Ce Mountain Lodge de 4500 pieds carrés présente des détails raffinés de style artisan, une vue incroyable sur les montagnes, un plan d'étage ouvert et spacieux, une cheminée de salon surdimensionnée, un bain à remous privé, des lits confortables, une baignoire de style jacuzzi et des cheminées dans la suite principale et la salle de jeux.
Vous vous sentirez comme chez vous dans cette luxueuse maison de vacances.

Avec quatre chambres somptueuses et cinq salles de bains, cette maison dispose de toutes les commodités raffinées que vous pourriez demander lors de vacances en montagne. Il y a deux grandes suites parentales offrant une vue imprenable sur la montagne, une avec baignoire jacuzzi et cheminée. Les deux autres chambres ont des lits queen et une salle de bain privée.

La grande salle avec ses plafonds voûtés et ses nombreuses fenêtres vous permet de profiter de la vue imprenable sur les montagnes toute l'année.

Après une longue journée sur la montagne, vous voudrez vous asseoir près de la cheminée à bois surdimensionnée dans le salon principal. Les planchers de bois franc ajoutent un autre élément de chaleur à la maison et il y a beaucoup de sièges pour se sentir à l'aise et se détendre sur le sectionnel surdimensionné.

La cuisine gastronomique est bien conçue et idéale pour recevoir des amis et la famille ou cuisiner lors de nuits fraîches. La salle à manger formelle pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes (avec la feuille ajoutée et 2 chaises si nécessaire) est située à côté de la cuisine. Configuration quotidienne 8 places avec 5 chaises et un banc.

L'aire de jeux est située en bas et dispose de son propre espace privé et confortable qui comprend un foyer au bois surdimensionné, une table de billard Brunswick et un baby-foot. Deux lits queen peuvent être installés dans la salle de jeux pour des couchages supplémentaires si nécessaire.

Sortez de la salle de jeux pour votre propre bain à remous privé et profitez de l'air frais de la montagne et des vues. Vous aurez accès à la piscine communautaire et aux courts de tennis du Last Sun situés à une courte distance. C'est vraiment la maison de vacances de luxe ultime!

Amazing views; beautiful home

We had a wonderful family/friends vacation! There was a small issue upon our arrival but the team worked with us and made our trip just as perfect as we anticipated. We would love the opportunity to stay here again!!

Perfectly Equipped Home in Ideal Park City Location

We had an amazing stay at this Park City home! The property was exceptionally well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just over 5-10 minutes from both Main Street and The Canyons, making it easy to explore the town and enjoy the slopes. We also loved the access to multiple local trails, which were just a short distance away and offered stunning views. The communication from the manager was top-notch; they were responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Great ski trip

House was beautiful. Easy access to ski areas. Roads well maintained even with plenty of snowfall during the week.Plenty of space for large group ranging from 3 to 63. Would definitely rent again.

Views for Miles!

One of the best VRBO experiences in Park City. Just steps from Round Valley, we hiked and snow shoed everyday in this winter wonderland of rolling hills and spectacular ridge trails, we even saw Moose and deer from the bedroom window! The location to Deer Valley for skiing was quick and convenient. Perfect location to everything yet you feel miles away in a serene setting in Park Meadows. Hot tub and 3 fireplaces a plus. Tom and his crew were always responsive and available for questions about the house or the area. Highly recommend a stay here and we will be back as soon as we can!

Great place to stay while skiing Park City!

I highly recommend Park Meadows! We stayed here for a week during high season (school break, February 2022) and everything met or exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean, well stocked, spacious with plenty of spots for two families of 5 to spread out, and has an awesome game room for all of the kids (and adults!) to hang out. The property is in a very nice community and only a 10 minute drive to Park City Mountain or downtown. We were pleasantly surprised that parking at the mountain was relatively easy, especially given it's the busiest week of the year. Finally, Tom and his team were super helpful with our questions and misc. requests along the way. You won't be disappointed!

A Wonderful Choice!

Great location, breathtaking mountain views and plenty of space to spread out in this impressive Park Meadows chalet. Our group of 9 adults had their privacy yet plenty of common area to gather and a wonderful kitchen to prepare our meals after a day on the slopes. The crew at TR Davis made the check-in and other instructions clear and easy. Worth every penny!

Look no further, this is the place to stay

I am a repeat customer of TR Davis and its homes like this that explain why. The property has every detail covered. From a massive kitchen with every tool needed (including spices) to cook for 4 or 14 guests, to large spread out cozy bedrooms allowing privacy when needed. It boasts two large living areas, both with fireplaces and entertainment from billiards to every popular board game for kids and adults. An excellent ski room for all of your things to dry, stay warm & organized. Great home for multiple families. And the TR Davis staff is just as classy as there homes! Thanks guys

Lovely condo with great views!

Probably our favorite place we have stayed in Park City in the past 10 years. Great location with hiking trails directly behind and easy access to all the ski areas. Plenty of space and a well-equipped kitchen.

The perfect home away from home!

We stayed in this beautiful home and can't say enough good things about it. The home has an open floor plan but at the same time feels very cozy. It was equipped with everything we needed from the well stocked kitchen to the fireplace, cozy living room, hot tub, comfortable beds and plenty of space for our guests. It was important to us to be close to the main street for dining and shopping. Great restaurants up and down Main Street! The owner/property management company was very attentive and personable and ensured our stay went smoothly. We will be back!

