Le week-end du Memorial Day jusqu'au week-end de la fĂȘte du Travail, les locations sont de 4 Ă  7 jours minimum Ă  185. 00 par nuit. Hors saison sont 3-4 nuits minimum Ă  125. 00 par nuit. Condo au rez-de-chaussĂ©e avec terrasse privĂ©e fermĂ©e, beaucoup d'espace pour garder vos fournitures de plage et vos vĂ©los. De nouveaux meubles de patio peuvent accueillir 6 personnes plus une petite table pouvant accueillir 2 personnes. À l'intĂ©rieur du condo, la salle Ă  manger peut accueillir 4 personnes, mais il y a une table pliante dans le placard de la chambre principale qui pourra Ă©galement accueillir 4 personnes. SituĂ© en face du complexe. Nouvelles fenĂȘtres et portes coulissantes en verre. FraĂźchement repeint, tous les nouveaux meubles. Nouveaux lits dans toutes les chambres, 1 lit queen en maĂźtre, 2 lits simples et 1 lit superposĂ© simple dans la deuxiĂšme chambre et un canapĂ©-lit queen. Ventilateurs de plafond dans tout le condo avec lumiĂšres. Cuisine avec cuisiniĂšre pleine grandeur, micro-ondes, grille-pain, ustensiles, mixeur et lave-vaisselle. Laveuse / sĂ©cheuse situĂ©e Ă  l'intĂ©rieur du condo. TV 43 pouces dans chaque chambre avec wifi gratuit et cĂąble. À quelques pas de la piscine extĂ©rieure et des courts de tennis, ont Ă©galement une piscine intĂ©rieure pour les jours de pluie. Courte distance de marche de CVS, Food Lion, Dunkin Donuts et bar-restaurant Crab Cake Factory et de nombreuses autres attractions. Les articles de toilette, les serviettes et les draps (draps, taies d'oreiller, couvertures, serviettes et torchons) doivent ĂȘtre fournis par le locataire mais peuvent ĂȘtre fournis par le propriĂ©taire moyennant des frais supplĂ©mentaires. 6 laissez-passer pour la piscine sont fournis ainsi que 2 laissez-passer de stationnement. Il n'y a pas de places de parking rĂ©servĂ©es. Si les laissez-passer sont perdus ou non retournĂ©s, des frais de service de 25 $ seront dĂ©duits de votre dĂ©pĂŽt de garantie pour chaque laissez-passer. DĂ©solĂ©, pas d'animaux et ne louera Ă  personne de moins de 25 ans. Un contrat de location sĂ©parĂ© sera envoyĂ© au locataire une fois la rĂ©servation effectuĂ©e. Great experience from booking through departure!

Our family of 5 had a quick stay im OCMD for a softball tournament. Beth was quick to respond to both emails and text messages and provided a great linen company for towels and bedding. The property was well-maintained with a great location and all the kitchen appliances and washer/dryer needed for our family.

Family extended weekend outing

Property was easy to find with GPS. Apond arriving will stay that gate little tricky to get use to opening with code but we all got the hang of it. Condo was clean and tastefully. Beds for 3 of us little to hard but its daughter slept great. Great spot to be if you don't want over crowed beaches, 19 minutes to boardwalk plenty of stores near like wawa and cvs.. would do again

Beautiful vacation spot!

We’re a family of 5 with two of our kids being younger. Ocean City has a lot of areas where it is loud and has a bit of a rowdy crowd. I am so grateful we stayed in this condo - as we were far enough away to not hear the constant party going of the younger crowd, but close enough we still got to enjoy the best of the beach. The pool was by far our family’s favorite. It was also close to the grocery stores and some cute little shops - all within easy walking distance for even the tiniest feet. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot for our family. The host was also super responsive and helpful to all our needs. She helped make sure we were comfortable and answered any questions we may have had. This place is one of those hidden gems you tell others about so they can book it too. Definitely can’t wait to repeat this experience again next year!

Great Condo!

This was a great 2 bdrm condo just a block and a half from beach. Food lion and other stores walking distance away. Beth was very helpful and the cons was super clean and cozy. Would def recommend!

Beautiful Condo steps from the pool and close to the beach.

