We are ready to welcome you to our Ocean Front Three Bedroom Condo located at the beautiful Palms Resort in the heart of Myrtle Beach!

Our three bedroom condo can sleep up to six guests and is available exclusively through the official On-Site Rental provider. Your stay will include all linens and towels. You will also have access to our front desk.

Our Oceanfront Three Bedroom Condo features all the comforts of home including:

We thoroughly enjoyed the property and our stay at The Palms!

The location and description of this property was accurate, and communication throughout the rental process was superb! This family vacation was one of our favorites and we hope to return to Myrtle Beach and this unit at The Palms regularly!

Great Little Get Away

Just love the Condo we rented. They lady that worked to front desk was wonderful. Anytime we needed coffee, linens etc she was right there for us..The Condo was clean & just as pictures..The view was amazing..Very happy with everything.. Would recommend..Lots of go restaurants in the area. We did not rent a car. Just did Uber..The boardwalk in about a mile away & you can just walk it.

The view is amazing, the condo is ok

When we checked in we found that the top bunk bed was wet. We notified the front desk who sent maintenance. He confirmed the bed was wet and the ceiling had been leaking from the unit above. It was never fixed. My 2 grandchildren had to share the bottom bunk all week. The master bed desperately needs to be replaced. it has a major sag. Only 2 of the 4 remotes worked. We even bought batteries which did not fix the problem. The cookware needs to be upgraded. It is old and small for 6 people. The view was amazing. The staff was super nice and helpful. Overall, if the beds were not an issue it would have been great.

Beautiful view /great location

The condo has a beautiful view and is updated. It is on a great location Cons Mold in the shower , base boards were filthy , furniture has been very much used and is not comfortable and difficult to get out of . BUT the view is amazing !

The customer service was awesome , Staff was very friendly , and very knowledgeable. Our condo was everything we expected, except for cleanliness . The bathtub backed up and maintenance came and fixed it , and left hair and muck in the bathtub....gross . The walk-in shower was also backing up, but never said anything about it. The shower also had mold on the tile , and floor, definitely needs a deep cleaning throughout the condo . The coffee pot had mold on the bottom of it, and coffee cups were dirty . We didn't tell the front desk about these things because we were already in there and didn't want to have to move , or be displaced for a day while it was cleaned ! Again, the condo is great, I think you just need to find some new cleaning people !

Improvement needed

First I will start by saying, the view and location were amazing. However, The condition of the condo could have been better for the price that was paid. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, I could feel the springs in my back all night in addition to them being very loud. I think it’s time to invest in replacements. There were no extra blankets provided and the quilts that were on the beds were dirty. The showers did not drain properly therefore, every shower taken, the bathtub filled up. The shower head in the main bathroom did not appear to belong to the set as it continually fell from the holder. The balcony doors did not lock and the glass needed a good cleaning. I never saw an employee at the front desk in the 5 days I stayed. Overall, the condo gives the appearance of being updated however, the areas that can’t be captured in photos, definitely need some updating.

Great view and comfort

First impression wasn’t like checking in to the Ritz, but the check in desk was attentive, lobby dated but hey that building looks like it’s from the 70’s. Room first impression is it didn’t smell like roses, but I hardly noticed the “curry spice” scent that greeted you at the door upon entry after gazing at the beautiful veranda ocean views. Rooms were clean, hard to find anything better with three rooms for 6 people, two baths and an incredible ocean view for the price. Beach, pool and hot tub were all heavily utilized and super ease of access. Building needs a million dollar renovation, but so do a lot of buildings in the area. Overall, our family of 6 was very happy and would stay here again.

It was nice ocean view

Stayed here once before and the room was great. This room on 16th floor was a little worse though. Beds were hard and squeaked everytime ya moved. The neighbors you could hear every movement they made and also the pent house when they decide to move furniture at 2am. I love the view and I'd stay again.
