Go for it!!
Just loved our 2 months stay there. We were there for our exam preparation.<br />
Dont get deceived by the cost. It is really worth it. <br />
The house is old and might smell different while you enter but just 1 night stay there and you get used to it. <br />
Entire house with a backyard.<br />
Meyerland plaza just 4 min walk away. <br />
Target, JC penny, HEB, Marshall all in one place. <br />
Very silent community without any disturbances. Excellent stocking of essentials by Vacasa team. It was enough for us for the entire duration. <br />
Finally I would say. "Go grab it"<br />
Would definitely say a yes if you are a group of at least 4 people.
The house was well located to Rice University, large enough for the 6 of us, with big backyard and wood floors throughout if you have a dog. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The bedroom off the main living space has louvered doors that are painted open so no privacy. The WiFi works well. The house is quite old, the garage doors are very small and the front door key didn’t work ( I did call Vacasa and there was a working key in another lockbox). <br />
If I pay a cleaning fee, I expect it to be clean. The floor wasn’t swept or cleaned so I had to clean it myself. Also the bathtub was sprayed but not wiped out so there was a bathtub ring with streaks in it. I also think the front porch should have been swept ( I realize that is being picky, but it would have looked nice)
Together with family
We were able to comfortably fit 9 people at this house. The back bedroom with a con joining kid bedroom worked well for my brother and his little one. Just as pictured in a quiet neighborhood. And target just down the street.
