Great View!

Nice condo with great views of the ocean. The ocean is right off of the deck. Close to Destin and Fort Walton. Would stay here again.

Perfect stay

It was spacious, airy and clean. I loved that it was well stocked with dishes/pans to cook so we didn't have to eat out if we didn't want to. We didn't have time to use them, but there were even games in the closet. We loved our stay, and will definitely be back.

Good place

Good condo plenty of room, great view , complex has a good pool, cook out area. Complex does not have many luggage carts, and cable on main tv was in and out. Overall good value, good location, and clean.

We six girlfriends stay here. We had such a good time. The beach was beautiful and basically had a private pool. We went in November which may be why. It we so enjoyed it. Thank you

Beautiful view

The view was amazing. Only main compliant was beds was uncomfortable and some of the outlets wouldn't work. In kids room the TV wouldn't work unless the lights were on. But the condo was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Condo on the beach

Check in was very easy. Everything I needed to know was sent to my email. The only thing that bothered me as it just needs a good cleaning, floors were pretty dirty. Otherwise the condo was great. We had a great time in it. The beach was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. The beach service boys were so nice to us. They made sure we had a front row seat. We had a good stay for 2 weeks.

Great location, condo has a perfect layout, very clean, plenty pots, pans and utensils for cooking and beautiful decor. Problem? - no start up toilet paper, no start up paper towels and no kitchen dish towels, dish soap or scrub brushes. Will we try to stay here again? YES! Great condo! Loved it and loved our vacation.

Great Family Location

We have stayed at this condo twice now and really love the convenience and location. A great morning walk to the pier, or to grab a bite to eat. Local seafood spots and icecream are just blocks away. This particular condo is on the 5th floor and we enjoy the balcony views the most. We've never needed to turn the AC on because the breeze is perfect. This unit could use a deep clean but has all of the amenities we needed and from staying previously we knew we needed to bring extra paper products and trash bags, etc. The free chairs and umbrellas on the beach come in handy and the guys that put them out every day are really accomodating. For a family or 2 staying together this unit fits us comfortably.

Family beach trip

We loved the property. It's a smaller complex. I liked that, it was less people. Loved the location, off the busy road. But it was definitely with short distance of everything. The condo was very comfortable. The only problem was clean up attendant showed up 9 minutes before check out. She did not knock, she put the code in and was coming in. When we told her we would be out in a few minutes, they stayed right outside the door making it hard for us to get past her. Overall a great, quite place

Condo good /management not so good

The property size and view was wonderful. A/c made a racket but was bearable (we did not call about it) However the management company could not answer any questions asked and or gave wrong information when they did give an answer. Finally figured out they had to have had our condo mixed up with one somewhere else. Will not go throu them again.

ok condo, great view and location

Condo location and view were great. Condo was clean. There were somethings that needed to be updated like ceiling looked as it was coming apart, tubs were on the older side and one bathroom was missing a part of cabinet. Door missing for pantry, cheap fix on light switch in one bedroom that would turn off lights and all outlets at same time so you could not use the tv or plugs unless light was on. Front two bed rooms need curtains as bright lights from outside shine in room all night long. Kitchen could use a few more appliances. But overall 3/3 bedrooms and bathrooms are hard to find and it was clean with comfy beds. Had a great trip would not let those issue stop me from having a good time.

Awful! It had mold and stuff broken.

The unit we stayed in didn’t have finished base boards, there was water damage and mold underneath the sinks, the pantry door was gone, the laundry door broke off, the dishwasher didn’t work, then the kitchen had a water leak! I took pictures and sent them to RealJoy, the company we booked through and 1 person called me and said they would handle it. Then I didn’t hear back. Do not book this unit!!!!

Girls trip

The location of this property is great…the views from the balcony were amazing! One thing our whole party noticed as soon as arriving though was how filthy the floors were. They were so bad we all wore shoes indoors the entire time. I would expect the floors to get sandy/dirty during our stay but the were dirty when we arrived! Also, if you are looking to stay sotwherd there are at least a few basic condiments (salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc.) then this is not the place for you! They provide nothing! It’s kind of annoying if you want to cook and have to buy something simple for just a four day stay. Also, many of the outlets didn’t work. Overall none of these things caused us a bad experience…we all had fun but would not choose this specific property again.

Kristin, Thank you for letting us know that you had fun. If you had let us know that the property was not properly cleaned upon arrival we would absolutely have sent someone out to remedy the situation. Same with the outlets that didn't work. We will look into that at our next opportunity. You should have received an email prior to your stay letting you know that we provide a starter pack of bathroom and kitchen essentials so you should plan to bring your own or purchase these items once you get there. This is for your safety. We're glad you still had a good experience. We hope you enjoyed our beautiful beaches and had a safe trip home.
