Pelican Beach # 205 est un magnifique condo sur le sable avec une vue panoramique sur le golfe du Mexique. Le condo d'une chambre / deux salles de bains, récemment rénové, offre une chambre principale avec un lit king-size en mousse à mémoire de forme, une salle de bains privative et une télévision par câble privée. Le couloir comporte des lits superposés en retrait - parfaits pour les plus jeunes de votre famille et une salle de bain complète supplémentaire.

La nouvelle cuisine est entièrement équipée avec une gamme complète, un réfrigérateur, un lave-vaisselle, un four micro-ondes, une cafetière, un mixeur, des ustensiles de cuisine et de la vaisselle. Entièrement approvisionné en draps, serviettes et nombreux extras.

Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit queen-size, de fauteuils de garçon paresseux et d'une grande télévision connectée. Le condo est «convivial pour le streaming» et offre un nouveau niveau (1000 Mbps) d’accès Internet Wi-Fi haut débit.

Just as advertised

Conveniently located and clean, mostly, the master bath shower curtain needs changing so we didn’t use it. Beach bar service was great! Good restaurants nearby!

Great stay.

We had a terrific stay. Only complaint was other tenants that were loud in the hallways outside but it is because there were a bunch of teenagers there for a baseball tournament. The unit was fantastic.

We really enjoyed our stay

The property was as advertised. The condo was clean and comfortable. We really liked that it was on the second floor, so access to the beach was just down one set of stairs, which kept us from having to use the elevator everytime we took our things to the beach. Highly recommend this rental.

Things that need work

We had a great time in Destin. The room was OK. I was not happy with the master bathroom. There was mold on the back of the shower curtain. I took a shower curtain down. I went to the store and bought one and put one up. I took it down when I left and put your guys back up, but I was not too happy and there was still mold on it when I left. The top of the refrigerator was covered in dust. You could wipe your hand across it, and you could see the dust buildup on your hand and you could see where you wiped your hand across the top of the refrigerator. I believe one of the bath towels was pretty wore out and if I remember correctly, it had a couple little holes starting in it and I thought that was not good. All in all was not a bad day just a couple things that I was not happy with that when you pay this kind of money to travel down there in the high-end that you get things like this, that kind of upset you.

Beachfront location

Our condo was very nice, and recommend it to anyone. The view was beautiful and only being on the Second floor made it nice to see the kids in one of the pools on the property, while we were on the balcony in our room.

Destin Getaway

The condo met and exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and the connivence can’t be beat. There is a cafe, tiki bar, three pools and chair rentals all easily accessible in this beach front property. We enjoyed all the accommodations in the room. Highly recommend.

Amazing view!

We had a great time staying at Pelican Beach Resort. Our condo was clean, updated and the location was the best!! Second floor gave way to a beautiful view. Even though there was construction going on at the condominiums they were not too loud. Thank you to the owners! Everything was great and accommodating. We will be staying again!!

Amazing Vacation Spot

It was so clean and so nice. The connivence of not having to leave the resort. You have the cafe and the tiki bar. We never went hungry or thirsty. 24 hour security. We loved we could rotate pools and the walk to the beach was the shortest walk I’ve ever made! 10/10 recommend and we can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location

We loved being on the second floor. And looking straight out to the golf. It is a beautiful condo. I will say, it wasn’t as clean as I was expecting. It didn’t seem that the bedding was washed, there were dead bugs in the corners of the rooms. With a hefty nightly charge, I would expect immaculate cleaning.

Beautiful Gulf View Oasis

Our family absolutely loved our stay here. The condo was beautiful and modern, very clean and had just about everything we needed. It was a nice bonus to have a washer/dryer and a vacuum for all the sand. The gulf view was stunning, but nothing beat the location of this unit. The 2nd floor meant we never had to wait for elevators. A few steps away from the stairwell were the pools, tiki hut and beach entry. Plenty of things close by, or a short uber trip away. No issues whatsoever. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo is nice

The condo is nice and as advertised. We didn't have any issues with the condo. However, we were disappointed with all the maintenance going on at Pelican. They are resurfacing the patios and painting the building. The grinding and drilling is constant all day. It was so loud that we had to leave during the day. The pool, hot tub and the patio were all closed. Had we known this in advance we probably would have looked elsewhere. We were given the option to leave when we expressed our disappointment but we were not in a position to pack and leave at that time. Again, we have no complaints about the condo but I would recommend checking to see what maintenance is happening before booking.

Great host/horrible resort

Let me start by saying that both the host and the unit were fantastic. The unit was well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable week-long stay. However, we did find one issue: when we pulled out the sofa bed, we noticed that it hadn't been vacuumed under the cushions, and we had to clean up crumbs left by previous guests. The reason for my low ratings is not due to the host but rather the resort's rules and conditions, which I wish I had known about beforehand: Guests are not allowed to place their beach chairs near the water. Instead, you have to sit behind 5-6 rows of rental chairs, which blocked the airflow and made it quite miserable. We ended up driving to a public beach every day to be able to sit near the water without being asked to move. The resort is outdated and had a pervasive smell of rotting garbage. The bedroom is situated near the front door, and the noise from the hallway disturbed us all night, along with the hallway lights seeping through the shades. For as much as we paid, we should have unrestricted use of the beach. For this reason alone, I will not return to this resort.

Dirty/coffee pot mold

Really wanted this to be a nice property for our yearly beach trip that we paid hard earned money for, however, had to buy a new coffee pot since the one in the room had a water chamber full of mold and the owner never responded to our attempt to reach out. Floors are nasty, had to clean the kids feet before bed at night even after showers because they were black. Mold in showers and bathrooms. Dishwasher smells disgusting. The only thing that did work for us was the washer and dryer which was my initial concern given all the negative reviews. Disappointed in the cleanliness and still no response on our message to owners. Won’t be waisting my money to stay here again, prefer to pay more just to be sure we get a clean coffee pot and attentive property owners!

I got very unlucky

We arrived at 4pm which is when we were allowed to check in. The cleaners had not been there yet. There were dirty towels everywhere all the beds were unmade the kitchen was filthy, the floors were disgusting. I called the owner and he called the cleaning lady and we had to leave the condo for 2 hours while she cleaned. We came back and the bunk beds were still that made up all the way and there’s no way that she washed all the bed stuff because the washer takes a really long time to wash and dry because it’s a two in one. There were no toiletries for us and only one dishwasher tablet. There wasn’t even enough towels for two nights use. There were no hand soaps in the bathroom and the toilet wand was complete filth. The company that property uses for chair service is terrible. We spent 300 on 3 days and only got to use our chairs one day for because of weather and they wouldn’t even budge on a refund or even a credit. The front desk acted like because I was renting from an owner on the property that I didn’t exist. It was a nightmare from the moment I walked in. We pulled out the sofa bed and the blankets were all full of sand and filth. I had to wash them before we could use them, and the washer takes hours to one load of clothes. I felt like I had to work The entire time I was ther. Terrible experience

We own and operate a vacation rental business with properties in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee - the home of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and Destin, Florida. Two of our favorite vacation destinations!!

We have been visiting the Destin area for over 20 years and have always dreamed of owning our own place at the beach, Pelican is 'on the sand', close to shopping, and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and activities. The resort has always been kept in pristine condition and is a family friendly vacation destination.

Our condo is a warm, inviting beach resort. The condo has a spacious living area for guests to gather watch TV, play games, and just spend time together. The building is only steps to the water, offers a wonderful restaurant, , fitness center, sauna, tennis courts, shuffleboard, large pool, hot tubs, kiddie pool, and covered parking. Pelican is so conveniently located to all the activities that Destin has to offer.
