À 5 minutes des chutes Shelburne et des rĂ©gions locales pour faire du ski, tyrolienne, rafting, vĂ©lo, randonnĂ©e, etc. 1 chambre et salle de bain au niveau principal w / 3 'portes pour l'accessibilitĂ©. 4 chambres et une salle de bain complĂšte Ă  l'Ă©tage supĂ©rieur. Clavier pour un enregistrement facile. Stationnement hors rue pour 4-5 vĂ©hicules. Niveau principal comprend buanderie complĂšte de stockage de vestiaire, DirectTV et WIFI. This was by far the best place our crew has stayed. When they have to be away from home & family on a job, we try to provide the best amenities for them. This beautiful home checked all the boxes and then some. Wonderful hosts who are very accommodating as well. Highly recommend!

Our family and friends loved everything about this home. It is better than pictures and so convenient to mountain. Easy check-in and great communication with Erika and Casey. We will definitely be back and try some warm weather adventures.

We appreciated the historic feel of Coltrain and of the house itself - hardwood floors and trim and plenty of windows.Loved the hot tub - which was chlorinated rather than salt water.The driveway was carefully sanded because of the ice and the friendly host even blew the snow off our cars.

Great space for large groups!

I used this as a place to get ready for my wedding as well as a few people stayed here over that wedding weekend. The living area is large and open! Enough bedrooms to accommodate a variety of different groups. Would recommend this place and hosts!

Family Trip

The House is perfect for a big family gathering. The owners were wonderful to communicate with during our stay. It was unfortunate that we were traveling to attend a family funeral but our stay here was just what we needed. The house is exactly as described and hosts are very nice. They have set it up for anything you would need. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

Great spot!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was spacious, clean, and easy to access, and the owners were very proactive with communication. The air hockey table didn't seem to be working while we were there, but maybe we just couldn't figure it out. I'd definitely stay here again should we find ourselves in the area.

Wonderful Family Stay

We stayed for a weekend ski trip at Berkshire East with 2 families and had a great time. The house is beautifully renovated inside and was perfect for our group with everything we needed for adults and kids (ages ranging 1-8). We had a minor issue due to crazy weather and Casey was immediately responsive and beyond accommodating. We’ve already been talking about coming back for another stay.

Fantastic weekend getaway

We had an absolutely lovely time staying at this property! It’s an adorable antique home that has been beautifully renovated while still keeping its historic charm. It was very clean and was wonderfully set up for 2 couples and 5 children of varying ages. The hot tub was a nice treat after a day of skiing at Berkshire East (about 15 minutes away)! It snowed probably 8 inches one night and the host was there early the next morning to dig us out. Communication with the host was also top notch. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Stay

We were in town for a family wedding and needed a place for 4 adults and 6 children (ages ranging from 1 to 7) to have as a home base as all the kids and 2 of the adults were in the wedding. This property was perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice - it is much bigger than we anticipated which made it perfect as the kids (all cousins) needed some space from one another. The kitchen was large and we only wish we had gotten to make meals there as they had everything we would need. Our kids loved the hot cocoa station and we loved the coffee bar! The fire pit was great for the adults to relax at after the kids were asleep. There is a noise awareness device that I was a bit nervous about with 6 kids but we didn’t set it off once! The personal touches throughout the house (welcome basket, hair ties in the bathroom), the communication from Erika and Casey, the comfort of the mattresses in every room and the overall care that went into this property made our stay absolutely amazing! Highly recommend staying here if you find yourself in the area.

Loved our stay. Everything was just as described/ pictured. Driveway was nicely plowed after a big snowstorm. Host were very attentive. Entry/exit was easy. Plenty of towels and paper products and soap for washing machine and dishwasher. Hot tub was toasty; even at 5 degrees. Would definitely recommend.

Rustic Charm

We rented this beautiful rustic home as a retreat as our son was getting married near by. This home is very cozy, spacious and perfect for all ages! If we ever need to stay in the area again; we will be booking here 100%.

Casey is an architectural designer working for a post and beam company who grew up in the small towns of western Mass. Erika is a photographer who also grew up in the same area and continues to serve the residents of the community with everything from weddings to newborn photo shoots. We have always loved the small town feel of where we come from and want to provide others with the same opportunity to come and experience it as we have!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Located in the Griswoldville village district. An open neighboring lot on one side of the property and a parking lot on the other make the home very private.

We are located 5 minutes from Shelburne Falls where visitors can enjoy the glacial potholes, the Bridge Of Flowers and local shops and restaurants.

17 Minutes to Berkshire East Resort which includes, skiing/snowboarding, zip-lining, mountain coaster and mountain biking.

47 Minutes to Mount Snow located in Somerset VT.

Recently renovated home with more than just the usual comforts!
We are calling it millhouse254 after its original constructed purpose to house workers for the local mills and factories.

1 bedroom and bath on the main level w/3' doors for accessibility.
4 bedrooms and a full bath on the upper level.

Digital lock for check in.

Off street parking for 4 vehicles.

Main level includes full kitchen, laundry, air hockey table, porch, Broadband and WIFI. Toys, pack n play, booster chair, BBQ grill, microwave, double toaster, blender, griddle.

This property has also been updated with smoke/CO alarms, fire extinguishers as well as meeting fire compliance with a new sprinkler system. We're one of the only listings in the area with one!

Our home is perfect for families or larger groups, as well as individuals with limited mobility.

We understand that traveling with small children can be a daunting task and remembering to pack everything is near impossible! Let us take part of the stress away for you. Included with the home is a highchair, pack and play, children's' toys and some other small essentials.

The second floor bath has a tub/shower for relaxing or bathing the kids.

Each bedroom has privacy blinds, luggage racks full length mirrors and shared air conditioners in the hallways.

The first floor bedroom has a king bed, dresser and large closet

Three of the second floor bedrooms have queen beds and large closets.

The kids room has bunk beds a Roku TV.

The front porch includes patio seating.

The yard has 6 Adirondack chairs a six person picnic table and a gas fire pit. (Seasonally)
