Cette belle maison de 6 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bain est situé sur le côté océan de Sea Pines Drive à Sea Pines Plantation sur la belle île de Hilton Head. Le plan d'étage est fantastique pour la famille et les amis, une maison spacieuse avec deux espaces de vie. Les nouveaux propriétaires ont mis à jour les meubles, installé des téléviseurs à écran plat et plus encore. Au premier étage se trouvent le salon, la salle à manger, la cuisine, la demi-salle de bain, la buanderie et la grande suite parentale. A l’étage se trouvent un deuxième salon, une aire de jeux et les 5 chambres supplémentaires.

Le Red Cardinal est situé à quelques pas du Sea Pines Beach Club, où vous pourrez profiter du salon Ocean Lounge, du marché Surf Side et des animations en saison. Le Sea Pines Ocean Course et le Heron Point Clubhouse se trouvent également à proximité. Cette nouvelle installation de club de golf rivalise avec n'importe quel club de pays que vous avez visité dans le pays.

La piscine privée a de belles places assises et est adjacente à la cuisine et au salon en bas, la plage est à environ deux minutes à pied de la maison.

A few of the mattresses were uncomfortable and the spa wasn’t easy to get heated but that was also due to the amount of rain we received I was told. For a large group coming from multiple places and having any visitors the parking wasn’t ideal. Other than that everything was great.

Great dog friendly home right at beach

Great property, large house with many bedrooms, well laid out, oven didn't work on arrival but fixed within a day, master bed room very nice, some dated furniture but all clean and to be expected for a house that allows dogs, one neighbor who lived there near to property hated that we had dogs and confronted us on several occasions when we walked them and that was very uncomfortable

Major beach trip

The house is huge -but needs updating. The location is wonderful!! Just a short walk to the beach. The pool was nice. Hot water was the biggest issue. We had a great time!!

Good location and layout, but house needs attention.

I rented this house with a group of friends for the week. We had a great week but the house had some issues and we would not rent it again. The house had deferred maintenance items that should be addressed. These include: a large crack in the glass in the LR window; a broken vegetable bin in the refrig; peelling and and rotten wood on the stairs and the wood deck by the pool; the lip of the pool has separated from the top of the pool about 1/3 the length of the entire pool. In addition, the day we arrived we found 6+ dirty plates stacked in the kitchen cabinets with the clean dishes, a dirty floor in more than one of the bedrooms and baths, and a shower ringed with mold/mildew. We did find Beach Properties responsive when we phoned and would not hesitate to rent a property that they manage.

Loved the pool and ocean!

11 of us stayed here for 1 week in July. All the kids and adults were either in the pool or in the ocean most of the time. Aside from the oven and grill not working at first, they were both fixed in a timely manner and the house worked out very well. Comfortable, well stocked and well decorated.

Spacious beach house

The house was conveniently located to beach and plenty big for 7 adults and 2 small children. The layout was very quirky and the house itself a bit run down. Probably would not stay here again.

Perfect house and location!

We loved the house! We had more than enough room for only 8 of us and loved all the space. The pool was perfect and the walk to the beach was only 2 minutes. Being next to the Beach club was also a plus! We will definitely stay here again.

The house was gorgeous. Kitchen was amazing, beds we're very comfortable.

My only complaint about the house was the hot tub never got hot it was warm bath water temperature and the sauna didn't work at all which were both key features to the house when we booked it. Other than that the house was gorgeous and we loved our stay.

Thank you for staying with us, we appreciate it. The hot tub did go down and a part had to be ordered, so sorry it was not able to be repaired during your stay. The hot tub is up and working fine, regarding the sauna we have tested it and it is fine, no repair was needed. Glad you enjoyed the home and I hope you come back and stay again with us!

Close to beach, open space

Wonderful vacation. We had party of 12. The only thing I would have added would be another bedroom. Stocked well with kitchen items. Close to Beach.

Great location, great house, great management company!

A 2 minute walk to the beach, pool in the backyard, great layout for multi generation family. Plenty of space to spread out. Management company quickly responded to wasp nest we discovered. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the bathroom conditions in upstairs. We know they are working to improve them and they were mostly fine. When they are refreshed 5 stars no question!

Great Visit!

Property was in great shape and really nice. The only issue the for the whole stay was that the A/C unit for the lower portion of the house went out one afternoon and was quickly repaired.

Very comfortable and spacious

Our family of four shared this home with another family for the week (a total of four kids ages 12-17) for Spring Break. The boys each had their own room and the girls shared the room with the twin beds. With the adults in each of the master bedrooms, we even had a bedroom we did not use. There was plenty of room for everyone in the evenings and we enjoyed having two separate living rooms with well-equipped, new tv's. The location is perfect for riding bikes and the house has a garage for both cars and all eight bikes. This home is also a short walk to the beach and the beach club, which has a bar, restaurant, shops and a shuttle stop. We also enjoyed the pool (it was worth the amount we paid to have it heated!) and we made use of the grill to make some delicious dinners. I cannot think of any reason we wouldn't stay here again!
