North Lake Leelanau (environ 20 minutes au nord-ouest de Traverse City, Michigan). Les cabanes à étages les plus récentes sont accessibles par un chemin privé, dans un cadre semblable à un parc, à 50 pieds du fond dur et sableux du lac North Leelanau. Soyez notre invité sur notre terrain au bord du lac (plus de 100 ’). Nous sommes des hôtes qui font en sorte que votre séjour soit très agréable. A un plan d'étage ouvert qui est joliment décoré, avec cuisine entièrement équipée, salle de bain complète, salle de séjour, et tout nouveau lit escamotable très confortable, climatisation et impeccablement propre. Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. Hébergement parfait pour deux personnes. Grande escapade romantique ou chalet de lune de miel. Tellement de très bons restaurants, caves à vin, cafés, brasserie (Hop Lot), randonnées pédestres / à pied, vélo, visites touristiques, excursions de pêche, et casino. Tout est là!

Instructions:
De Traverse City, prenez la M-22 vers le nord en direction de Suttons Bay. Peu de temps après avoir traversé Suttons Bay, tournez à gauche (ouest) sur la M-204 et continuez (environ 5 km) jusqu'au coin de l’autoroute Eagle Highway, également appelée North Lake Leelanau Drive / 641. Tournez à droite sur Eagle Highway (également connue sous le nom de North Lake Leelanau Drive / 641). Dans 1/2 mile, tournez à gauche (c'est toujours N. Lac Leelanau Drive / 641). Continuez 1/2 mile (mi-hauteur de la colline) à la première route (terre) et tournez à gauche, il y a des postes avec des noms énumérés. Il est marqué N. Sunset Shores et N. Twin Pines Drive. Descendez le chemin de terre jusqu'à ce que vous voyiez un virage à gauche, tournez à gauche au virage. Procéder à la 9ème allée à droite à 487 N. Twin Pines Drive.

Peaceful and serene

We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return!!! Loved our boat ride around the lake, sitting on the balcony and enjoying the chairs on the boat dock.

This was by far the best VRBO i have ever stayed at. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay amazing. Larry and Jessie are so hospitable and kind. They even took us on a fabulous pontoon ride. Waking up every day in the beauty thatsurrounds you was magical.

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed the balcony for relaxing, reading, and eating. We appreciated the host allowing use of the garage under the quarters for parking. Big plus for those who are particular about their vehicle. Also enjoyed the quiet setting and the location to the small towns, lakes, and state parks. Would not hesitate to stay again to do more exploring of the area. The owner was friendly and inquired if all was ok when our paths crossed, but otherwise respected our time and privacy.

Wonderful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Larry and Jessie were great hosts. They were on sight and shared with us places to visit and where to eat. The pontoon ride around Lake Leelanau was an added bonus. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

We will be returning

This place was perfect. The accommodations are very comfortable and stocked with everything you need. The views of the lake and also sitting out on the dock to relax were great. Just what we needed. Location is ideal. Very close to Leland and Suttons Bay, the TART trail, wineries, and so much more. Jessie and Larry are both the best hosts ever. We felt very welcome throughout our entire stay. I highly recommend staying with them!

Perfect place

Larry & Jessie’s place on Lake Leelanau was just perfect! They greeted us as we pulled up, showed us all around & were so kind & inviting! The loft was such a perfect space to relax & enjoy ourselves! Very comfortable & clean with everything you need! The Lake Leelanau area is so beautiful with tons of stuff to do! Lakeside Beauty

Lovely little studio over the garage - perfect for two. Kitchen was well stocked, grill worked well, kayaks were a blast. Beautiful lakeside location on a quiet street great for morning walks and centrally located to experience all of the Leelanau peninsula. By far the nicest hosts we’ve ever stayed with.

Perfect all around!

The perfect quiet and relaxing location on Lake Leelanau! We can't say enough about the hosts, Jessie & Ray. Very comfortable and well equipped carriage house. Close to hiking locations, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and several small towns with shopping and restaurants.

Luxury treehouse

It’s perfect for a couples getaway. The hosts are amazing, and have thought of everything needed to have a comfortable stay. From the new appliances, VERY comfortable bed, to the beach accessories we didn’t pack. Highly recommend this gem!!

Wonderful!

Best location to get to all the small towns up north. Very nicely furnished and super clean! Plenty of room and felt like we had a whole house! Jessie was very sweet to work with. Would have liked to stay a month!

Wonderful getaway!

The carriage house was absolutely wonderful! Clean, spacious, serene, and conveniently located to Suttons Bay, Leland, Traverse City and the Dunes. Jessie and Larry were so welcoming and kind, allowing us to use their kayaks, sit on their dock, and giving us great restaurant recommendations. When we needed some relaxation in between our explorations, this was the perfect place to come "home" to! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Experience

Our hosts couldn’t be more gracious. Super friendly and lovely to hang out with. They even took us for a pontoon boat tour of their lake! The property was beautiful and so well maintained. The carriage house had everything we needed and was so cozy. We will be back!!

Perfect Up North Stay

What a fantastic place to stay. Beautiful surroundings and a great location for visiting the western points and peninsulas. Carriage House Gem

The hosts of the Carriage House thought of every detail with this little gem of a studio apartment behind their beautiful home just north of the narrows along Lake Leelanau. It provides everything you need for a private, relaxing stay while enjoying beautifully landscaped grounds of the property owners which they humbly share with you, especially the waterfront views of the lake.

Peekaboo was a perfect getaway!

The beautiful property along with the updated studio carriage house/apt was very comfortable and roomy! Had all the basics to cook, full kitchen island, balcony facing the water with that beautiful peekaboo view. The birds were all around as their feeders remained busy. Nice to hang out with morning coffee. Brushed up on my billiards skills at night after being out during the days :) Jessie and Larry were perfect hosts making sure I had everything I needed! Would definitely stay again!

Lovely Fourth of July getaway

For us, this was the perfect little getaway spot right in the middle of a beautiful part of Michigan during one of the best parts of the year here. The property had everything that we desired; it was lovely to relax, play pool, turn on the AC to go to sleep and explore the surrounding areas! While there were political advertisements present, the hosts didn't overtly bring it up so no big deal. They did ask my wife if she was pregnant, which was kind of awkward, I don't think that they were trying to be rude. We did stay out of the lake because, as we learned after arriving, it's prone to giving people swimmers itch. It was lovely to watch fireworks over the lake though! We made lovely memories here and don't regret staying here. Thank you!

Incredible get away!

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend away. The location was great-so close to everything (wineries, shopping, hiking and right on the lake!). The owners were incredibly welcoming and made us feel like old friends. The place was amazing. Comfortable sofa to watch a movie, well stocked kitchen, full bath, comfortable Murphy bed and a pool table-Great way to relax after a day of exploring. The lake was beautiful. I highly recommend-We can’t wait to return!
