Escapade incroyable à Puerto Vallarta, tout nouveau condo. Terrasse confortable où vous pourrez profiter d'une vue imprenable et de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Le condo a une cuisine équipée, salon confortable, salle à manger, lave-linge, sèche-linge, lave-vaisselle et WIFI. Belle terrasse avec une vue imprenable.

 2 chambres: une chambre avec un lit king size, l'autre chambre avec 2 lits queen size, chaque chambre dispose de sa propre télévision intelligente, de la climatisation et de ventilateurs. 2 salles de bain complètes.

Les clients ont un accès complet au condo et aux vastes commodités du bâtiment, notamment des piscines en bord de mer, des bains à remous, un accès privé à la plage, des sièges, un centre de remise en forme et des courts de tennis. We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Venetian with a most spectacular view of the ocean! We enjoyed whale watching from our balcony as well as the most magnificent sunsets.

Beautiful location, wonderful beach.

This was our second time in PV, and the Grand Venetian is a perfect setting for a winter getaway. We enjoyed the pools, the restaurant, and sitting under the palapas on the beach.The El Oasis del Holi restaurant is excellent and just a quick walk through the sand.

Ocean view/sunset on living room side; city view/sunrise on bedroom side. Lovely breeze with sliding doors open. AC works well. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper included. Very responsive for questions. Location is central to many activities. Taxi service always available from the complex. Security is excellent.

This was our third year staying in this unit, and as always, we were not disappointed. We happened to be there during the unrest following the death of the cartel leader, but Regina did an excellent job of keeping us informed and offering her help whenever needed. The unit was comfortable, well-maintained, and perfectly suited for a relaxing stay despite the circumstances. We always appreciate Regina’s attentiveness and professionalism and look forward to returning again next year.

Amenities in good condition and we had a great time overall. Enjoyed the ocean view. However, condo could use slight remodeling in rooms/walls in rooms and bathrooms (seem a little outdated) and could offer access to various channels on tv.l. Thank you.

Great ocean view. Shower knobs were a challenge in both showers when showering...if u managed the adjustment,water pressure good.otherwise all good. Termites in wood door casings.Challenge at check in but resolved. Overall you just deal and move forward. Great location

It was absolutely stunning. Loved the condo and the view. We had a wonderful time. The pools and grounds are fantastic! Only small downside was we couldn’t get the WiFi info to use WiFi by the pools.

Awesome condo with prime location!

We are very happy with our stay! It was our first time in PV and we where so happy to find that the location was amazing, close to mall, restaurants and taxis, the view from the balcony is awesome and Sergio was very helpful and responded to all my questions very quickly. Great Property

My family stayed for 3 nights at this property, Sergio (on site contact) was very responsive and helpful. The property was well maintained and clean. The residence complex was very nice, there’s only one restaurant for the three resident buildings but enough to get a quick bite. I would definitely stay here again!

Great experience from check in on. Condo is lovely, although the dining room table is oddly high. Kitchen worked well and the property is well maintained. Pools were great and we got to see some whales playing in the bay.

Good location, great tennis

The property needs some maintenance and improvement. Drains are plugged, lighting is bad, sheets and towels are old, no cleaning agents supplied, no means to wash dishes in the kitchen besides the dishwasher, there is a leak on the patio from above. Pictures look good but everything is not as it seems.

AMAZING!!!

This is my second stay in this unit and I just love it more each time! The view is amazing and I could sit on the large balcony and watch the view all day long, wall to wall sliding glass doors open to wonderful breezes! The condo it's very well maintained and beautifully decorated, the kitchen has everything you could need. There's enough space to eat or just take a glass of wine. The bedrooms have a very good size and the beds very comfortable! The unit very safe and clean! The communication with Jose was very fluent and responsive. I would definitely stay for a third and a fourth time!

Good sized apartment with a wonderful deck, I could have spent my entire holiday on the deck. Sergio was wonderful, very pleasant and responsive.

This condo is a MUST with breathless views!

A wonderful apartment with the MOST beautiful ocean view anyone can ask for! We watched a couple of whales just in front of the Grand Venetian, it was amazing!! The unit is clean, well decorated, spacious and perfect for a getaway. The condo has Smart TV's which allow a chill evening with Netflix after a full day at the beach or pool. We enjoyed our breakfast at the balcony at the morning hearing the sound of waves. The complex is fantastic with 4 pools and jacuzzies, all with full ocean view and direct access to the beach. The snack bar has great food by a fair price and includes pool and condo service! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation, is a wonderful place to stay for families.
