Confortable maison de style Tahoe dans Elk Point Country Club fermé. En face du magnifique lac Tahoe. Cette maison dispose de 4 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bains, une salle de loisirs avec table de ping-pong et 32 TV, DVD et VHS. Le niveau d'entrée comprend le salon, la cuisine, la salle à manger, une 1/2 salle de bain et la chambre principale avec un lit King et une salle de bain complète. A l'étage, il y avait une chambre 2 avec une reine et une salle de bain complète, une chambre 3 avec une reine, une chambre 4 avec deux lits doubles et une salle de bain complète. Détendez-vous dans la cour arrière, le bain à remous pour 6 à 8 personnes et le barbecue, parfait toute l'année pour votre plaisir. A 2-3 minutes à pied de la plage privée, où vous pourrez voir les feux d'artifice du 4 juillet et du Nouvel An.

Vous vous sentirez très à l'aise et à l'aise dans cette incroyable location de vacances. Cette communauté fermée est très proche de la ville et de la station de ski Heavenly.

Cette maison est à Zephyr Cove Nevada à seulement 5 minutes des casinos, à 7 minutes de la station de ski de Heavenly Valley et à 30 secondes du lac.

Occupation:
1. Selon les règles du comté: les mariages ne sont pas autorisés de toute nature ou taille, sur la propriété ou à la maison. Vous serez fermé immédiatement et perdrez le dépôt de garantie et vous serez passible de plus d'amendes.

We loved this place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay at this mountain gem! The location couldn't have been more perfect - just a short, easy walk to the beach with beautiful lake views right from the property. We found ourselves enjoying our morning coffee on the deck, taking in those serene Tahoe vistas every day.The house itself had that classic Tahoe cabin feel we were hoping for, with warm wood accents and a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The layout worked perfectly for our group, and we appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was.Being so close to the beach was definitely the highlight - we could easily go back and forth throughout the day without having to pack up the car or worry about parking. The surrounding neighborhood was peaceful yet convenient to local attractions.One small note for future guests - the property doesn't provide toiletries like body soap and shampoo, so be sure to pack your own. This was a minor detail and didn't impact our wonderful stay at all, but it's good to know when packing for your trip.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect Tahoe getaway with an unbeatable location and authentic cabin experience.

Just perfect!

We absolutely loved the space. Drinking out coffee on the porch looking at the lake felt like a scene out of a movie. And on our last day it snowed and was just so perfectly picturesque. Plenty of space for 8 adults and good common space for board games!

Went with my family and we thought the location was great and the private beach was beautiful! Would recommend the cabin just wish the water when taking a shower would come out warmer.

Will not rent again

This rental was very disappointing what we encountered. First of all we flew in from Georgia and arrived after 11pm and right off the bat the light from garage up to cabin did not work. Most of the light bulbs in the cabin did not work. All the plugs were pulled from outlets so very frustrating when trying to turn lights on. Also when entering the cabin it was freezing/come to find out the following morning 4 windows were left open. The bath towels to use had to be over 5 years old and were awful/hard. There was also just 1 potholder that was thin as tissue and didn’t realize this until something needed to be taken out of the oven. No laundry detergent was available. No beach towels available. The garage door is about to snap/ you can visually see that the spring is off and ready to snap. The downstairs bathroom in the hall was running when we got to the cabin. We tried jiggling the flap but that didn’t work. Someone had to have heard this running while cleaning. I turned the water off in this bathroom. We did not receive any check out instructions until 10:00 pm the evening before we left. Overall this is not a property we will rent again and apparently your management of this property is very poor.

Return to Elk Point

Comfortable home in a fantastic location. Walk to private beach or state park. Great Lake Tahoe views from decks. Newly renovated bathrooms. Spacious primary bedroom. Backyard with hot tub works well for cookouts. Some broken blinds and dirty windows were a bit surprising considering price point for this home.

Decent

Location was great, nice views of the lake and trees. Very short walk to the private beach area. Neighborhoods is friendly, clean, and quiet. The residence itself could use some work, several lights were out, causing us to use flashlights to get down to the garage and around the bedrooms. The floors were atrocious, our one year old was covered in dirt from crawling in the hardwood floors. There were also several cobwebs on lamps and other furniture items. The kitchenware could use some updating, making dinner for 10 people is hard with only two pans and pots. In all honesty, this wouldn’t be my first choice booking.

