We had such a wonderful stay at the Evergreen Suite in Clinton, NY! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel warm and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were so soft. The location is perfect—tucked away in a quiet, peaceful setting but still close to town, shops, and restaurants. The backyard was really beautiful and so peaceful to sit and have a drink and listen to the birds. The host Dianne was attentive, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. I truly felt at home here and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend the Evergreen Suite to anyone visiting.

Amazing property! We felt secluded in the lush landscape of the back yard. Attention to detail is shown throughout the entire property including snacks, seltzer, tea, toothpaste. Friendly host with lots of local knowledge. Would stay again!

Beautiful suite and outdoor space in walking distance of restaurants and shops in Clinton. We had all the privacy we needed, while also feeling attended to by Dianne. We look forward to staying again!

It was a pleasure to meet Dianne and her husband who live in the main house attached to this room that they rent out. The backyard was amazing! Well landscaped, and very comfortable seating areas. Very clean, dining table for two, comfortable bed, all the amenities and extra hygiene products such as tooth brushes! If you forgot something, Dianne has you covered! The Keurig was ready to go for coffee or tea and she had half and half in the fridge!! Perfect for a couple. We had our teenage son with us and made it work! Snack basket was a nice bonus!! We will most definitely stay here again the next time we visit the area.

Amazing property in a very peaceful and safe area. Close to everything the town has to offer. The host were very friendly, knowledgeable and greeted us upon arrival. The Evergreen Suite was exactly as described, very clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing Stay

Efficient room contained everything we needed in a lovely setting with special touches.Open bedroom, kitchenette and seating area opened with french doors onto a pretty garden.Location was just 15 minutes from family. Would have loved to shop in town if we had more time. Would come again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Not only is the suite homey and comfortable, but it's within easy walking distance of downtown Clinton and less than 5 minutes' drive from Hamilton College. Our hostess, Dianne, was friendly and easy to communicate with. I'm sure we'll be back!

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient

My daughter and I arrived late and it could not have been easier- parking, unloading and getting in. Dianne’s place is immaculate and the bed was so comfortable. She had coffee, snacks and drinks available. I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at the cozy and charming Evergreen Suite. The host had thoughtfully and generously appointed the place and we enjoyed a fire in the backyard in the cool autumn evening. Highly recommend it.

Lovely place

Stayed at the Evergreen Suite for two nights while visiting Colgate for Family Weekend (30minute drive). Very comfortable, lovely decor, super clean, thoughtful amenities, would absolutely stay here again!

Great cozy stay

Everything was great. The place was cozy, clean, and very well supplied. The backyard was a great place to hang out. The town was nice to walk around and it was just over an hour to Old Forge for an easy day trip. Dianne is a great host and communicated well, we had a great time and would recommend it very highly!

Beautiful and Cimfortable

What a cozy and beautifully decorated suite. Snacks and drinks are a great bonus. Everything there you could need. The gardens were lovely as well. Thought the bed looked luxurious when I walked in and it felt that way when I crawled in later. Slept so good!! Only thing might help is perhaps a pic of outside of house to be able to I’d first time in. Lots of traffic and number was not easy to find. Had to drive up and down several times. But otherwise all was great!!

We were in town for just one night, but we LOVED this suite and wished would could stay longer. It is very well appointed with a separate entrance around back, easy parking, nice patio, beautiful gardens and backyard. It truly has everything you might need! It is high end, but comfortable. We really enjoyed it and the layout was perfect for my college aged daughter and myself. We will definitely book again and recommend to others.

Perfect Studio

The property is a large room in the back of the house with its own entrance. It's very spacious and comfortable and Dianne was very accomodating and responsive. I also recommend Nola's Restaurant just down the street.

Just perfect.

Dianne is a wonderful host. The property is beautiful. The room is very well done. Just what we needed. Super clean and several the nice little touches. Like yogurt and water in the fridge. Not to mention oatmeal and other goodies. I would highly recommend. Clinton is a wonderful walking town, and Dianne’s place is just a few steps from downtown. We look forward to staying here again soon.

A relaxed get away

Everything was as described and we appreciated the cleanliness, snacks and towels. The bed was very comfortable with my kind of pillows. We hoped that we didn’t wake the hosts coming in after midnight. We had one of the few snow storms of the season and we ended up in a ditch about 1.5 miles from our rented suite due to white out conditions. We were unharmed and car is in good shape. The policeman who waited with us and the 2 tow trucks who responded were great people. We would definitely stay here again…when the sun is out and flowers are in bloom.

Diane is such a joy to work with. Her communication is always speedy, kind and helpful. The suite is very clean, and decorated so well. She provides snacks, water, and starter groceries . Hello and welcome to Evergreen Suite! I am excited to have you experience the suite and the village of Clinton! I am married with two children and two beautiful grandchildren! I chose to engage in Evergreen Suite because I enjoy meeting people outside of my immediate circle. I wanted to give those traveling to this area a place to stay that I would enjoy. I can't imagine life without my family, the fresh air and beauty of the Adirondack mountains and the comfort of my home. I'm known for making a house a home and have put those talents into play in the Evergreen Suite. I lose myself with the latest autobiography on the patio of the suite and my husband's excellent cooking. At this point in our lives we are looking forward to traveling, with Montana being one of our favorite destinations. My husband Mike is a "foodie" so we like to look for the unique eatery of the area we are visiting. I am most happy when all the family is at our house, eating, listening to music, laughing and "fighting" over who cheated in the card game of the moment! My motto in life is very simple...Find someone to laugh with everyday...I hope your experience with Evergreen Suite is comfortable, cozy and leaves you wanting to return.
