We have stayed at a handful of VRBO properties all over the country and this one was our least favorite so far. The linens were sparce. I had to go to the store to purchase washcloths. There were not any pillow cases for one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is minimally stocked but we were able to get by with what was available. There was clumps of what looked like dog hair on the rug. I had to contact the property manager a day or two prior to our arrival to get check in information and was only given a door code. Every other property owner has sent information a few days ahead. I'm not sure if that is standard or if we have just been lucky. The property manager did leave a list in the condo of activities in the area which was nice.
This is not a complain , but feedback. Marilee is nice lady. But to get 4 star and above , I recommend few improvements. Rental was not cheap.
Customer may not expect centralized AC, but at investing $150 and buy 3 pedestal fans is must. Top floor was hot. We need air flowing house .
I texted her for hand soap which was missing in top floor bathroom, no reply at all. We bought. âŠKey is not soap, but communication.
Neighborâs dogs- I donât know local HOA rules⊠but few dogs running snd coming at anytime⊠there is no leash ⊠they were running everywhere.
Pots-Pans-there was only one big pot. We need to use for 1 person food. It is difficult to cook on so big pot. Investment -$10 small size pot
She said 2 people can sleep on on top floor bed⊠but only one pillow⊠we checked closet .
Last not least⊠mattress were old and sagging⊠when you spend $ and stay for 3 days after coming from whole day trip⊠at least decent mattress helps.
Once again ⊠I am practical person, not expecting 100% perfect like your own home , but above suggestions can be implemented.
Property is in a community and was a very short distance from town center that allowed us quick grocery trips. Its a great place to stay and enjoy for a short trip.
Didnât have to go anywhere to check in which was nice. Good atmosphere, very quiet area and just about an hour or so from Jackson Hole. Beautiful place and friendly service.
Condo had dog hair in every room and on the bedsheets. When I contacted the owner to tell her she immediately told me to stop harassing her and to send pictures. When I sent several pictures she told me to leave her condo immediately. I was one day into my three day ski vacation with my daughter and grandson. We were forced to go home early as it was a holiday weekend and we could not find another rental.
Disappointed does not begin to describe this experience!
The location and size were perfect for our family. Plenty of beds for the 7 of us. Comfortable beds and well furnished. Merilee was very responsive to messages and we had a great time.
Good property, however, it needs to be cleaned up better.
Overall, we had a very good time in Idaho. The property is close to Wyoming, and it is very spacious. There is a barbeque in the backyard, and the backyard has a nice view. However, the property needs to be cleaned up better. There was dust on the sofas (first floor) from a recent renovation. The bathrooms were not cleaned up at all.
Overall, we had a positive experience staying at Marileeâs home. The size and layout was perfect for a group of 5 looking to take it easy, hang out and cook in the evenings. The proximity to the Grand Tetons was also not bad!
Large, spacious townhome with comfortable sleeping for 6, and 2 more on the pullout coach. 4 bathrooms with 3 tub/showers makes it convenient for large groups. Marilee, the owner was very kind.
Well kept condo. Very homely. Property owner (Mary) is extremely polite and helpful. She even recommended us amazing places to see around the property.
Thanks Mary.
