well equipped town house close to amenities.
the house is well equipped and has everything that you need. The town centre is around 5 minutes walk away, where there is a good choice of restaurants and bars. (Can recommend Bella Napoli ) The railway station is an easy 15 minutes walk away which has regular services to Carcassonne. The bus to the beach leaves from the main road which is a two minute walk away. The house is clean, comfortable. Jean-Paul is a welcoming host, and even offered us a lift to the station at the end of our stay. Thank you Jean-Paul, we will be recommending the house to our friends.

An old town house on three floors recently renovated and decorated to a high standard. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble-dryer on ground floor. Kitchen, living room with TV, and WC on first floor. Two double bedrooms and WC on top floor. Wi-fi with good connection. This house has everything you need for a comfortable extended stay, I stayed for three weeks in May/June 2018. Although close to other buildings it is not over-looked and it has a bright, airy ambiance.
The only downside I can think of is street parking, but I always managed to find a (free) space within 50 meters of the front door.
Jean-Paul is very helpful and responds quickly to any questions.
Spacious, well-appointed, good location
This is a very spacious, well-appointed apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 separate WCs, a bathroom with shower, a living room with a sleeper sofa, and an extremely well-equipped kitchen. The property is spread over 3 floors. The entrance is on the ground floor, and steps lead up to the living room, kitchen, and one WC on the first floor (European usage). The 2 bedrooms, the bathroom with shower and a second WC are on the second floor. The steps are a bit narrow and carrying heavy luggage up the stairs could be a problem for some people. However, this is the only potential downside in an apartment which is otherwise very good value for money. The location is excellent, with restaurants and a grocery store (Carrefour) within a 5 minute walk. The train station, the Tourist Information office, the cathedral, multiple restaurants and shops, and Les Halles are all within walking distance (15-20 minutes). Free street parking is generally available. The host, Jean-Paul, is friendly, helpful, and responds quickly to text messages. We highly recommend this place.
