a special request of my Dad for his birthday - pretty much ruined his birthday and was very expensive for a sad trip.

Summer vacation

I enjoyed my stay at your home although I had an issue with the room next to the pool on the side of the pool filter which was a noisy and sliding doors screens were hard to open and would slide out of track a bit. I did not see a pool person come clean the pool during my stay which I found weird as I’ve rented homes before in this area where they come at least once during my stay. The washer and dryer sure took long cycles to complete. And lastly, we also experienced a person walking her dog behind the empty home next to this rental which was a bit shocking and unexpected due to the quietness of the neighborhood.

Disappointing

On arrival the property looked as described and was generally clean. However, on closer inspection it became clear that the property was tired and in need of general refurbishment. The doors to the pool area did not lock properly, the pool area appeared generally a bit tired. There were stained areas inside cupboards. However, the worst thing for us was that there was no hot water running to any bathrooms. On contacting the owner and property manager we were eventually informed that it could not be repaired and we should find alternative accommodation. Whilst we were refunded the 5 days we did not stay we received no compensation for the 5 days we were there trying to sort it out. VRBO failed to contact us back as they had agreed. Not what we expected on our long awaited holiday.

Location Location Location

We travelled from the UK and stayed the last three weeks of August. The villa was super clean on arrival and well equipped although we would have loved some basic provisions as we arrived late. We had a couple of queries on our first day which were quickly dealt with. We got reminders to put the bins out but then they were done when we returned from our day. There was limitless hot water, the air con was very efficient (in fact we would have loved light duvets, although blankets were available). The pool area is large and private. Lighting beautiful at night. We loved watching the sunsets. The pool is warm! We’ve stayed in other villas on HR and never experienced a pool this warm…beautiful to swim in. There is not a traditional hottub - rather a plunge pool. Kids said they’d like to take the sofa home it was so comfy! Loved the pool table being inside too. The one thing we didn’t have was a clothes airer - but we just hung clothes in the garage! When the hurricane hit Florida we had a message to say they would pop over with torches etc just in case and we could stay an extra night if our flights were affected. Hurricane didn’t affect Orlando so we were fine but so helpful. On the day we, sadly, left we had trouble locking up…we called and this was immediately dealt with. All in all a great holiday. This is a well equipped, clean, large, private villa with superb view out to the golf course and sunsets, and well managed too!

We are Coloradoans that love Florida sunshine! Our grandchildren love the villa close to all the entertainment, with their own pool, learning to play golf and making memories. So we understand the commitment to travel and want to make it as enjoyable for our guests as it is for us!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love the extended pool deck with the raised deck behind the pool to watch the golfers from our lounge chairs!! This is our second villa in Highlands Reserve with the same layout but awesome views.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Villa is all one level - no stairs to carry luggage, no neighbors on the back or side of the pool - very private. Close to Orlando entertainment but also 60-90 minutes to beaches - coastal or gulf side.
