Ce condo spacieux de 1150 pieds carrés avec trois chambres à coucher, deux salles de bains offre une vue magnifique sur le canal intérieur de la véranda. Ce condo est équipé d'un lit king size, d'un lit queen size et de 2 lits jumeaux, vos invités n'ont donc pas besoin de dormir sur un canapé! le condo a nouvelle télévision à écran plat (salon, chambre principale, chambre d'amis), DVD, câble numérique, Internet sans fil, laveuse / sécheuse dans la suite, lave-vaisselle et des comptoirs en granit.

Le complexe dispose d'une fabuleuse piscine chauffée (la plus grande de l'île), d'un barbecue et d'un belvédère avec 6 barbecues), d'un bain à remous, de salles de bain en bord de piscine et de quais de navigation pour les invités se trouvent tous dans le complexe de condos.

C'est une promenade très courte (3-4 minutes) aux plages de sable blanc du golfe du Mexique. Les restaurants, les théâtres et les magasins sont tous accessibles à pied ou montez dans le tramway si vous préférez.

Condo was nice. Kitchen is small but fine for the size of the condo. The pool was heated and large! Plenty of loungers and tables with umbrellas so that was our favorite. The beach is just across the street and easy to get to. We liked the location. Easy to go south to restaurants in Bonita Springs. I would stay here again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, in the future please take the time to read the description of a property before you commit to renting - our place states we are across the street from the beach, which we are. I suggest in the future to secure a place directly on the beach to limit the 4 minute walk.

Great vacation condo

We had a great trip, and loved the rental. It was clean and nicely appointed, with everything needed for a week away with the family. We made good use of the pool/hot tub area and liked the proximity to the next door plaza with restaurants, shops and ice cream. Communication with Vito was easy and always prompt. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Relaxing spot in south Ft. Myers Beach

The property is great. Lovely, heated pool. Close to beach. Well stocked with everything we needed. We chose to get groceries before arriving, as not many restaurants are back open in the area yet. Ft. Myers beach is still recovering from hurricane Ian. The condo is perfect though!

Family Spring Break

We can not say enough about our amazing experience staying at this condo. Vito was so helpful and timely with his responses to any questions that I had. It’s in a wonderful location (right across from the beach) and a short drive away from all the action on the north end of the island. Our condo was very clean and the people staying there were so friendly. I highly recommend this condo for any family with children of all ages. We had a blast!

100th Birthday

My family gathered from Maine, Boston, and California for our Aunt's 100th birthday party. This condo was the prefect gathering point. It is a lovely condo and the host was friendly and accommodating. We especially appreciated being so close to the beach for some fun in the sun. (Host has beach chairs and umbrella to borrow.) And the sunsets did not disappoint. Taking my coffee to marina to watch the manatees created special memories! yes, this is certainly a do again!

Spring break 2025

We had a fantastic time in fort Myers beach. The only issues we had were out of the hosts control. There was construction on the beach. This was disappointing. We couldn't walk very far down the beach in either direction. Also, the locals in our building were very grouchy and unfriendly. We definitely were not welcome by the pool.

Hello The beach area is currently undergoing a beach restoration project that will expand the shoreline by 250 feet. Once completed, guests will be able to enjoy uninterrupted walks along the entire beach from this location—something we’re very excited about! As for your experience at the pool, we’re truly sorry to hear that. In the 13 years we've hosted at this location, this is the first time we've received feedback like that. It’s certainly not typical, and we regret that you felt unwelcome during your stay. Thanks again for choosing our place—we’d love to host you again and hope your next visit is even better!

Christmas Getaway

We liked the location of the condo as it is at the South end of Ft Myers Beach so you don't have to deal with the heavy traffic All of the time. It was nice to be on the second floor and close to the elevator. it was nice that they had carts to bring your luggage and groceries up. it was nice to take a short walk across the street to the beach! Almost everything you need is furnished, such as soap, TP, Kleenex, Paper Towels which I did not expect.The pool is nice. We had plenty of room and enjoyed each day. Vito was very great to work with! I would highly recommend staying here. Thanks from our whole family!

Great location for our family

Rented the end of June. Condo is very well laid out with plenty of room and bedrooms were perfect for our group of 5. Very quiet (no noisy neighbors) and clean. Pool is bigger than most in the area and was never crowded. Short block and a half walk to the beach, which is very private and quiet. The shells were beautiful! Owner has several beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a couple of different sized coolers to use in a storage until on 1st floor so don’t have to lug upstairs. Property owner (Vito) is very responsive - we had questions about the TV and text him at 9pm and he called us right away. He was also very accommodating with check in - we arrived around 10am and he allowed us to enter early as the property was cleaned and ready to go. We will definitely be renting again and suggest to all of our friends.

Great Location - Comfortable Stay

In June 2024, the island was still recovering from Hurricane Ian and this was one of the few places open and reasonably priced. The condo was very nice, clean, and exactly as pictured. The lobby on the ground floor was air conditioned, but the elevator was not air conditioned. We saw 2 manatees and at times had the beach almost to ourselves. The beach is mostly across the street, just a short walk to the cross walk. The sofa and beds were comfortable. There were large TVs and most everything you could want in a condo. Communication with the owner was excellent with fast responses. Very informative and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful place to relax

We enjoyed the condo, the location and the quick responses from the owner. The beaches were short walking distance and have beautiful white sand. We enjoyed seeing star fish, sand dollars and shells. Also, sea turtle nesting areas and beautiful birds. Overall, it was a great place to relax and we look forward to returning!

Spring Break 2022

Vito’s condo met all of our expectations, clean, short walk to the beach, beautifully decorated, and located in an area less congested than at the north end of the island. Vito was a gracious and responsive host and we will definitely return!

Beautiful Condo

This condo was just right for our vacation!! Clean, spacious and everything we needed with 3 small children! Owner was great to work with!! Had a great time at the nice pool and the beach which was a short walk away!!