The location was perfect for us. Dunkin, Wawa, Fast Eddie’s, food lion, and CVS were all walking distance. We were equally between the bay and beach for perfect sunrise and sunset pictures. The condo was very clean. Very quiet area. Even though the pool is steps away, you never hear anything inside the condo. I definitely would recommend staying here.

Perfection

I have been to Ocean City before and this condo by far beat every other. First, there was the comfort level and beautiful decor. My daughters and I had plenty of room and the decor was relaxing and nicely updated. We also enjoyed the private patio each day. Having 2 bathrooms with showers available was a huge bonus. Next, the location was perfect. We walked to food shops, the beach, Dunkin Donuts and we even did an escape room located in the shopping center next door. This unit is just steps to the outdoor pool which was so convenient especially with kids. Luckily the weather was great but if we needed the indoor pool is was a quick walk away. Lastly, Beth was great to work with. She communicated well and if anything was needed I knew how to contact her easily. We look forward to returning the next time we visit Ocean City. Thanks for letting us stay 🙂

Great Week with the Family

Beth was a great communicator from day one. This is a great place to stay in close proximity to everything you need. The condo is well maintained and clean, it’s a very nice home away from home. The patio is a plus and the pool is a very short walk away. I would highly recommend this place for family, you will not be disappointed. We hope to return next summer.

Beautiful condo with convenient location

I was so pleased with Beth's condo in Ocean City for myself my husband and my 5-year-old daughter! The location was perfect for everything we needed as we did not need to get in the car at all! It was awesome having a pool right outside our door and the beach just a short walk away! There was plenty of space with extra for the three of us and it could not have been cleaner. Everything was very convenient especially the electronic lock and having the enclosed patio area to rinse off was great! My 5-year-old loved the bunk beds especially! Thank you Beth for everything, The early check-in was super helpful! Would love to stay again next year!

Great place to stay in OCMD

The condo was clean and looked better than in the pics! Our family of four fit comfortably and having 2 bathrooms was a plus! The outside courtyard was always shaded and made for a nice eating spot, and a place to keep our beach stuff. The condo was super close to the pool and a quick walk to the beach. I would stay here again next year and recommend this condo to other family members. Overall a great experience!

Great Condo, perfect location!

The condo was terrific, nicely furnished and very updated! The owner Beth was very responsive and easy to work with. The location of the condo is very convenient close to many restaurants, stores and a short walk to the beach. I definitely would stay in this condo again!

Great location, cozy condo

We had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were clutch. The kitchen had all the right supplies and was easy to use. The bedrooms were a nice size with plenty of storage. Having 2 bathrooms was wonderful. so kids can have their own space. The proximity to the beach, restaurants, the pool and the grocery store was fantastic! We liked staying far off the boardwalk, as sun, sea and sand were all we wanted. Highly recommend. And the host was extra-helpful. 10/10!

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful time in OCMD. Our place was in a great location! It was a short walk to the beach and located by many local shops. We loved that it was far enough away from the busier part of OCMD but with a short distance of the boardwalk to enjoy a night out! Communication with the owner was amazing! We hope to stay here again!

Great Experience

Booking the property was very simple and the property was just as it was described. The check in process was very easy. This is the 3rd place in this community that we've rented and it's definitely my favorite. The owner was very friendly, offering any assistance if needed.

Beach getaway

had a great time at this property..close to many stores. And only 2 walks from the beach. The owners responded very quickly, they were also very accommodating. We really liked that the condo was the 2nd one from the front. The fenced in patio made it very easy with little ones.

Comfy OC Oasis

This property was a perfect fit for our family. We had 2 adults and 4 kids ranging in age from 4-12. The condo was very clean upon arrival, had so many amenities of being home, and the owner was lighting fast with her response any time we needed to ask her a question. The location of this condo alone is such a selling point: two blocks from the beach and EVERYTHING is in walking distance (Food Lion, CVS, Wawa, 7-11, restaurants galore!!) My kids took full advantage of the pool every day after we returned from the beach, the older ones were able to walk to Sunsations and browse other stores by themselves, and we adored being able to sit and eat outside. The wifi lock was a god sent when dealing with multiple kids. So we never feared of there not being enough keys. Thanks again Beth for allowing us to stay in your home! We WILL be back next year!!