Perfect Tahoe Escape

This is a very nice property with access to private beach. The house was spacious and large accommodating a party of 10 easily. Rooms and bathrooms were clean but only stocked with hand soap. Minor inconvenience but grocery store less than a mile away for shampoo, body wash and supplies. Kids love swimming at the beach and kayaking in the morning. Zephyr Cove nearby for your fishing charter. Highly recommended.

Very enjoyable!

We loved the location. The beach was so nice with very few other people there. Parking was a little tricky because the driveway is short. We put one car in the garage and the other in the driveway. The upstairs got warm at night and some of the fans weren’t working.

Beautiful location, hard parking for 2 large vehicles

Beautiful location and lovely little community. The house was as described aside from the lack of information about the tiny driveway. We came with two trucks and it was very challenging to park here as there is no street parking and the driveway was extremely short. Upon entry the house was dirty on the main level. Lots of dust and dirt everywhere. The floors were very dirty it was uncomfortable to take our shoes off in the house. Management company was responsive to my questions. It would be helpful if wifi info, rules, check out and check in procedures were printed and posted just like in other short term rental properties. .The beds were comfortable and the house was large and fit our family. Cute little backyard and the bbq for grilling worked well.

Location. Location!!

The location of this property was amazing! We walked to the beautiful private beach each day. We rented this house because of its proximity to Edgewood Golf Course. We were told we could leave our suitcases and perishable food in the house before we left for the golf course because renters prior to us left on Saturday, and we arrived the following Wednesday. We were told that the house would be clean and ready to go. Unfortunately when we arrived, the cleaning staff also arrived and were upset that we were there. Somehow communication between rental company and cleaning staff was broken down. The cleanliness of the house when we arrived back in the afternoon was not good. You could tell the toilets were not cleaned. The dust under the bed downstairs was piled up, and the two area rugs next to the beds had pet urine stains on them. There was lint in the dryer from previous renters. All in all, we spent time cleaning ourselves to help make it more inviting for our family. I’m not one to complain and try to always look at the positive, but I thought this would be helpful for the renting company to get an honest feedback. Thank you

Views and location beyond superb! The house floor plan was perfect for our needs. Having enough sleeping arrangements and very nicely updated bathrooms. Close walk to beach. We’ve rented at most Lake Tahoes private lakeside properties and this is definitely in the top 3!! Also the property management company was very responsive to all my questions and needs. CONS: parking is definitely an issue! Don’t bring large vehicles. Some blinds broken, garbage bin in garage way too small, cleanliness upon entry was not acceptable. Very low lighting in upstairs large bedroom. WiFi was not posted - we had to find and read it off the router box under the TV. Lastly, it was undisclosed that renters are not permitted to drive down to the private beach. We brought paddle boards .. should we have known we had to carry them all would be good to know. I feel paying nearly $5000.00 we should have access to drive our vehicle to this amenity. Another negative is the VRBO host was not professional with his responses. Still I’d highly recommend this property.

We had a great time with our group of 6 adults. Location is fantastic with access to private community beach. Lake views. Home is large and sleeps 8 people comfortably. Lake views from balcony. Would definitely come again.

Girls getaway to Tahoe

We had the best time being together for a girl weekend in this house! There was plenty of room for everyone and great access to the beach. The hot tub does not get very hot, it was warm but it was still enjoyable to sit and relax in for a bit. Bess are very comfortable!

Cabin review

We really like the location of the cabin and able to accommodate so many people and enough bathrooms to share. Like that there’s plenty of amenities. The property manager is very responsive and very helpful. My complain would be that the kitchen windows are old and hard to open. The front door screen is broken and downstairs master bedroom door doesn’t lock. So overall, the property needs some fixing up. Also, I would prefer more lights, but that’s my taste. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful property and I would come back next time.

Beautiful view of the lake

Beautiful view of the lake. The beach was within walking distance of the cabin. The dining and leaving areas had plenty of space for our group of 7 adults. The kitchen had everything we needed and we felt very relax. Cleanliness was very marginal. Parking can be challenging when you have large vehicle. We enjoyed our stay

Great stay!

We spent Thanksgiving weekend at this wonderful house in Zephyr Cove. Pros: - Great amenities (ping pong table, speaker system, smart thermometer) - Right in front of the lake - 3 minutes drive from Safeway Cons: - Hot tub water did not go super hot. - Common area could be a bit cleaner and vacuumed more throughly.
