When looking to explore the national parks and surrounding forests this cabin has great location. The cabin is cozy stay for two. The cabin has included many amenities. We loved our stay.
We stayed 2 days, wish it had been longer. While small, this little bunkhouse had all we needed and was clean and comfortable. Great views and peaceful. The river was wonderful to sit by. A great find.
We enjoyed our stay in this super tiny cabin. The only concern was the access road. One night it rained and the access road dips way down where the water can come rushing through. As we tried to leave we had to drive through rushing water and big rocks that had washed into the road. I donât know how often this happens but it didnât rain an unusual amount
This has been the most enjoyable stay weâve had on our vacation. The cabin was perfect for our stay, it had everything we needed. The sunrise views from the front porch made morning coffee epic. Totally 5-stars :-)
The hosts were excellent! The cabin was small but fit our needs very nicely. The property is excellent with good access to the river and great scenery.. Conveniently located to Yellowstone and Cody.
This was a wonderful stay! My only regret is I couldn't stay longer. Everything was great in this tiny little cabin.
Word of caution: Google Maps doesn't show this location correctly. But it will navigate you to the road this cabin is on. Once you are on the road, the address is clearly marked and easy to find regardless of what your map app says.
Overall a great place to stay if going to Yellowstone or the Tetons. It was super windy one of the nights we stayed and couldn't hear a thing in this cabin. The bathroom was decently sized. It was a big snug to fit in our luggage but made it work. Played some horseshoes down by the river. Super quiet and enjoyable stay.
We absolutely loved it and had what we needed!!! We had the grounds to explore and the hosts were amazing. With the property close to Cody, it was easy to go to town and secluded enough to enjoy the quiet. Yellowstone was also very close to the property so driving didn't feel like a chore.
The highland bunkhouse is the perfect place to stay for a couple if you plan on spending most of your time exploring the area. The surrounding views are excellent and the location is ideal if you plan on visiting Cody and Yellowstone. I highly recommend it.
