Ce charmant studio privé est situé dans Old Windemere, un quartier fondé en 1926, qui est l'endroit idéal pour toute activité que vous souhaitez profiter lors de la visite de Charleston. Le chalet est à distance de marche de plus d'une douzaine de restaurants, de grands magasins et de la West Ashley Greenway, un chemin pavé de sept miles à travers les quartiers et les zones humides utilisés par les marcheurs, les coureurs et les motards.

Perfect little bungalow

I took my daughter for a mother-daughter trip prior to her heading off to college, and this was the perfect spot! Close to everything we wanted to do in Charleston, including King Street. Our host thought of everything, including local treats and tips for places to eat/drink in the area. The bed was comfy, the shower fantastic, and the kitchen had everything you need for a short stay. Highly recommend!! We’ll be back!

Two adults, one teenager, one kiddo all stayed in this adorable studio-style cottage for our first ever family vacation. It was a great size for our needs, the kitchenette served its purpose perfectly, we loved being able to use the grill, the location was amazing, and the hot water never ran out! It seemed to be centrally located for all of our sightseeing and beach trips. Thank you for sharing this lovely cottage with us!

We had a great stay in the cottage. The location was fantastic. It was an easy drive to downtown and the beach. Parking was off street in a private driveway that was very convenient. The cottage itself was well appointed. We were surprised with the bottle of wine and the stocked coffee bar. Would stay again!

This property is well decorated, clean, and has anything you could possibly want to cook a meal if you're not to busy eating the amazing restaurants in the area. Close to everything and in a gorgeous neighborhood. The hosts are quick to respond to any quails and it is very private.

The cottage was excellent Super comfy bed and pillows.Patio so nice to have and hang out on, very quiet. Lyfts were easy and quick to downtown area. We did meet one of our host on his way to walk his beautiful dog. So nice. They left welcome gifts of white and red wine. We appreciate so much. Had already had a bottle of our own. So left for the next guest. We did think there was a fire pit and brought wood to have a fire at night. But there wasnt there. Have a grill, outdoor table 4 chairs and 2 extra with side metal table. Perfect. We were there for a wedding. So only went to maket which was fantastic. Henerys which right next to market. Fabulous burger and shrimp boboy. Pearls. Excellent oysters any way sereved. And downtown on has a painkiller drink. Oh my goodness. I need to recreate yum yum yum. They had everything we needed at the cottage. We absolutely loved our stay k

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Great location in a nice, quiet neighborhood, only a short 5-min ride from downtown. Such a lovely stay

Our family of four stayed for three nights. So lovely! The pull out was great for our girls 2+6 and the bed was super comfy for my husband and I. The local area is brimming with family friendly Food and things to do. The place is super clean and cute. The owners are so sweet- they introduced themselves and their dogs. Super lovely stay!

Great place to stay!

The propery was really easy to access and we were able to come and go without disturbing the host. The room was very clean and came with some complementary snacks and wine. 😍 The room accommodated my son(5), my husband and myself very well and didnt feel crowded. Over all this place is a 10/10 and we would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the Charleston area again.

Cozy Spot in Great Neighborhood

This spot is studio apartment-like. It was in the perfect location to explore Charleston and the surrounding areas. Walking distance to grocery stores, cafes and frozen yogurt A short Uber Ride to Sullivan's Island, Shem Creek. Rented bikes to get into downtown Charleston in 15 minutes from the house. Place has everything you need.

Wonderful Place to Stay!!!

My wife and I chose this bungalow based on the excellent reviews and it did not disappoint. It was perfect in every way. Just far enough from downtown but close enough to everything. We loved the private Bungalow as it had everything needed for an excellent stay. Tricia and Will make the stay easy and even provided a nice bottle of wine as a nice little touch. Highly recommend renting this place if you visit Charleston!!

Barrett Bungalow

Small but very comfortable separate building on the owners’ property in a mature, quiet development. Separate off-street parking with a private access to a private courtyard. Place was perfect for the two of us. It would have been tight with four people (max occupancy). Convenient to downtown Charleston (averaged about a 15 minute drive). Thoroughly enjoyed our trip and the accommodations!

Comfy Charleston Getaway

This is a perfect place for a couple. It is small, but it is everything you need. It was well stocked with bathroom and kitchen supplies. The hosts even had a bottle of red and white wine and snacks waiting on us. They were very quick to respond to any messages. It’s clean and has a separate entrance from the main house. It’s only minutes from downtown, about a 10 minute drive. Definitely recommend.

The house was adorable-very cozy. Decorated so nicely. The neighborhood was excellent! We enjoyed the walk ability of the area. The greenway was just houses away. On the down side, the bathroom had a step in it which I missed the first day we were there and it left a pretty good goose egg on my knee. Also the bathroom shower curtain had mildew on it.

Stop looking!

Beautiful little nautical cottage in a converted garage. Lovely old residential neighborhood but really close (.5 mi.) to great shops and restaurants, a vibrant local scene not in the vortex of tourist Charleston but if you want to, it's a close drive over a bridge into town. Way too many thoughtful touches to list, everything you could possibly need is included. I have stayed in a dozen or so of these properties around the country and this is the star.

Work took us away for a couple of years here and there, but ever since we bought this house ,we have known we would never leave the Holy City. Our neighborhood is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Charleston. It is SO conveniently located to local beaches and downtown, and we have a thriving community of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We would love to show you our city and give you insider information on all the great things to do in our city.
