Well, the time of our arrival, the electronic keypad did not function. The door would not unlock. I called the number for assistance, i spoke to someone from a service center in another country. I found it difficult to understand plus the actual connection was minimal. The televisions were poor or unusable. We left a day early because of a personal emergency. I contacted the local Vacasa office. I informed them we were leaving. I was not expecting any type of refund. I just wanted to inform them if they needed to clean the property early. That brings up the final issue, my wife accidentally left in the closet a very expensive blouse hanging up in the closet. She also left in the same closet two sandals. When we got home and my wife informed me that ahe left the three items in the closet, I called the Vacasa office. They said the would send the 3 items to us. The Monday after I returned. The company they used said that only the sandals were there. Yes, it was mine qnd my wifes mistake for leaving then in your unit. Im just confused how only the sandals were to be found.
