This is THE house to rent!

I can’t say enough positive things about this house or the hosts! We stayed for 9 days with 8 kids (ages 1-12) and 6 adults. This house blew every other house we’ve stayed at completely out of the park. They’ve truly thought of every detail and made sure to go over and above. It’s was very clean with comfortable bedding and furniture. This was the only house we’ve been to that provided everything you’d need for the week. Garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, and showers were fully stocked with shampoo and soap. They even included YouTube videos on how to fix normal pool issues that might pop up. We used of one of the strollers and crib. Both in good shape and clean. The kids really enjoyed the play room and it was nice to have it right off the kitchen so we could keep an eye on them while cooking or relaxing in the living room. I will say the spacing of the bars in the playroom is a little large so it’s probably more geared toward 3 unless an adult is in there. There is still plenty for little ones to do in the little house and kitchen area if the adults want a break. The pool was warm and the basketball net was a hit with my bigger kids. The adults enjoyed the fire pit while the kids went night swimming. The Mickey waffles were a fun touch for breakfast. Movie theatre was comfortable. We had no issues during stay but Michelle is the most responsive host I’ve ever worked with. You won’t regret staying here!

Terrific place to stay!

This house fit all 17 of us to a "t". The 9 kids loved the fun rooms, the toys, the pool, the movie theater, the 2 water parks available in the neighborhood. Every one of us had plenty of space and had a great time! We enjoyed it thoroughly.

Perfect home for all ages

This is by far the best home we have ever stayed in. We had people from 10 months to 80 years old staying here and we all had the best time ever. The Bartells go above and beyond. They are wonderful hosts. Very attentive making sure everything was perfect. We loved all the extras like the stroller play pen and high chair. That helped the families with little ones so much and all the extras oh my goodness! The coffee and waffle bar amazing! The popcorn was a huge hit too. We’re already talking about next year. Thank you for a wonderful place to make some family memories.

This was everything we needed and more. The perfectly themed house had something for everyone. It was clean, comfortable and nicely located. We’re definitely going to visit again. The owners were incredibly responsive when we discovered a minor problem with the pool alarm. You will love it!

We had a blast! Plenty of room for all of us. Very clean. Especially wonderful for kids. They have hide-outs to play in (which our kids played in all the time they weren’t in the pool)! Any time we contacted the property managers, they promptly took care of it. We would recommend anyone to stay on this property without reservations! We absolutely loved it!

AMAZING

This house is truly speechless, From the design to the small details. This house has something for everyone, we had kids from the age of 4-17 and 7 adults. We enjoyed making smores outside and the waffle bar. The beds are very comfortable and the owners are very responsive. The small details are what did it for me, They had our names on the door, a care package, a smores starter kit, a waffle bar, and so much more. We plan on staying at this house again just to truly enjoy everything.

We loved it so much the first time we stayed again!

Happy as Clams...

From the moment my family of 17 (9 adults and 8 children from 22 months to 14 years old) walked into this incredible and magical property, we instantly knew our 7 day stay would far exceed our high expectations, and we were spot on!! The house oozes fun and joy both in and outdoors and we took full advantage of every feature including the marvelous theme rooms, beautiful theater room with a popcorn machine the lanai equipped with a large enough pool, hot tub, furniture, large grill, kids toys and a fun game room!! Was it perfect? No, but the recommended improvements are few and minor. We will recommend this property with family, friends and anyone else that asks for our advice! I'd be remiss if don't make mention of the large kitchen with many great features such as, a waffle maker, marshmallow kit for s'mores, two coffee makers with espresso option and fully stocked cabinets!! As the title above states, we were Happy as Clams all throughout our time in this remarkable and affordable property!!! Give it a try...you won't be disappointed!

You will want for nothing at this rental. Have stayed at so many places. This place has everything and the level of excellence is amazing! The kids loved the fun places and rooms! Book extra days so you have more time to enjoy all this property has to offer!

Our family of 8 (Granny, PopPop, 4 adults & 2 grandkids) had the most amazing time staying here. We arrived late on a Saturday, had 5 magical Disney days, one day for the grown kids at Harry Potter/grandparents & grandkids at the Oasis and house pool, and one quiet tropical storm day enjoying the theatre room and play areas, and back home 8 days later. We would have loved to have another day or two to enjoy all this vacation home has to offer! Any (minor) issues we had were quickly and efficiently handled. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided- including toys, kids flotation vests, pool towels, games, kids play areas, completely stocked kitchen… it was hard to leave and the grandkids were crying to go back when we got home…

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this vacation home. Our grandchildren had so much fun playing at the house. The Alice bedroom, playroom, Harry Potter bunk room, move theater, and the pool were their favorite parts of the house. Everything you read is true. The house is immaculate and has so many extras- many special touches including the welcome sign and gift. Michelle is an amazing host- the best I have ever experienced! Our entire family loved their stay at this very special home.

Most magical home ever stayed in

This home was spectacular! It was clean and beyond amazing. The kids (and adults) had a blast!! We felt so at home and welcomed. The hosts left us a special note and an amazing welcome gift filled with snacks and a s'more kit! They communicated with us throughout our stay and helped with any questions. We definitely want to stay again! I 100% recommend!!!!

Great family time in Florida

The property was great included everything needed. Including a play area for the kids so the adults could relax by the pool. The decor was truly great and the movie theatre made it possible to not have to go out everyday because the kids were entertained at home. Everyone enjoyed the pool adults, teens and little one they even provided floaters.

Long memorial weekend for family trip to join our families from Fl & Ny

House was excellent, we were so amazed when we arrived even better than the pictures online. Hostess was amazing and welcoming. Very clean and had sooo many extras such as the waffle bar, coffee station, popcorn maker and amazing movie room. We enjoyed much time in the private pool and patio areas and both the free water parks you can go to, they even have a free van service we took advantage of, several times to run us to and from the water park. Not one complaint!! Best house we have rented and we have rented many. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is amazing. Only regret is stay not long enough, Would love to go back!! Our deep love for the Orlando/Kissimmee area inspired our move from Ohio to Florida, bringing us closer to our cherished vacation home. As parents of two little girls, we know firsthand how magical this destination can be, and it’s their favorite place to explore with so much to do in the area.

Our passion for hosting comes from the joy of crafting unforgettable experiences for other families. My husband, brother-in-law, and I personally designed and decorated our property from top to bottom.
