C’est 2350 pieds carrés de vie magnifique qui est le cadre idéal pour admirer une vue époustouflante sur le golfe que vous verrez à travers les portes coulissantes en verre qui s’ouvrent sur un vaste balcon de 500 pieds carrés. Plan d'étage ouvert idéal pour recevoir de grands groupes de famille ou d'amis. Cuisine avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils haut de gamme. Le très grand balcon vous offre un espace de grillade extérieur incomparable sur la plage. Beaucoup d'espace pour manger, se divertir ou simplement se détendre sur le balcon. Ce balcon est énorme !!

Ce condo est au 11ème étage, de sorte que vous obtenez une vue imprenable sur le golfe de cette belle unité.

La suite principale 1 contient un lit KING avec salle de bain privée et accès au balcon donnant sur la plage.

Master suite 2 a 2 lits queen, salle de bain privée / douche et une vue sur la plage. Parfait pour toute la famille!

La chambre numéro 3 a un lit king size.

La chambre 4 est une chambre bonus avec un lit de taille complète et une télévision à écran plat.

Le coin repas et le salon luxueux offrent une vue sur la plage pour que la famille puisse partager ses repas et échanger ses moments préférés de la journée à la plage tout en profitant de toute la beauté du golfe.

La laveuse / sécheuse est idéalement située dans le condo pour que tout le monde porte des vêtements propres en un rien de temps.

Perfect Condo

The staff were nice, the facility was always clean, and I really liked how safe and secure it was. The condo itself was so spacious, the kitchen had anything we needed (even a separate ice maker). The balcony was very spacious and provided ample seating, not to mention amazing views of the sunset and the beach! I will definitely be visiting again! Thank you!

Perfect spot for vacation in PCB

We used this unit for a week during Spring Break 2024, and were very impressed with the facility and unit. The water was so clear, sand was white, and we saw dolphins almost every day. We will look forward to staying here in the future.

Birthday Celebration

We had a great stay and there was plenty room for 8 adults. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had all the necessary items for our stay. The only negative thing is that i wished, we had better bed pillows and towels that were better than your typical hotel stay. Awesome views and very comfotrable.

Wonderful Condo!

This property is absolutely wonderful. It was super clean and met all of our needs. I would definitely stay here again. The sunsets from the balcony are unmatched. We also appreciated the security on the property and the management company was great to communicate with. The only suggestions I could make for improvememt is for them to replace the pots and pans. They are non-stick and in pretty bad shape. Also, the top dishwasher rack was broken. Otherwise, GREAT!

Perfect Fall Break

We had an amazing time at En Soleil. The condo had everything we needed to have a very comfortable stay. We ate on the balcony as a family nearly every morning. We grilled steaks on the grill and cooked a low country boil with all the pots we needed already in the condo. One suggestion is to either add a griddle to the kitchen or bring your own as we did, since we were cooking for a large group. Thanks for sharing your condo with us. It’s beautiful and just as pictured! ❤️

Perfect beach vacation

We had four couples staying and there was plenty of room for everyone. The condo was very clean, well appointed kitchen and huge balcony with gas grill. The entire condo was well decorated, comfortable and had a supply of basics like shampoo, soap, dishwashing and laundry detergent, which was an unexpected perk. Beautiful pool and two hot tubs. Security was very strict but friendly and necessary as it was college spring break. Elevators were fast and plenty of parking outside the building. Parking garage was tight but usable. Management communicated well and answered all of our questions. Easy check in and check out. Definitely had an adult only feel, which we enjoyed. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful view! Spacious.

Beautiful condo. Plenty of glasses and dishes but I would recommend some plastic storage for leftovers. Pans were in excellent condition, but would be nice to have a large skillet to accomodate for large groups when cooking. The grill on the balcony is convenient. Only one dishtowel and dish rag was provided and there are no extra blankets if needed. The pool and walkways were always clean. I would stay here again and recommend it to others. Large dust bunnies behind bedside tables and could use some touch ups on the paint. The refrigerator is kind of small. Loved the individual ice maker.

Great balcony and beach area

We checked in on the Saturday before Marco hit and also got to experience the remnants of hurricane Laura, so it was double red flag our whole stay. 😢 Thank goodness for the wonderful balcony. We also had some cleaning issues upon arrival but called and a new cleaning crew was sent. So our first day was a bust. The unit is spread out nicely. We had 4 couples staying there and had some amazing dinners on the balcony. The unit had some air conditioning issues and a few other minor things were broken or not working. I talked with the property manager and she told me if people would tell her of these things that they could have been fixed for us. So please tell your manger of these things when u arrive or after u leave. Our property manager had some personal things going on also and it was hard to get a hold of her but after talking with her she did apologize and is refunding our cleaning fee. She asked that we give them another try and we definitely will. The property is very well taken care of and we love the area. Maybe next time Covid will be over too! Hopefully some of the repairs can be made and a little bit more TLC taken with this unit. A new coat of paint wouldn’t hurt. Thanks Paula for responding to my concerns.

Fall break visit

The balcony was beautiful. There was plenty of space in bedrooms, kitchen and living areas for our group of 10. The property was very clean and well kept. We got timely responses from the property managers when we had questions. The only issue we had was the bathroom door locks don't really work.

Family Vacation

This condo unit is very spacious to accommodate my family of ten, including children. The view was great and the pool/pool area is very spacious. As for the unit, it was dirty. There was wet clothes left on the balcony, food still on the grill, used wash clothes still in the shower and the water dispenser on the fridge didn’t work, as well as broken drawers in the fridge. As much as I appreciate the owner renting their unit to us, we will not be returning to this unit for our family vacations. Thank you!

Family Vacation 2023

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall process of booking and check in went smoothly. The property as far as our unit goes was generally pretty clean and as it appeared in the photos-- except it's clear that the cleaning staff rarely bothers to clean under the beds and couches. The beds were not very comfortable which I consider a big negative because when people vacation they generally appreciate a restful nights sleep-- you should consider upgrading the mattresses on all the beds. The kitchen in this unit was very well stocked with cooking utensils, dishes & appliances. The icemaker wasn't working, but that was no surprise,I don't think I've ever stayed in a unit that has had a functioning ice machine. While we were able to use the grill & were glad to have it-- it could use some serious cleaning and burners replaced. The patio area was our favorite place to spend time but it could have been a little cleaner as well. We ended up cleaning the grill and area around it as well as sweeping the carpet and wiping down all the tables upon arrival. The EnSoleil complex overall is really beginning to show its age. This is the 3rd time we've stayed at EnSoleil in 10 years (different units each time) and the quality of the property seems to have really declined since our stay in 2020. Also our neighbors across the hall at 1123 were very rude and seemed super bothered by the fact that we were there and I've never experienced that before. This is a nice unit, but I cannot honestly say it was worth the rate we paid based on the overall condition of the property, pools, etc. Also the people renting the beach chairs and umbrellas were super rude and super expensive compared to our previous stays, I recommend anyone planning to go to EnSoleil make arrangements for chair service ahead of time. In conclusion I still love this location and our unit was nice but I do feel that based on the "wear & tear" or aging of the property and grounds the rental rates are high so it would be hard to recommend to a friend.
