Bonjour. Merci de vérifier notre maison propre et contemporaine à Saint Joseph! Nous l'appelons la Lincoln House. Récemment rénovée exclusivement pour la location à court terme, notre maison de 2 chambres à coucher est l'endroit idéal pour faire des souvenirs durables avec les amis et la famille. Situé dans un quartier calme, à quelques minutes en voiture du centre-ville, des plages du lac Michigan, des établissements vinicoles et des brasseries. Beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire dans ce lieu de vacances. Notre emplacement est également à seulement 40 minutes en voiture de Notre Dame. Les hôtes sont Rich et Rhonda, toujours disponibles pour répondre et aider.

Great stay!

Great little house with everything we needed for our few days! The home was clean and well stocked. We never heard noise from the neighborhood or streets, which was great since we're light sleepers. There was extra bedding & beach towels available. The washer & dryer were convenient. It was about a 10 minute drive to Silver Beach & all the downtown shops. The price was comparable to staying in some hotels on the same dates, with a lot more space for our family.

The neighborhood is quiet and 15 minutes from downtown St Joe. Everything was clean and stocked. The owners thought of a lot of details for a wonderful stay!

Great rental, close to the beach!

The house is fantastic. There is plenty of space, it's very clean, comfortable beds and couches, all decorated so cute. Couldn't ask for a better location, 15 minutes to several great beaches and the town of St Joseph, less than 5 minutes to grocery. We usually visit St Joseph's every year and we will definitely book this house again!

The hosts have clearly worked hard to provide a clean and comfortable rental. The beds and furniture are comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked with whatever cookware you might need. The hosts are very responsive. The Lincoln House is a short drive to Lake Michigan and was perfect for our needs. We would absolutely rent again!

Quiet And Restful

We were pleasantly surprised. The accommodations were comfortable and quiet. Communication was quick and easy and we very much enjoyed our stay. The two different beds and assortment of pillows made it easy to find the right sleeping arrangement, and the location was not only easy to get to, but also a near-perfect central location for what we were hoping to do while there. It was a very, very nice stay. Again, thank you so much for sharing your place with us.

Had a lovely weekend at St. Joe's

This cottage was perfect for a weekend getaway. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. Both the living room couch and beds were comfortable. There's plenty to do in the area. Me and my husband enjoyed the peace and quiet. Thank you for having us Rich & Rhonda

Peaceful home

We had a great time staying at Lincoln House! The blackout curtains in the bedroom were a big help. 5 minute drive to St. Joe, 10 minutes to Silver Beach. The amenities were exactly as listed. Easy check in and check out.

Another Great Family Getaway!

We love staying at the Lincoln House! This was our second time and we will be back again next year! Rhonda & Richard always keep an immaculate property and we love the updates they did since our last stay -- especially the beautiful outdoor deck! They are very responsive hosts and always create a warm welcome and the perfect home away from home for a family vacation -- thank you! :)))

Great little two bedroom

House was clean and exactly as pictured. Only downside was not knowing that walking places isn’t an option due to proximity and lack of sidewalks but that’s not really specific to this property and more just something we weren’t aware of!

SAND SO SOFT AT SILVER BEACH!

House was well supplied😁 Fans were a little noisy, but we did sleep. We needed to do more research to find were to RENT dune buggies, and to charter a short boat ride. We did the last evening figure out the TAXI BOAT😁 Car show and Farmers market was some good activities. Loved Silver Beach, enjoyed the seagulls!, sand Sooo SOFT and CLEAN. Volleyball and splash pad nice additives. Water was too rough for us first timers to try paddle boarding . St Joeseph and Silver Beach is a place we’ll come back too. 👍🏼

Great House in a Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house for Thanksgiving. It allowed us to be near family but still have our own space. The house is clean and the location is fantastic. We can see why this would be a wonderful option in the summer when you're looking to go to the beach. There was one little thing that threw us off on Thanksgiving because of our tradition of watching football (no live tv...just streaming options) but we communicated with the owner and we were able to troubleshoot that. Owner was very responsive. We do wish there were dressers in the bedrooms as it was a little challenging to put our things away/put things down/stay organized but those are just personal preferences and didn't impact our overall rating at all. If you're looking for a lovely, remodeled house to stay at with your family, we'd definitely recommend this house as an option. Thanks for everything!

Relaxing Stay

My son, sister, and I stayed while we attended a family event. The house was very comfortable and relaxing. Bonus points for having baby stuff! It made the quick weekend trip easier to pack for.

After retiring, we wanted something to keep us busy. Rhonda worked as a nurse for many years. Richard was a marriage and family therapist with a private practice. We moved to this area in 2013 because we had visited many times, and always saw ourselves retiring here. It eventually became a reality, and we have never regretted it. We are always available for questions or assistance. We live two minutes away.
