La propriĂ©tĂ© de 5. 5 acres a suffisamment d'espace pour la famille et un excellent espace pour les enfants. Un Ă©tang approvisionnĂ© pour la pĂȘche, des bateaux Ă  pĂ©dales et des gilets de sauvetage sont Ă  votre disposition. Un trampoline, une aire de jeux et un gazebo avec un gril sont tous des Ă©quipements disponibles pour votre famille!

Notre location de propriété complÚte comprend la maison principale qui a 5 chambres à coucher, 2. 5 salles de bain, une grande cuisine, une salle à manger (avec une table de billard), un salon (rempli de jeux pour la famille), une véranda et un bureau. La location comprend trois unités supplémentaires comprenant une chambre à coucher (avec une salle de bain dans chaque piÚce), une suite de deux chambres reliée structurellement à la maison principale et un cottage de 4 chambres situé de l'autre cÎté de la cour. Au total, cette location dispose de 14 chambres, 8. 5 salles de bains.

Our third time staying here on the property! We’re a really big family with a lot of cousins so it’s the best place to get together! So pretty, never a bad time at Willow Pond.

The property was well kept and very spacious. It is close to town with lots of amenities while still have a secluded feel. All rooms and kitchens had plenty of supplies to for large guest counts.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home! The house is very spacious, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip, from the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces and clean bedrooms. The place was perfect for relaxation and gathering with family and friends.The location was also very convenient, and we appreciated how well-prepared everything was upon our arrival. The host was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations and provided us with a memorable stay. We would definitely love to come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Perfect setting for family reunion

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful location. We were 24 people ranging in age from 3 to 70+, and there was plenty of space for everyone to come together or to do their own thing. The kitchen was perfect for a big group. And there was a ton of entertainment for the kids. The property management was also excellent, friendly and quick to respond to any questions. We would come back!

Perfect for large group

We were celebrating a 95th birthday with 38 family members. The accommodations were diverse to house young families, couples, and families with adult children. The kitchen had all we needed and the large dining area was spacious with plenty of sturdy chairs, easily moved tables, and included booster seats. We spent 4 nights/5 days there and unfortunately the weather was less than ideal much of the time. However, because of the facility, we still had a fantastic time!! Numerous family members commented on how wonderful the setting/resort was. The proximity to places to visit was also a major plus. The county fair, a nice golf course, a "rail-bike" group activity, antique stores, a within 10-20 minute drives!. As I shared with the contact person, if our mother makes it to 100, we will be back!!

Family Reunion

Willow Pond was well appointed for our large family group. Plenty of tables & chairs & room to set up 6 tables in the dining room. Sunroom and kitchen nook provided room for quiet time with a nice view of the pond & property. Grounds were well appointed for all ages. Host, Hostess & Caretaker were very responsive to our requests. Unfortunately, there was an unruly long term tenant on the property that caused some issues. The Host, Hostess and Caretaker did respond promptly to our concerns. Our understanding is that the tenant was asked to vacate the premises. Overall, we had a lovely week & thoroughly enjoyed the property. The gazebo was immensely popular with all four generations of ou family.

Amazing experience

Because of the pandemic we were in need of a much awaited gathering and this property was ideal for our family. With several separate suites, the younger grands & parents could enjoy undisturbed naps and the teens could be together and play games including pool. All while the elders enjoyed the other amenities. Also pond was clean with fresh water plenty of fish and boating. 3 paddle boats were in good shape and a 4th needing some repair. First class commercial kitchen plenty of utensils dishes and pots pans. A/C units getting old but all worked fine. Supplies of towels, soaps and TP were plentiful. Can’t say enough good about this place and the staff/owners. Fantastic time. We will def come back. Thanks so much !

Very Fun For all Ages

The set up of willow pond was fantastic for large groups and all ages (we had 5 months to 65). People could be spread out or close together. There were toys and activities for all ages outdoors (it would have been more challenging if stuck inside). The playground, trampoline and paddle boats were highlights for my family. We appreciated lifevests being provided and even some other outdoor and indoor toys for the little kids. One of the best parts of this property is the fact that you can sit outside and see kids from the trampoline to the pond and everything in between! Total supervision is permitted. Be prepared for a glamping experience. There are some bugs, cobwebs and the water pressure reminded us of cabin stays. But overall the large kitchen, ample seating, and plethora of outdoor activity made our stay memorable and fun for all! Chanie was very responsive and always available to talk to. She even provided supplies that hadn’t been needed before us so we could maximize our experience! The only concern we ran into was the one on site tenant. We were not told about her explosive vulgar interactions with guests, until the day we arrived. They were explosive and vulgar. We did need to enlist the help of local authorities at one point. If you are going to have small children who are going to play on the playground I would encourage you to find out if the tenant by the name of Tina has fully been evicted. If not it is highly advisable that the kids are not allowed to play without a strong adult presence. Or that you wait to stay here until she is gone. We understand that some things happen beyond a landlords control such as the length of time of an eviction, however our children did run inside scared and our adults did have a couple very unpleasant interactions during our stay. Regardless, if Tina is gone, we would absolutely go again!!

Perfect getaway location for a large group, catering to all ages

My husband and I hosted our family and friends for a large celebration, and this was the perfect location to do so. The large kitchen and dining room were ideal for our purposes, and the outdoor amenities were amazing once the weather cooperated. The location feels remote, although it is 10 minutes from downtown Honesdale, a grocery store and liquor/beer stores. We had pretty much all the amenities we needed for hosting, and we liked that the property was so child-friendly. Many of our guests commented on how much they liked the property, and we would definitely use it again for hosting a large group. The only downside was the spotty wifi and cell phone reception, but that's to be expected in a rural location, and a landline phone is provided.

The Thirsty Penguin Washer Tournament

The property was perfect for our tournament. 28 friends and family gathered for our 2nd annual tournament. The house and other buildings were perfect for our group. We had 28 guys that each had their own beds. We will definitely consider this property going forward for our get togethers.

Perfect venue for Family Reunions!

Family reunion

The set up worked well for our family group. Everyone had their own sleeping spaces, but we made a lot of use of the large dining/common area, the outdoor pavilion and the spacious kitchen. Plenty of space for the kids to play outdoors and indoors. There were some minor issues (a toilet that ran continuously) but we were in close contact with the owners/staff if necessary and felt very well taken care of. Our group ranged from 2-86, and there was something for everyone.

1st Family Reunion was a hit!

This was the first time we ever booked a property this large. It was also our first attempt at a family reunion. Fortunately everything went really well! The property was perfect for everyone. The kids all played in the center of the property, always in view from the surrounding living spaces. We had plenty of gathering spaces for our activities, outside and inside.

Perfect for our family reunion

We had 3 generations and 30+ people there for a week. It had everything we needed. Kids had plenty of space to play outside. There was enough folding tables and chairs for meal times. Kitchen was well equipped. The main house is older, but we’ll kept and comfortable. Owner was very responsive and helpful with any of our needs. Thanks for letting us stay!

there was plenty of room for everyone, wish there was a large table but we worked that out with plenty of folding tables and extra chairs available. Chere and her staff were very helpful.
