The property was exactly as described, we really enjoyed our stay in such a peaceful location. Lynn was an excellent host and was always available to assist. We hope to return in the near future.
My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and unfortunately we didnât get to spend much time at the ranch. Lynn had stocked the refrigerator and left a nice gift basket of snacks. She made sure we had all that we needed. I would love a chance to go back and spend more time at the ranch itself.
We drove in from Fort Lauderdale and spent a couple of days on Marco Island, a couple of days in Naples, and a couple of days in Venice. It's right off the highway and a good spot for day trips Unfortunately we packed too much into a short trip and didn't spend much time at the farm.
Lynn left us some breakfast food in the refrigerator and a snack basket which we enjoyed in the mornings while we watched the horses
The unit is 20 min from most activities, 35 min from gorgeous Marco Island. The owner Lynn is responsive and left a-basket of treats.
For the price itâs worth a short stay. We stayed for 3 weeks and found the mattress and sofas were a bit uncomfortable and outside seating wasnât inviting. If you like horses, there is no better place in town.
I gave this rating because itâs close to beaches, pickle ball, walking trails, historic Naples the inside is clean and you canât beat the price.
We stayed at this rental for a week in February. The host, Lynn, was very easy to communicate with, very quick to respond to any questions we had, and made checking in a breeze. She also left us some breakfast items and snacks to give us a start. The property and amenities are exactly as described. The pool was heated to what we refer to as "Dad water" meaning that my husband went in for a swim easily :) That was quite a treat for a February stay. Naples is a quick 15 minutes away. There are also several trail parks nearby, and of course the Everglades, making this a very convenient base for our week of explorations. We highly recommend this rental and host.
Excellent accommodation in a semi-rural peaceful setting and close to downtown Naples as well. The place was very clean and confortable. Lynn is an excellent host who prepared a gift basket which was very welcome since I checked in only at 10pm. Beautiful horses all around me and nice walking trails.
Second time we were there. Lynn is a very gracious hostess. Tucked away from the hubbub of the city yet close enough to see the sights. You can see the horses grazing out your window!
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This is an active horse ranch, so you will see horses being ridden, turned out to pasture, and being worked. I loved sitting by the pool watching the horses play in the fields or drinking coffee on the back porch and watching them. My boys had tons of places to explore and didnât want to leave. Lynn was extremely easy to communicate with and made our stay seamless with having the beds ready and even a basket of goodies for us, which made our late arrival more enjoyable. If we head back to Naples. We will definitely stay here.
This is an out of the way, 70 acre horse ranch. There are 3 barns where horses are boarded. Property butts up to a state forest. Lots of places to walk and interesting things going on every day. Screened in pool is very nice and out of the way of all the activity. Owner is very accommodating and had a nice welcome basket for us when we arrived. Stores and shopping within a mile from property. Great time!
We had reserved this property for 2 weeks. We checked in and were shown the apartment. It smelled so overpoweringly of glade plug ins that it gave us an instant headache. We opened all the windows, and unplugged the air fresheners and left. We can back the next day, and it smelled of mold and cigarette smoke. We elected to find a hotel as we could not stay there.
Lynn is a wonderful host, she made us feel right at home, very friendly & available. We stayed March 13 to the 26, 2020 to that beautiful piece of paradise with the quiet and secluded area; only 9 miles from the busy downtown Naples & beaches. We love to visit the horses everyday at the stables. The apartment was very clean. The heated pool was a bonus. Itâs definitely a place we would love to go back to!
Lynn thank you for a wonderful vacation!
Highly recommended!

Lynn and her family was very welcoming. We were greeted with a welcome basket of food, Keurig coffee and green teas, and food in the refrigerator. A big comfy robe was also there to welcome us. There is premium channels with direct tv, excellent air conditioning and a heated pool to 88 degrees. Itâs private, an electronic gate is across the driveway. We enjoyed watching all the farm animals and soaked in the quietness. The bed is very comfortable but squeaky. The water is hot but takes awhile to get to the spigot.
I gave a five star rating because our stay 2/1/20 - 2/8/20 was great and near everything in Naples. There was one problem with the property, there is no noise so if you need noise you better bring it with you. This is a working ranch and is very quiet. Thanks Lynn for a great week. Rich
Lynn is a great host. We enjoyed our stay. The experience was unique. Having horses within a few feet of our house was awesome. We enjoyed being able to walk through the stables and experience the horses. Accommodations were comfortable and we felt at home right away. Having a small apartment where we could sit outside or in the screened porch to relax was great. The ranch is close to all the attractions and beaches. Thanks Lynn
