La villa contemporaine est idéalement située au calme et en même temps proche du centre de Pézenas. Elle offre une vue imprenable sur la campagne et se trouve dans un quartier résidentiel très paisible. Par sa position privilégiée la villa vous protège de tous regards indiscrets.
Vous êtes à 3 min. en voiture ou 17 minutes à pieds du centre de Pézenas et à 5 minutes en voiture de la sortie d'autoroute A9 et 5 minutes de la sortie A75.
La villa est parfaitement équipée pour une famille qui sait apprécier le luxe, le confort et le calme.
La suite parental ouvre la vue sur la plaine et la piscine .
Les 3 chambres au rez-de-chaussée sont toutes équipées d'une salle d'eau personnalisé. Une 4ième chambre se trouve au 1°étage. La villa est équipée de 3 toilettes.
Le linge pour les lits est fourni sur place ainsi que les draps de bain.
La cuisine intérieur comporte un îlot central, plaque à induction, four, micro-ondes, lave-vaiselle, frigo américain, machine à laver, sèche-linge etc... La pièce principale est lumineuse et orienté vers la vue exceptionnel. La maison est équipée d' internet, wifi et une smart télévision écran plat avec abonnement Netflix.
La cuisine d'été extérieur vous offre un coin détente à l'ombre avec vue sur le jardin.
Un autre coin repas est prévu avec une ou vue sur la plaine et le coucher du soleil.
Pézenas est idéalement situé pour profiter pleinement de la région du Sud.
Plusieurs destinations incontournables se trouvent à moins de 20min. de la villa: la mer, le lac de Salagou, descente en canoe, St. Guilhem le désert, le marché de Pézenas, Abbaye de Valmagne, Chais Noilly Prat, Grotte de Clamousse, Cirque de Navacelles, visites des caves et dégustation de vin, plusieurs restaurants gastronomiques à Pézenas, plusieurs iténéraires de randonnée et de VTT, les fêtes nocturnes à Pézenas sont organisées le mercredi et vendredi soir en centre ville , scenovision Molière, musée, théâtre Italien style Rococo, évènements estivaux au Parc sans Soucis (à ciel ouvert), ...

Wonderful relaxing holiday

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful villa. The villa had everything we needed and so much space. Great location close to Pezanas, great supermarkets, 20 mins from the beach and vineyards everywhere we went. We would love to return another time.

Fabulous Pezenas villa

We absolutely loved our stay in this fabulous villa; it is a very modern and spacious villa with beautiful views of the countryside. The large pool, spa and outdoor alfresco eating areas are great, lots of good quality bed, bathroom and pool linen and well equipped kitchen. Kateligne and Stefan are wonderful hosts, and very helpful throughout booking, check-in, your holiday stay and check-out. Definitely recommend this holiday villa for your stay in or near Pezenas!

High end stay in high end home

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this property. The property was spotlessly clean and was fitted out to a very high standard. The hosts could not have been more helpful. We were 2 families (8 people) and we had plenty of room. The kids really loved spending time in the pool and hot tub. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful house in fabulous location

katilyne and Stephane’s house was perfect, the layout was spacious, very well equipped, and to an excellent standard. The view was amazing from the garden, very calming however it was still a short walk into the lovely town of Pezenas with its historic centre, bars and restaurants. Nothing short of perfect for a family ranging in age from 24-80! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home, we will be back.

Beautiful Stay

Our hosts were lovely and very helpful. The property is in a great location, sufficiently close so that you can walk into the town but far enough out to get a lovely view and lots of peace and quiet. Walking back on a night feels very safe and is well lit. The pool is heated so its a very nice temperature. There is plenty to do in the area, beaches, quaint villages, wineries, countryside and hills to walk. We had a really nice time, thank you.

Had a lovely stay - views are incredible!

We had a lovely stay here, the views are incredible! Great having the pool and hottub! You can walk into pezanas and the owners were kind enough to tell us what events take place each day in town which was great! The outdoor area was perfect for our boys (7 and 10 years old) to enjoy! It was also nice to have plenty of shade outside in August too. There is no air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom but our son soon got used to the temperature up there. We would definitely return and recommend this place to friends. Xx

Beautiful villa with amazing views

The property certainly lived up to expectations. Our hosts were there to meet us on arrival and show us around their beautiful property. It was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Outside the garden felt open, yet private, with wonderful views. The sizeable pool was great and we spent a lot of time cooling off in the hot weather. The house had good AC too, which was very much appreciated. Katelijne and Stephan were attentive and helped us with advice when needed, and even lent us a beach umbrella when we went to the beach. We hope to return one day.

