Situé entre 1-4 et à quelques minutes du Walt Disney World Resort, le Retreat Estates de ChampionsGate est le lieu idéal pour votre résidence de vacances. Cette communauté Lennar de premier plan propose des installations de style complexe dans une atmosphère accueillante.
Plusieurs autoroutes principales relient ChampionsGate aux régions environnantes pour faciliter l’accès aux principaux centres commerciaux, à l’International Drive d’Orlando et à l’aéroport.
Les résidents du Retreat Estates ont accès au club de luxe ultramoderne inspiré du luxe. Ce clubhouse exclusif dispose d'une piscine de style complexe avec une rivière paresseuse et une éclaboussure, un centre de remise en forme entièrement équipé, un bar tiki, une salle de théâtre, un restaurant et un bar, et bien plus encore!

FANTASTIC!!! We can't say enough good things about this magical house. There was so much to do! Fun pool time, big screen movies, scavenger hunts, cool play and game rooms & lots of amenities to make our 1st Disney vacation a huge success! The house itself was beautiful & well stocked with everything you could possibly need, It made it easy for us to just focus on family time....and the Waffles & Smores were a real treat! :)Located in a great community not far from any of the parks/attractions made it easy to get anywhere. Michelle & Brandon are the Best! They really thought of everything! We can't wait to go back.

This was an awesome vacation for my family! We had the best time! The home was very well cleaned and up to date with appliances and features that went above and beyond! The attention to detail that the hosts put effort into, makes it all the more worth it to stay in this home! The hosts were so fast with communication, very respectful and quick to respond with any details and information I needed! The scavenger hunt was a blast. The game room did not disappoint! The Alice in Wonderland room was incredibly fun! My kids and our cousins did not want to leave this place! We will definitely be back! I can’t wait to book again with this host!! Lastly, the location was awesome, so close to anything you needed to get to within minutes! STAY HERE, you won’t regret it!

What an amazing property. With the pool, platoons games room, it was difficult to get the youngsters out to the parks! Everything you could possibly need was provided and it made the whole vacation stress-free. The rooms were surprisingly large and whilst the images were accurate, don’t do justice too the scale and size of the interior. Michelle was very communicative before and during our stay. Not the cheapest option, but so, so worth every penny for the wonderful memories we created.

Our family had a Fabulous stay at your home! Everything was magical for adults and kids. The house was stocked with Everything that we could have possibly needed. One group had to leave early to take a Disney cruise, and the children cried to stay at this house instead! The play room, game room, and theater were huge hits! We enjoyed the neighborhood water parks immensely, but actually preferred swimming in our private home pool. The home was clean and easy to manage. The washers and dryers were a life saver! The beds were so comfortable we may order the same mattress for our personal home! The neighborhood was very secure and safe. I hope that we can visit this home again someday! Thank you for allowing us to make Life Memories at this Magical home!

The home is wonderful and has everything you need. It is close to all the parks just about twenty minutes. The neighborhood is nice and the connected waterpark is awesome. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone. The guys played golf nearby and enjoyed two days on the range. It was an awesome trip!!!

The host was very responsive and attentive to anything we asked. It was very nice to have spices and shower soaps.The only downfall we had was the spa. It never got hot. The pool was warmer than the spa our entire stay. Very close to stores and the community was quiet and nice.

This was the perfect house for our family Disney trip. The home is very comfortable, and there are things for children of all ages. The almost 2 year old spent most of his time in the Mad Hatter kitchen. The 5 and 8 year old had plenty to keep busy with, and everyone loved the pool area! I highly recommend this home for families and groups. We had a wonderful stay!

10/10! Perfect house for multiple families. There was plenty of space to come together, but also had the much needed space to separate. There were so many extra's, such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet paper, and trash bags. The kitchen had everything we needed when cooking. The beds were comfortable. The outdoor space is perfect for families. The pictures posted are exactly what you get when you stay here. The kids loved the resort pool, lazy river, and slides. It was a great neighborhood to walk.

We had a great family trip. The playroom and the kids room were so much fun. Love that they have a grill and fire table. Everything was clean and they had extras like car seats and strollers.

This was a wonderful home with many fun activities and great theming in the rooms. My entire family (grandparent to grandkids 10 in total) had plenty of space to spread out. We especially enjoyed the theater room closely followed by the game room. My younger grandkids couldn't get enough of the wonderland rooms. The slide and small door were a big hit with them. We were very busy so didn't get to spend as much time in the house as we would have liked. Will have to plan for more down time next time. Our only struggle was with the hot tub and the hosts responded very quickly to our questions. They were very helpful and were pleasent to converse with. I recommend this property.

With many resorts to choose from in the surrounding area, we chose Championsgate due to the beautiful grounds and resort area.
