Nice, clean and convenient

Nice size place for a couple of people looking for the amenities of a hotel room + a kitchen. It was walking distance from all the major downtown shops and restaurants. Nice gym with 24/7 access was a very nice feature. We took advantage of the complimentary breakfast as well! Highly recommend!

This hotel is in a great location, was super clean, and was even better than the photos. We loved our stay here and would definitely book this location again when returning to Jackson.

Great place, has everything that you need and more.

Honestly, our expectations were high on this property and they were exceeded. The “room” is beautiful, with full kitchen and even a washer and dryer in the unit as well. The layout of the suite is supper well done, with enough space that allows for a super relaxing atmosphere. Also, breakfast exceeded or expectations as well, the quiche was an unexpected treat. We also enjoyed the gym, which is far more functional than the standard fair ones usually found at hotels. We would highly recommend a stay at this fine property, which is also located within walking distance of all of the shops and restaurants in town.

We were with in walking distance of the square, great amenities! We especially loved the 3rd floor open terrace and fire. Such a gorgeous view, lots of room to spread out and a private balcony overlooking Miller Park. It was perfect!

Clean, Convenient and Comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the White Buffalo Club. It is conveniently as you can walk to restaurants and shops in Jackson, can get out of town quickly to Teton National Park, has parking, and worked well for us to be able to use the kitchen and coffee maker in the morning as we often left early to hike and climb.

Great experience.

The White Buffalo exceeded our expectations in every regard. The space was very clean and comfortable and well provisioned for our needs. Daily maid service a real plus. The continental breakfast each day was more than adequate and a nice surprise. Evening drinks and room service available from restauratn. Location is hard to beat - never used our car in town once we arrived, walking to every restaurant and shop. Parking was easy. Outside balcony overlooking city park (not town square) was a nice touch for reading, phoning, relaxing. Street sounds not an issue for us at all.

Listing is False Advertising

I booked what I thought was an appealing looking apartment for one night for myself, my wife, and my adult son. While it was relatively expensive, we decided that a one-bedroom apartment with a sleeper sofa was better that two rooms at the Hampton Inn for a similar price. Big mistake. Unbeknownst to us, however, the unit wasn't an apartment but rather is in a condo hotel, although the fact that this small complex was a hotel rather that a condo was never clear to us. This information isn't clear from the listing or even upon check in. The unit is very nice looking, but if you are with more than two adults don’t expect privacy. The bedroom wall doesn’t go all the way to the ceiling and—surprise!—anyone staying on the “sleeper sofa” has to go through the master bedroom to get to the bathroom. Finally, that “sleeper sofa”—we assumed it was a foldout, but when we got back to our room about 10:30pm we discovered it was two loveseats—not adequate for a comfortable sleep. Nor were there any linens for the sofa. The next morning, when checking out, we discovered that the hotel provides a foam cover and bedding IF YOU KNOW TO ASK FOR IT!! But when we called the night before what we thought might be the front desk for linens (again, at that point we weren’t sure if that person had any association to our apartment/hotel room/whatever it was) nobody answered. So we assumed that this was indeed a condo, that we indeed were on our own, and made do as best we could. Since our reservation mentioned that we were three adults, the bedding should have been provided. There’s other stuff too (don’t thing the cute white Buffalo on your bed is a gift—fortunately we discovered in advance that there’s a charge for that). The one good thing I can say is that, upon complaining, we did get a substantial discount. But other potential renters should beware. I hope that the owners/listers will take a second look at their description and improve its accuracy.

Easy check-in, parking was available directly at property, easy access to the room and it was spacious, well appointed, comfortable and perfect for the stay.

Great location!

We had a great time there! This overall square footage was a really good size for us. It had a small kitchen, small living room, bedroom, and really nice size shower. Also had a stackable washer/dryer (which we didn't use). The location was great and walking distance to town center. We wanted to do some tours while we were in town and front desk was so helpful in reaching out to vendors to schedule for us. The only things I would recommend are; 1) Adding some shelves in the bathroom vanity area for extra storage. Women bring a lot of toiletries. :) Would have been great if there was another level underneath the sink. 2) I believe it's time to bring in a new mattress. As a heads up, multiple restaurants in town are closed for lunch, certain hours, and/or on certain days so pre-plan before you come.
