Villa privée de 2 chambres à coucher / 1 1/2, proche de la piscine, du club-house et de la blanchisserie. A quelques pas de notre plage privée.

Bienvenue à la Villa B07! Cette unité a été entièrement rénovée avec tous les nouveaux revêtements de sol, murs, fenêtres, portes, armoires de cuisine, comptoir en granit, appareils électroménagers en acier dernier bain avec nouvelle vanité, et une nouvelle douche chaude / froide à l'extérieur de la villa.

Les deux chambres peuvent accueillir 4 personnes confortablement, mais il y a un canapé-lit queen dans le salon pour accueillir 2 personnes de plus.
Il dispose de 3 télévisions, d'un lecteur DVD et de sa propre connexion Wi-Fi privée.

Il y a une véranda avec une table de patio et quatre chaises.

Il est idéalement situé entre la plage et la piscine et des chaises sont disponibles à la plage et à la piscine.

Excellent location

The property had amazing proximity to beach/ pool. The only small issue we had was that the villa itself could have been cleaned up a bit better prior to our check in, and that the TVs in the unit were not compatible with the remotes, thus we could not control them.

Reviewer Comments: it was great except the security wouldn't let us have family visitors unless they arrived by car, which is ridiculous when we have friends at other condos. I'm not asking to bring in 10 college kids, just another couple to have over for lunch and they were denied entry as they didn't arrive by car. how can I be denied visitors at the condo I'M renting?

Will book again!

The villa was perfect! Very clean, and had everything we needed. Located right between the pool and the beach, very short walk to both! The clubhouse was great for the cloudy and rainy days. My kids loved the ping pong and pool table. The pool was really nice, much larger than expected! The property staff were very helpful and friendly. I will be coming back and booking this villa again. Thanks for a great stay Casa Blanca!

Casa Blanca Sarasota

This was our first time to Sarasota. We were so lucky to find this property. It is 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths which we really needed. It is easy walking distance to a beautiful beach. It is also convenient by car to almost everything. I recommend this property highly!!!

Great Family Beach Vacation

We had a great time at Casa Blanca. It was our first trip to Florida, and we are already talking about our next trip! The condo was an easy walk to the beach, and their private beach area wasn’t over crowded. And the beach itself was incredibly beautiful! The condo had everything we needed. We also loved how close we were to Siesta Village. Such a cute area with some great restaurants!
