Belle maison de 3 chambres à coucher 2 1/2 salle de bains avec espace de vie ouvert et cuisine complète. Entièrement meublé avec toutes les nouvelles commodités pour garantir que votre séjour soit confortable et pratique. Situé dans le centre de Garden City, vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants, boutiques et divertissements. Passez une journée sur le lac situé à 2 pâtés de maisons ou passez la journée sur les pistes de la station de ski de Beaver Mountain. Great Bear Lake property

This townhouse was perfect for our family vacation. The property was clean and close to “downtown”. The check in and out process was super easy and didn’t require a bunch of hoops to jump through. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Perfect Bearlake Escape

This was an awesome property that was perfect for our family reunion in Bearlake. It’s a beautiful new setup that accommodates plenty of people without feeling crowded. Loved the decor and cleanliness. It had everything we needed for our stay, and great location for getting everywhere.

Late summer escape

Our family and our friends stayed here for a long weekend and end of summer vacation. It’s a great location in town and easy to access. It suited our young children (5, 3, and 2) well and had everything we all needed. We would stay again in the future!

The microwraves weren't clean and they weren't working properly. Also the stoves arent working either. All the blinds had a lot of dust and spider web, also there were spiders too. I tried my best to clean the house.

It was great! Pretty much anything we needed was there. No hassles what so ever. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer with 4 small children. Would totally recommend to friends and family

Great location

Great stay! Very clean, loved the location. We had 2 adults 2 teens and 2 kids. Even with 6 people the place was very spacious. It was off season so most businesses were closed but we had such a good time . Pickle ball courts across the street. So happy they provided sleds!! We had a great time sledding, hiking and walking by the lake. I would definitely stay here again!

Bear Lake Crash Pad

Our family stayed at Bear Lake for a long weekend family reunion. This property met our needs for a place to sleep after group activities. It's not super spacious for seven adults and three children, but we made it work. It has a good location for all we wanted to do in town and at the lake. It was easy to find, clean, and adequately stocked. Loved the two-car garage and corner spot for extra parking.

Great Location

We love this location! Walking distance to so many great places in downtown Garden City. Check in was fast and easy. Parking is a little tricky with boats, especially if there are any other boats staying in the complex, even with the overflow parking lot. Property manager is great at responding and easy to work with.

We loved our stay and the space to spread out. Couches are not comfortable but we used pillows and managed fine. Well taken care of and clean. The summer would be great here.

Just wanted a nice place to meet some of my extended family and visit bear lake. It was perfect. Plus garden city actually has more conveniences now that it did ten years ago when I would frequently visit before. So it was just great.

Nice townhome great location!

The house was really nice and had lots of space for our family. It was clean and had everything we needed to cook with. I'm not sure how these places work in regards to cleaning supplies and extra toilet paper but there was none. So we bought toilet paper and used a LOT of our own paper towels and clorox wipes to clean. The floors could use a really good mopping because when you walk around with bare feet they end up black and when something spills or drips on the kitchen floor and you wipe it up your paper towel is black. The WIFI did not work for any of us, none of the connections would even come up on our phones inside the townhome. This was not a big deal as we were there for vacation and gone all day. I did contact the property manager and he was quick to respond and told me he would contact the internet company to come out the next day. This is a great little place absolutely worth the money to be right in town close to all the restaurants!! Would definitely rent again 🙂🙂 in regards to other reviews it seems like they have bought more pillows for the place because there were plenty on the beds and extra in the closets. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, and silverware. We had a great stay!

This rental worked great for our family. The location is walking distance to the main attractions and restaurants in town. The kitchen could use more cooking tools/ small appliances/ bowls. The place was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Overall good place

PROS Close to everything in town Clean and new Porch with two rocking chairs in the evenings/mornings Big fridge/microwave Easy check in and out Owner got right back to us when needed via text Just can’t beat Bear lake and surrounding valley CONS Couches and beds are BARE MINIMUM comfortable. After a long day on the lake it would have been nice to relax and sleep on comfort. Honestly the couches are NOT comfortable. They were for pure aesthetics. If you advertise to sleep 14 you should really have enough couch space for 14 people. Also, This is definitely not the first vacation rental that I’ve had this complaint, but blackout curtains or curtains at all in the bedrooms would be really nice. Light was shining in from street lights during the night and of course the sun was up by 7 AM. Also beware, you have to actually have a Netflix or Disney+ account to watch it on their smart TV. Which is fine because we did have them but if you’re going there thinking you’re going to watch those on their dime or because they automatically have it on their TV...not so. Right across from a busy KOA and the road was quite busy. This wasn’t too bothersome but could be to some people. OVERALL The place was worth the price. Not sure that I would book there again but we had a great time overall and it was a new place which was nice.

Perfect size condo for large family

Great location near marina and town. Perfect size for our family of 9. Well stocked kitchen for our needs. All around very comfortable and affordable. Read other reviews about master mattress being too firm. We found it to be perfect for us and my husband likes firm and I like it soft. Would suggest to bring pillows if driving to condo as pillows were a little on the thin side. We’d rent here again!
