However, we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. While our listing does mention the presence of a nearby bar, we understand that the level of noise you encountered exceeded your expectations and caused significant disruption to your sleep and overall enjoyment of your vacation. We want you to note that the noise disturbance you experienced was not typical and was, in fact, an unusual occurrence due to the celebration of Mexican holidays during your visit. In addition to the loud music, we also regret that you were disturbed by other factors, such as the dumpsters being emptied early in the morning. We will certainly look into this matter with the relevant authorities to address the issue and prevent similar disturbances in the future.
