Ceci est la deuxième maison de notre famille et de notre endroit préféré! Il s'agit d'un condominium luxueux au huitième étage de deux chambres à coucher et deux salles de bain, situé dans le Sanibel Harbour Resort and Spa, récemment rénové et de classe mondiale. le seul hôtel quatre étoiles, quatre diamants du sud-ouest de la Floride! Le Sanibel Harbour Resort est situé sur une péninsule privée, sur 100 acres de front de mer luxuriant, tropical et préservé, dans la baie de San Carlos, au large du golfe du Mexique.

Situé au bord des eaux de l'unité a une vue panoramique vraiment imprenable sur Sanibel, Captiva, Pine, et de nombreuses îles préserver.

Profitez des nombreux équipements de la station ou attractions de la région; ou, tout simplement profiter de moments tranquilles à pied de notre plage privée ou tout simplement en regardant sur la baie et les îles de notre grande véranda privée (balcon) à souvent ponctuelles dauphins, lamantins, des aigles et autres oiseaux et la faune. Il semble que vous puissiez presque les toucher et les toucher!

Everything was fantastic. The sunset views are incredible. Having access to a beach and pool within a few feet of each other can’t be beat. The unit was stocked with the essentials to make plenty of meals. Overall a great unit and experience.

I come to the Ft Myers/ Sanibel area often to see my parents. This condo was perfect! As opposed to being in a hotel and eating all our meals out, I was able to cook and save quite a bit of money. Even brought my parents out to enjoy the sunset views and my cooking! It was a bonus relaxation for them! The pool was lovely- we had it to ourselves. The beach is long enough to enjoy a walk! The balcony gave us a comfortable place to enjoy being outdoors! The host supplied great information regarding the area around the unit! There was a supply of things like dish soap and dishwasher soap. I loved that there were containers for storing left. If like me, you travel a lot with only carry-on, you should bring your own shampoo and cream rinse! It isn’t at all unusual to have to bring your own to a VRBO but I get caught without mine once in awhile.

We were familiar with Bayview Tower having stayed at a friends condo in the past. So we were delighted to renew our acquaintance with the property via Henry & Marie's lovely apartment. It was exactly as described in the listing, and was extremely comfortable. Beautifully clean, comfortable bed, fluffy towels. We loved our sunset drink and card game on the screened balcony, watching the pelicans flying by. Spent most days poolside, soaking up the very welcome sunshine!Henry was a very helpful and communicative host e.g. providing suggestions for nearby dining. Also, the condo elevators are being refurbed, and kindly kept us informed on status as and when the owners were updated.Highly recommended - thank you from the Brits!

As for Debbie, in our area, she was classified as a Tropical Depression, with occasional wind gusts of about 37 mph, and 3" of rain over a few hours. Debbie became a Cat 1 just before making landfall in the Tallahassee area (350 miles from here) so, no "I Survived Hurricane Debbie" T-shirt for you! LOL Hope we see you back for another visit!

Kayelee, thank you for the respect you showed by the condition in which you left our condo. It speaks well of you and your family. You will always be welcomed back! This may be the only 4 star review we've ever received (we usually rate 5 stars). Your family was the first guest to occupy our unit upon reopening from the devastating effects of Hurricane Ian. Everything had to be rebuilt new, so there were bound to be some "hiccups". Our pool is completely rebuilt and awaiting final Health Department inspection for its opening. We're happy you enjoyed your stay!

Perfect Location

Beautiful views, excellent location, right next to Sanibel and Captiva causeway, close to Ft. Myers, grocery store, just perfect all around. My sister and I had a great time. Henry and his wife are very nice and easy to work with. We had a great time and would stay there again.

Wonderful winter get away

This condominium complex was perfect location for a winter break. Located close to all the essentials. Lanai was perfect for morning breakfast and sunset views. Very nice small beach, walking trails and access to resort. Owner provided lots of instructions and was responsive to questions.

Great view!

This lovely condo has a great view and all the comforts of home to make your vacation enjoyable. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the boats and dolphins and watching the sunset. The pool and grounds are well maintained. It is also close to several good restaurants and Sanibel Island.

Loved spending time on the balcony looking at the causeway for many boats passing through. Condo was just as described. Thought it was a good value.

Beautiful condo and great location

My husband and I and two of our adult children stayed here for a week in May. The location was perfect--just as the pictures show you are right on the beach. It was an easy drive to Sanibel Island, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this condo to friends and would certainly rent it again if we return to the Fort Myers area.

Three of us lifelong friends visited last week. We had an amazing stay! What a beautiful place including the gorgeous view from the great screened in deck! Perfect for family vacation

This was a really perfect condo for our family. Very clean and comfortable space with an unbelievable view that doesn’t get old! My kids loved the pool and we spent many hours there everyday. Henry was extremely helpful and responsive. Would return in a heartbeat.

Gorgeous, private retreat

This condo was located at the base of the Sanibel bridge which made it super convenient when you wanted to go to multiple beaches, like Fort Meyers Beach, Lover's Key, Captiva, etc. It also had a small private beach and pool for when you didn't want to venture far. Henry was very quick to respond when I had questions. I would highly recommend renting from him again.

It was nice location, didn’t like the open air to get to unit. Needed extra pots and pans and softer bathroom towels. Overall very nice for the price. My daughter and I enjoyed it.

Not exactly sure of "didn't like the open air to get to unit" except perhaps the 35' walk along the common walkway to get from the elevator to the unit's front door. We provide a basic set of pots and pans but I will make a review of those items. The bathroom towels will also be looked at, but I can tell you we recently purchased a complete new set of quality towels for the second bath - however I will reassess the towel situation as well. We are mid-westerners who are enjoying our retirement lifestyle. We live minutes away from the Resort and frequently spend time at the condo. We do some travel, recently retired our motorcycle rides, enjoy drives in our vintage Corvette, golf, quiet walks, love the arts (dinner theatres, etc) cook , read, and enjoy family and friends. Our condo is one of our most favorite places for a change of pace! The beach, the tiki hut next door, the heated pool and hot-tub; the piece and quiet. For livelier times Sanibel is just over the causeway, Fort Myers Beach is a 10 minute drive, and Fort Myers proper, about 25 minutes drive, makes for a lovely downtown shopping, and quaint cultural excursion!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with the area in the early 90's while visiting a friend's home. Upon discovering the Sanibel Harbour Resort, I knew that I had to someday own there.
My first impression of the Resort was the beautiful 1/4 mile, winding, tree-lined, private road leading into the Resort.
Upon seeing the openess of the condo units for the first time with their view of the bay, preserve islands, and sunset orientation we knew we had found our little spot of heaven on earth!

Close to whatever you may want; downtown Fort Myers (unique, historic area & Thomas Edison & Henry Ford estates (20 min), Fort Myers Beach (15 min), Sanibel Island (100 yards to the causeway), restaurants on site & close by, shopping, golfing, Bayview Tower's
privatebeach (or others within minutes), fishing, boating (Resort offers a 95' yacht - dinner and sunset cruises, etc are available).