Excellent house and host

The house was excellent, the pool and outside area and facilities were really good and everything was very clean and in good condition and the location was perfect, right in there of the town with open country side at the back and a short walk out if the front door to the centre of Pezenas. Kateljine and her family were excellent hosts and she and her daughter Camille were on hand when required. Pezenas has a large number restaurants and shops in east walking distance and there are a number of big supermarkets close by with e leclerc 5 mins walk for fresh croissant and bread every morning. Would definitely go back to this house again.

Fantastic holiday

As a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 5) we had a fantastic stay in pezenas . The villa is as described in the listing, in fact it is nicer then the photos suggest. The view from the pool and main bedroom is incredible and the villa is in a very quite location. On arrival the hosts were great showing us around and explaining how the villa worked and left us with cold drinks and wine which was lovely. The villa was spotless on arrival and we stayed for 10 days but could easily have stayed for longer, all having a great and relaxing time. Pool was warm which makes all the difference having stayed in other villas with a cold pools! Hot tub and coushoned seating were ideal when a break from the sun was needed! Would highly recommend this villa and we will be looking to go back again!!

Caters for everything

More than comfortable for our family of 4, beautiful, just great. The kitchen with everything you might imagine to need, a thumble dryer and washmashine brand new, a fridge wiht a source of ice and cold filtered water, two external bbqs and much more. Really comfortable beds for our demanding spines. The swimming pool a bit shallow but of good size and what important, heated. It was useful, especially during two days of cold wind which could cool down water quickly. Owners ready to help in everyhing. Thank you for everything, Katelijne and Stéphane, hope to stay in your villa again.

Fantastisch huis voorzien van alle gemakken

Perfect huis met alle comfort, de grote koelkast met ijsblokjes en koud water was de kers op de taart. Ligging is ideaal, in rustige straat aan de rand van het dorp met super mooi uitzicht (en veel privacy) maar toch nog op loopafstand van het centrum van Pezenas met een groot aanbod aan restaurants en cafés. Wij hebben enorm genoten.

Leben wie Gott in Frankreich

Es war einer der schönsten Urlaubsaufenthalte. Die Villa ist perfekt ausgestattet, die Lage mit Aussicht ist einzigartig. Wer Ruhe sucht und trotzdem stadtnah wohnen möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Die Gastgeber sind aufmerksam und immer erreichbar, falls ein Problem auftritt. Selten haben wir so sympathische und aufmerksame Vermieter getroffen. Die Villa ist liebevoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die 3 Schlafzimmer haben alle ihr eigenes Bad. Es ist sehr sauber und die Küche ist mit allem Comfort ausgestattet. Der Pool mit Liegen ist nicht einsehbar. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Wie gesagt, wir haben uns: Ehepaar mit einer Tochter wie Gott in Frankreich gefühlt. Unser Dank geht an die Vermieter, die sich hier ein kleines Paradies geschaffen haben und uns Gäste daran teilhaben lassen. Wunderbare Menschen.

Sehr schöne Villa

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und man hat einen schönen Blick auf die herrliche Umgebung. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche hier verbracht. Das Städchen Pénezas ist sehr charmant und überhaupt hat die Gegend viel zu bieten. Katelijne und ihre Tochter waren tolle Gastgeber, die mit Rat und Tat immer ansprechbar waren. Villa mit Privatpool mit freiem Blick der schönen Landschaft

Sehr ruhig und schön gelegene Villa mit super schönem Ausblick auf die Landschaft. Die Villa ist modern, großzügig und mit sehr viel Stiel eingerichtet. Alles ist vorhanden und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Sollte dennoch etwas fehlen sind die äußerst netten zuvorkommenden Vermieter Katelijne & Stéphane Debel zu jedem Zeitpunkt mit Rat & Tat da. Gekühlter Wein und Wasser waren bereits vorhanden beim eintreffen. Die unmittelbar gelegenen Weinreben laden geradezu für einen schönen Spaziergang ein. Lebensmittel, Baumarkt, etc. sind ebenfalls schnell und in 3 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. 5 Minuten zur schönen Altstadt und dessen Restaurants mit dem Auto oder 15 Minuten zu Fuß ist alles unkompliziert zu erreichen. Parkplätze sind in der Stadt ausreichend vorhanden. Hier findet man alles was man benötigt inkl. kleine und schöne Boutiquen für jeden ist was dabei. Viele Antiquitätengeschäfte und Malkunstateliers. Jeden Samstag bis 1300 Uhr findet in der Altstadt Pezenas der Wochenmarkt statt. Hier sollte man früh los. Erholung pur. Das großzügige Außenbereich runden den entspannten Urlaub ab. Hier kann man an heißen Tagen Zeit für zum abkühlen im Pool gut verbringen. Ein Whirlpool ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Mehr als ausreichende Menge an Liegen inkl. schattigen Plätze gibt es zusätzlich. 15-20 Autominuten erreicht man auch das Meer mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub und waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal hier vor Ort. Liebe Grüße Fam Finelli

