La maison est entièrement meublée avec 3 chambres doubles, 2 chambres doubles, 1 chambre triple (3 lits simples), 1 chambre à deux lits, 1 canapé-lit, 2. 5 salles de bains, plus douches extérieures et parking hors rue. Cuisine entièrement équipée, cuisinière 4 feux et four, réfrigérateur / congélateur, micro-ondes, cafetière, lave-vaisselle, laveuse et sécheuse et chauffage central pour les locations d'hiver! Salle à manger pouvant accueillir 16 personnes, avec coin salon connecté pour 7 et bureau adjacent / salon pour 4. Télévision par câble et internet wifi. Immense véranda couverte!

Situé juste à côté de la plage, vous pourrez profiter de l'air frais de la mer et des vues sur l'océan depuis le grand porche, avec mobilier de jardin et barbecue. Une aire de jeux est idéalement situé en face de la propriété et la promenade est idéale pour les joggeurs, les patineurs, les cyclistes, ou une promenade en soirée!

Great Family Gathering Place

This was our second summer family week at this great beach house. It’s right across the street from the beach, the mini golf and the playground. The kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Early Spring Visit

Great location directly across from the beach. House has an interesting layout. It is clean and the kitchen has everything needed. I would stay here again.

Great Family Beach Getaway

Three generations enjoyed a delightful week at the beach together. There was plenty of room, lots of dishes, pots, and so forth. And the location can’t be beat.

Perfect location

Unfortunately it was rainy during my stay but still made the best of it with the big front porch and beach view! Mary Beth was great to work with and flexible!

It was a great time for family to be together. So happy to be right across the street from the beach. Pack light we brought way too much stuff.

The location was perfect! Good communication with the hosts. The only issue was that the house could have been cleaner.

So sorry, and surprised, to hear the house cleanliness did not meet your expectations. Our cleaning crew remains on site for any issues when you arrive and would be more than happy to make things right, if we know there is a problem. Cleanliness is one of our best features, as noted in our reviews. I am so sorry we didn't measure up this time.

Off Season Stay

We stayed in the off-season. Wonderful time as the beach is not crowded then. The house is somewhat "quirky", but it grows on you. It is on my list to come back to.

Across from ocean boardwalk

Perfect location across the street from ocean for annual family summer get together. My grandchildren ages 10 to 23 had Park and miniature golf right across the street in boardwalk. We did not do much cooking but kitchen had everything we needed.

Thank you, Jonathan, for taking the time to review. I am a little puzzled by the "chopped up" comment, since the bedrooms are all quite large except for the front single twin bedroom that sits between the two large ocean facing front bedrooms. I believe that was probably an effort by the builder (nearly 100 years ago1) to maximize the ocean views. Sorry you found that that made the layout feel "chopped up," and of course there's nothing I can do about that. But people can now see from your comments that there is that one single bed room in the front of the house and the bedrooms are indeed of different sizes!

Great location! Ideal for family with children.

This is a nice family home. It is across from the beach. We stayed during July 4th. There is plenty of space. Three rooms faced the ocean which was beautiful. There's a large kitchen and dining room. But our family used the front patio most of the time and BBQ. Ideal for kids. There's a playground and mini golf across the street. We really liked Bradley Beach. We look forward to coming back. Thank you!

Wonderful stay in Bradley

The property was set up just as explained on the listing. There were 9 adults and 2 kids so there was enough space for us. The size of the kitchen worked well and it was great to have use of the 2 outdoor showers. The sinks in the bedrooms also helped with everyone getting ready each day/night. The location to the beach could not be beat. The landlord was very responsive as well. Only recommendation is updating some of the furniture/decor. But we felt like it was priced right and we had an amazing stay overall. Thanks again!

Bradley Beach Stay

For the most part our stay was lovely. The location of the property was excellent. We enjoyed the proximity to the shore and easy access to the area sites. Although we were there for a Memorial Service it was lovely to have a place for so many of the family to gather. The weather did not cooperate fully but that was still a memory we will have. We did have an issue with the door and code locks. I am sure that will be rectified shortly. Overall our stay was a success for the majority of the family.

I know this was a sad and emotional time for your family, and I'm glad the house could accommodate you all and allow you to share memories of your loved one. Yes, the electronic door lock has been replaced so keys are no longer needed, and our sunny summer weather has returned.

Amazing location, roomy house

You cannot beat the location of this house. The front porch is the best feature with amazing views ands enough chairs and tables to accommodate all guests. The house is large and clean and it was great to have separate rooms for all couples/ seperate people.

Perfect for large family gathering. Perfect for teens just cross the street and you're at the beach. Perfect for children, mini golf, playground, just across the street. Plenty of beds, space, parking, just bring your stuff and start the fun. Love the front porch, open and free of obstructions. Perfect for BBQ and game playing in the beach air. Love the showers. Perfect for everyone and convenient.

Easy way to enjoy the beach

The property was perfect for our group of 10 to enjoy the beach. The house isn't anything fancy, but it has all the rooms that it says it does (with sinks in each room), everything is clean, and the porch is amazing. The house is right across the street from the beach and with the huge porch out front you can sit right by the beach all day! It was very easy to rent and communicate with the owners. There aren't a ton of bars in the area that we found, but it's across the street from mini golf and the proximity to the beach is really all you need! Thanks for letting us stay and we hope to see you next year.

Great house for a big group

Fantastic house with a lot of rooms: Everyone in our group of 14 was able to spread out and stay comfortably without feeling crowded. The front porch has a speaker system, which made sitting out and eating dinner while looking at the ocean even better. Literally across the street from the beach, a playground, and a minigolf course, so there was plenty to do. The house was clean and Mary-Ann was very friendly. We would definitely rent this house again.

Clean, well-maintained great location

The week we spent with our children, grandchildren and other relatives who stopped in was a glorious week at the beach. The property was as described and we found it to be clean, well maintained and fitting the needs we wanted for our week's vacation. The location could not have been better for beach and our beach related vacation activities in the evenings. The front porch area provided a great place to gather, play and especially eat during the entire week. The local restaurants provided fine take out and dinning experiences, Klein's in Belmar provided fresh seafood that the entire family enjoyed cooking and feasting upon. The customer service of the owner and their family certainly met our expectations. Our week was so fully enjoyed, this property provided us the base to meet our needs for our week at the beach vacation.

Love this place!

We have been coming here for the past 5 years and love it! It is big enough to accommodate my extended family. Great location, clean, and full amenities. Right across the street from the beach, playground, and mini-golf. My family loves the additional outdoor showers too - great for when you just get back from the beach! The owner was very responsive and gracious anytime we had any requests.
