Villa Anna stands apart from the typical offerings in the rental market, bearing the mark of meticulous attention and care from its owners, Anna, Teri, and their children. Prior to being available for rent, it was a cherished family retreat, evident in every detail, especially the meticulously tended garden, lovingly cultivated by Anna and Teri's children.

This expansive villa spans 320 sq.m., with an additional 100 sq.m. of balconies, providing ample space for up to 13 guests. The interior boasts a spacious living room adorned with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay. Additionally, a separate apartment on the ground floor, at pool level, offers two more bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchenette.

Surrounded by balconies offering sweeping views of the landscape and sea, the villa immerses guests in the natural beauty of the surroundings. Outside, an 80 sq.m. swimming pool awaits, bordered by sun loungers for relaxation. A dedicated playground ensures entertainment for younger guests, while there is also a BBQ area and a ping pong table for you to enjoy. And for those inclined towards sports, a basketball court provides a venue to showcase their skills.

NOTICE:
-Up to 9 people only the main villa with 4 bedrooms will be rented, not the apartment. The apartment will remain closed.
-The minimum age of the lead renter is 23 years old.

Important Notice
Starting from January 1st, 2025 there is a new "environmental tax/fee" that the guests will have to pay for each day of their stay in our country according to the following schedule:
- From April to October, the rate of 15 Euros per day should be paid in cash on arrival.
- From November to March the amount of 4 Euro per day should be paid in cash on arrival.

Ground Floor:
There is another individual small apartment (75 sqm) situated there with a kitchenette, living room, dining table, cd player, flat screen TV, 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 wc/shower
Outside Area
A very large swimming pool of 80 sqm starting at 0.8 up to 2.8 depth, a private road leading to the parking of the villa for up to 3 cars, a BBQ, lounge seats, dining table and chairs, and one of the most beautiful gardens you will ever see in a 4 acres private land.
