External Living | Private Pools & BBQ
Viràn Villa consists of four separate & independent homes which are rent together as one, ideal for unique group gatherings and long awaited family reunion vacation, which can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests. This captivating home lays in 2,500m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 70m2 private swimming pool with 1,40m2 depth (non heated), in-pool hydromassage features & there is an additional heated four seater Spa Whirlpool at the 1st floor outdoor balcony. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ) under sunset skies, on the outdoor dinning area. The outdoor lounge areas are the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes of the natural surroundings. With spacious outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience. The villa also features a ping pong table for some play time with loved ones. Premium sun beds, umbrellas and two hammocks are also available around the pool for the ultimate sunbathing. There is sufficient parking space for up to four cars inside the villa premises.

Bonus: Resistance Swimming System, as a tool for fitness, health and well-being, the swimming & water resistance exercises benefit people of all ages. Get healthy in the convenience and privacy of your own pool. Our unique villa features an eco-friendly Pool, where water disinfection is achieved through a salt electrolysis system offering a natural swimming experience, with nearly zero chemical usage.

This captivating Villa boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance and calm, as well as promises guests a revitalising stay to renew body, mind and soul in its 250m² indoor space in total. The villa features four separate apartments each featuring its own living room and open plan fully equipped kitchen. The sublime Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests in real beds and four extra guests can be accommodated at 4 available sofas in the four living rooms (one in each home). The maximum capacity is 18 guests.

Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping service with fresh towels and linen changes every four days (included for stays of 6 nights and above) • Pool and garden maintenance twice per week • Two Baby cots, Two High chairs, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups are available upon request.
