We enjoyed our stay at 9 Vail Rd Condominiums, spacious condo, lots of room for the family, very clean, super close to restaurants and slopes, we loved staying there and highly recommend it.
Had a very late arrival and things couldnât have been simpler. Unit was well equipped and comfortable. Bathrooms were a bit tight. All in all, excellent stay.
The location was great. The place was very clean but dated. Our only complaint was the unit was very hot and could not turn down the heat on the thermostat. It was 75-77 degrees in one of the bedrooms at night.
In town with pre-teen son. Good value for a 2bd/2ba in Vail village. Shuttle was close to get to ski school in Lionshead and the ski/boot room was nice. Interior of apt doesnât appear to have been touched in 20 years but everything was in working order and the hot tub and pool were a great way to end the day.
4- 60 guys who come to Vail every other year to ski and watch NCAA bball. Overall the property served us well. We enjoyed the bedroom separation, the large living room and couch. Seating was great for 4 guys. The property is dated and that was fine with us. Recommendations- we couldn't get the heat below 74' even when turned off. Had to keep doors and windows open at all times. The fuse box door as you enter needs to be secured. A couple of us hit our heads on it. The kitchen supplies could use some work. No crock pot or soup pots and 1 frying pan in the unit. Toaster needs to be replaced. One BR closets needs to be fixed as it off the hinges. Wouldn't hurt to replace the coffee pot. Location to the lift was decent. We paid to have boots and ski's stored right at the base of the mountain.
This location couldn't have been better. Across the street from The Sebastian, in the heart of Vail, this property was in the best location (for us). I went on this trip with my brother for our annual snowboarding trip and this location was perfect for us. You are close enough to walk to the gondola and to all the shops and restaurants in town, but just far enough that you can navigate out of town without having to actually go through town. The unit was perfect for us, but probably a little dated and the bathrooms a bit small for my wife and oldest daughter. That said, they would trade those comforts for the location and amenities in a second. One of the bedrooms doesn't have a window, but has a ceiling fan and its own bathroom. So, if one of the guests doesn't mind not having a window when they sleep, it's a great room. The property has underground parking (for one car per unit) and a hot tub. Surprisingly, we didn't use the hot tub, since we were out on the mountain all day and would come back to shower and head out for dinner, then back to crash at the house. I'd definitely recommend this unit!
We loved our stay! It was the perfect location, perfect size and apt layout for our family of 5. We will definitely book again when available. Thank you very much for sharing your property with us!
We were in Vail for a wedding at the Sonnenalp . Location was perfect - right across the street. The condo provided us with plenty of room and very comfortable. We had to change our dates slightly and Vail Realty was wonderful.