Volledig uitgeruste villa in rustige buurt met mooi uitzicht en perfect onderhouden.

Prachtige recente villa met airco, verwarmd zwembad, 3 badkamers, jacuzzi, gasbarbecue, dubbele frigo (met ijsblokjes), overdekt terras ... Mooi uitzicht langs achter. Heel rustige straat in een wijk. De tuin is heel goed onderhouden. Vriendelijke gastvrouw en gastheer !

Traumhafte Villa mit zauberhaftem Ausblick

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser traumhaften Villa. Die Begrüßung durch die Vermieter war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wein und kalte Getränke standen bereit. Sie waren immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Villa ist sehr modern und hochwertig eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Ausblick aus Küche, Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer ist unglaublich schön. Die Schlafzimmer sind alle mit eigenen Duschen ausgestattet, was sehr praktisch für uns war. Alle Räume sind mit gut wirksamen Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich ist wunderschön und gepflegt. Eine gemütliche Terrasse mit 2 Grills, ein toller Pool, Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten (auch immer ein Schattenplatz dabei)... Besonders genossen haben wir den Whirlpool. Das malerische Städtchen Pézenas mit vielen Restaurants und Ateliers hat uns sehr gut gefallen und ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten oder zu Fuß in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Der Strand ist in 30 Minuten mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

SUPER !!

Superverblijf! Zeer warm welkom met een paar flesjes wijn, frisdrank,ijsblokjes en enkele versnaperingen. Zeer gastvrije eigenaars welke steeds bereikbaar zijn om te helpen bij om het even wat (uitstapjes, festiviteiten, wijn,...). Grote, zeer propere villa met airco (echte wel nodig in deze streek) met alle voorzieningen! Tuin met gras om te spelen en zwembad om te plonzen. Ruim overdekt terras waar het 24u/24u aangenaam vertoeven is. Een groente- en kruidentuintje waar we zonder problemen mochten van gebruiken. Zalig genoten, een echte topvakantie!!

Amazing villa with all the mod cons!

We had a great week here and loved the layout, feel and facilities of the villa. The view over neighbouring hills was breathtaking! Proximity to the centre of Pezenas is 20 mins walk and a great supermarket is just around the corner. Everything worked well and the place was spotless, hosts friendly and location quiet and private.

Excellent luxury modern accomodation

This property is superb in every way. It is modern and spotlessly clean, the pool and garden are completely private and south facing, with a fabulous view, so there is always access to the sun, there is plenty of built in shade as well to suit everyone (so no umbrellas to blow over!). The outside kitchen area had a choice of two good barbecues (gas and Wood fired) to suit every occasion. Inside the villa there was plenty of space with a comprehensively equipped kitchen with loads of fridge and freezer space. All the showers worked well (a bonus in France in my experience). Very comfortable firm mattresses in every bedroom, with air-conditioning units that were very efficient. Added bonus of a large garage to keep the car cool between trips. The wifi also worked well so our teenagers were happy all holiday. Pezenas is a gorgeous town with plenty to see and a good base for trips, the beach was only 20 minutes drive away. To summarise, we have been self catering on holiday for the past 30 years and this is the only place we have ever repeated a booking.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

La villa est idéalement situé juste à l'entrée de Pézenas, toute en profitant du calme au bord de la campagne. Pézenas est une petite ville touristique qui est un site d'exception avec ses nombreux propositions culturels, touristiques et gastronomiques. L'été, de multiples fêtes estivales permettent de se plonger dans la vie locale.
Pézenas est aussi un point de départ parfait pour visiter la mer, la montagne, une cave viticole, une grotte, un abbaye, un musée, le jardin de Saint-Adrien, etc....