Beautiful 4-bdrm home with spectacular views

This owner did us a great favor by making this home available to our family of 7 adults (ages from 27 to 68) after another owner cancelled on us, and we already had our plane tickets. The description and photos were definitely not accurate--the home was much nicer, more "homey", with better views than pictures and words could possibly describe--we loved it--close to all the resorts, downtown, in a quite upscale neighborhood, spectacular mountain views, and great in-home eating facilities. We had each couple cook-in a favorite meal for three evenings instead of going out--great family fun with all the needed utensils and cookware. Even the pool table was actually nice (so many times pool tables look good in the pictures only to find they should have been replaced years ago). My sons and daughter-in-laws used the hot tub nightly-very relaxing. The fireplaces added a special "mountain feel" especially coming from Florida. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to enjoy our winter ski vacation in Park City. One of the rules of the house is to not where outdoor shoes in the house (my wife and the girls brought slippers), but they failed to mention that the house has a great "mud" room to keep all your outdoor clothes and shoes organized and ready to go (we kept our ski boots in the rental Suburban), making it easy to comply and keep the house clean. At one point, I asked one of my daughters-in-law how she rated the house from 1-10. She replied, "Are you kidding, it's a 15!!" By the way, we have stayed in Park City 5-6 times over the years and enjoyed the amenities of this home more than any other. We would definitely recommend this home to our best friends to assure a great stay in Park City.

Park City Perfection

This is our second year staying at the house for Sundance, and I would recommend it any time of the year. It's a beautiful home set against an idyllic backdrop. It's a quick Uber or drive to Main Street, and you can also get to Kimball Junction while avoiding most of the in-town traffic. The house itself is 5-star quality, the fireplace is a dream, and it's perfect for hosting large groups. Best of all, the owner and management company are amazing to work with, very accommodating.

Fantastic!

This is a beautiful home. It’s in a great location. The home had everything we needed for a family of 10 ranging in ages from 3-62. The owner and his staff were accessible and returned calls promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time staying at Eagle Cove. The house is in a great location 5 minutes from either the Canyons or Park City main lifts, and less than 10 minutes to Main Street. The view of Park City from the several house is stunning. There is plenty of space. We were 5 men on a trip and everyone was in a king or queen size bed with their own private bath. The house is decorated very nicely and well equipped with everything you could need including a hot tub to soak in after a day on the mountain.. I would stay here again.

2nd Time and will be back next year!

This is the second time we have rented the home in Park City and we were pleased again! Actually there was an improvement in that the owner upgraded the heater to have a humidifier so it was not so dry in the house. The home is close to Park City HS and a short drive from Deer Valley and Park City. You can now take the gondola over to Canyons so the location is perfect. The views from the house are fantastic and the house itself is very warm. 4 bedrooms and room downstairs for more with some additional mattresses. Large fireplace and a real cook's kitchen with Wolf oven/range I wish I had at home. Beyond the house(which we love), the folks we dealt with at TR Davis were super professional and got us everything we needed. They promptly returned our deposit and made us feel very welcome. I will definitely rent the property again, 5 stars for the team that took care of us!

Amazing home with a beautiful view and great location!

We stayed here for 5 nights and were so happy with this house. We had 7 adults and 1 child stay and had plenty of room in the house. The house was super nice. We had everything we needed and we cooked a lot while we were there. The owner (Tom) was so helpful, nice, and really fast at getting our questions answered when we had any questions for him. The location was amazing. So easy to get to everything. We skied Park City and the Canyons. It's pretty much in the middle between the two resorts. I would say maybe a little closer to the Canyons, but pretty much in the middle. We were also close to main street, restaurants, shopping, and ski rental places. The view was amazing. We would just sit out on the balcony and soak up the view. The hot tub was super nice after a day at the slopes. We loved having the pool table and tv downstairs. The fireplaces were nice to sit by and were really warm and cozy. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious home with luxury amenities

This is a great, spacious home with chef's kitchen. Perfect for our March ski week. We were 6 adults and were very comfortable, could have had more people without feeling crowded. Very close to three ski area (Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley) and close to Main Street, restaurants, shopping, movie theater, bowling and former winter Olympic site. Would rent it again.

Great View, Huge House, First Class! We will be back!!! Could not be happier with the property

We could not have had a better week in February for skiing. We loved the house and everything was in great condition. Dealing with the owner and property manager was great, they could not have been more accommodating. We had 9 people and there was plenty of room in the house. The two master bedrooms and huge living room have great views of the mountains as does the hot tub. The game room with the foosball and pool table was great and gave some separation for the large group. The Kitchen was perfect and had a huge island, so made for great family dinners. It was just a few minute drive to Deer Valley, Park City or Canyons and we skied all 3. Being 5 minutes from town was perfect as we had tons of space and a nice area for hiking as well. We will be back next year for sure!!

This is our second home and is a treat for us every time we go back, it never changes when we open that door to our home....I'm on vacation and hitting some of the best snow on earth. The summer and fall are slowly becoming as enjoyable as the winter season...okay, okay, it is still fantastic during the summer. If you don't rent from me, rent from someone in park city, you will love the people, the charming town and the fantastic resorts.
