We loved everything about this property. There are so many activities to do if you have a rest day or bad weather. We loved the pool, theater room and game room. Our kids loved the spaces just for them. There was a lot of attention to detail - the owners really thought of everything you could ever need. Especially if you have young children. The house was also very clean and the owners were very responsive if we had any questions.

Amazing place to stay. We had a 4 day family get together to celebrate 5 birthdays. 16 of us ages 1 to 65 loved this vacation home. Decades of family vacation rentals and this is one of the very best. The communication, the attention to every extra little detail, the coffee bar, movie theater, pool/spa, play areas and game room. We spent all our time at the house and enjoyed the 2 resort pool areas. 5 stars!!

I can’t say enough great things about this rental and the owners. My husband and I took our three daughters, their husbands and kids - ages 5,4,3,2, and 6 months. This place had something for all ! Extremely clean and the attention to detail is over the top ! They even helped arrange a birthday party for my 3 yr old granddaughter. Her momma cried when she walked in and saw the ballon, cupcakes, table decor and goodie bags for her and her cousins. It was so special. We will defiantly rent from them again!

The house was super adorable. Every thing was clean and decorated so nice. The grandchildren had so much fun. Our host was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. The pool and hot tub was warm and clean and so nice to have right out patio door. This home has had a lot of fun and detail added I can honestly say going to the Disney parks was fun but they enjoyed the house just as much. They said they would rather stay at this property verses Disney everytime. Thanks for the great memories and for being such great hosts.

We had 3 generations staying in the home and it was a good fit. Everyone enjoyed the pool and spa. We had a few minor problems and had quick solutions from the owners. There were not as many children’s plates, bowls and cups as was pictured and the stove needs to be upgraded. Make sure to pay attention to parking details. HOA is very picky about that

We’re so happy to hear that the home worked well for your three generations and that everyone enjoyed the pool and spa. We also appreciate you mentioning that we were able to quickly help with the few minor issues that came up during your stay. Thank you as well for bringing the children’s dishes and stove to our attention—we will certainly take a closer look at both. Regarding parking, ChampionsGate does have specific HOA parking and vehicle registration requirements that all guests are required to follow, and we do our best to provide those details clearly before arrival to help make the process as smooth as possible. We truly appreciate your stay and hope to have the opportunity to host your family again in the future!

Wonderful Family Getaway! We had an excellent stay at this beautifully themed rental home. The property was spotless, well-stocked, and full of charm with its wonderfully decorated rooms. Our girls were thrilled with the magical Alice in Wonderland playroom and swam every day in the private pool and the large clubhouse pools.Even on rainy Florida days, we stayed entertained with cozy movie nights in the fantastic theater room. The house offered plenty of space for our multigenerational family, and extras like the waffle bar and s’mores kit were such fun treats. Communication was quick and responsive throughout. We’d happily book this home again on our next trip! Highly recommend.

Our family stayed here for two weeks, and it was one of the best short-term rental experiences we have had. As our family has grown, renting a home has become an important part of our annual two-week vacation, and this property truly stood out.The location was excellent—about 30 minutes from most Disney and Universal parks. The house was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and probably the best-stocked rental we have ever stayed in. Bandon and Michelle seemed to anticipate just about everything a family might need, and they were very responsive whenever we had a question. The attention to families with young children was exceptional. Our grandchildren, ages 4 and 2½, loved the Disney and Universal-themed bedrooms, superhero masks and capes, playroom under the stairs, bedroom slide, and pool. The adults enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and the converted garage with nostalgic Nintendo games, pool, ping-pong, and air hockey.Free access to the Champions Gate Oasis and Retreat clubs was another great benefit. Our family enjoyed the lazy river, wading and lounging pools, and other amenities. Having the Oasis Clubhouse within walking distance was a bonus. The combination of location, cleanliness, security, amenities, and thoughtful touches made this a wonderful place for our family to spend two weeks together and create great memories. We would highly recommend this home to other families and would not hesitate to stay here again!

What an amazing property. With the pool, platoons games room, it was difficult to get the youngsters out to the parks! Everything you could possibly need was provided and it made the whole vacation stress-free. The rooms were surprisingly large and whilst the images were accurate, don’t do justice too the scale and size of the interior. Michelle was very communicative before and during our stay. Not the cheapest option, but so, so worth every penny for the wonderful memories we created.
