The property was nice if you like a very large timeshare place! There were a lot of people getting sales pitches, luckily we didnt fall in that category. Wish I would have know that going in. Boasts 14 pool but not all accessible. The water park is not included unless.your an ower 25 day.
The property is a time share property. So be prepared to get a phone call to come to a time share presentation upon arrival. The room was nice and had a nice patio. The location was great and we were really close to Disney. The bathroom was not fully cleaned, this is my only complaint. Communication was great and the price ws reasonable. It says pets allowed, just be prepared for an extra cleaning fee ~$150 upon check in.
I booked a room with only 3 days in advance. Very short notice and they had availability. That being said I always book way ahead doing my research well before booking. We went on a limb to stop by universal at the end of our trip. On the website it is total deceiving. I was most upset by when I walked in my room with our things on the 4th floor and seen that the balcony was only 8 inches. This is one of the reasons why I picked this place. When i called she said some of the studios dont have a full balcony( even though there are chairs on it in the picture) she said i could "upgrade" to a diffrent room but that i had to come back to check in with the lines and rude customer service. It was a joke. We just toughed it out simce was at the park on our full day there then leaving. The rooms was decent priced but you had to pay extra for everything including wifi. All the amenities was extra also. They did have cleaning crews an security on grounds alot but over all I didn't like the experience of so many ppl rooms and hotels in crowded west gate and orlando. I'll stick with a private home rental next time. David and Jackie Seigal have a F in my book. Upgrade your 80s hotel rooms not just the outside and lobby.
The property itself is lovely. The accommodations were as described, newly remodeled.
My only complaint is that the PD responded 2xs in the two days there, and I heard a very loud domestic interaction that was aggressive.
We had a great time. Everybody was very helpful and pleasant. The room we ended up with after the mess up was perfect. There was plenty of room and my handicapped daughter in a wheelchair had no problems bathing and getting around. I am very thankful for the staffs help in the mix up and helping to resolve the problem. We will be coming back. Thank you everyone!
Good property and room for a couple; worked out well for a brief stay as we passed through the area. Clean and comfortable; only complaint would be this is a pet friendly resort and for a non pet owner was a bit annoying having the neighboring room leave their dog during the day and hearing it barking periodically while I was trying to work.
The Deluxe Studio Villa serves as a pleasant retreat after spending an amazing day at Orlando area theme parks or touring the city! Studio amenities include a double bed, a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, plus a kitchenette with microwave and mini refrigerator.
