Duplex récemment rénové situé à 1,5 km du village de Lake George. Les unités haut / bas sont identiques à un escalier intérieur qui les relie. Chaque unité dispose de 2 chambres avec 5 lits, 1 salle de bain, grand salon, comptoirs en granit et appareils en acier inoxydable. Les deux unités comprennent un porche privé à l'extérieur du salon. À la fin de la journée, profitez du foyer en granit et de nombreux jeux de jardin tout en faisant griller des guimauves dans un lieu sûr et calme. 1/4 mile de I 87. Vaste parking.

Convenient location to enjoy Lake George

Property was great for our family. Location had great access to Lake George and the surrounding areas. the property was well maintained, and the fire pit was great for enjoyable adult time once the little ones were down for the night.

Perfect Getaway!

Me, my husband and friends had a very comfortable stay and will definitely book again! It was the perfect distance from Lake and we got to enjoy the Winter Carnival just a 6 minute drive from all fun.

Perfect location, has everything you need. Beds are comfy and house has everything you need. Close proximity to Lake George main area. Would definitely come back.

Ski weekend

Our stay was amazing! The property had everything that we needed and Mike was so nice to accommodate us arriving a bit earlier than expected. The kids loved all the available games We will definitely be returning !

Wonderful family vacation

Very clean and convenient home The layout was great for a large family with plenty of room for sleeping and lounging. It has a well equipped kitchen on each floor. It’s conveniently located close to Lake George Village and has a private yard with fire pit, grill and lots of yard games. We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable home!!

Best place ever!!

The property is beautiful! From details large to small, the owner has thought of everything. Beautifully appointed and so clean. I can’t remember a nicer stay anywhere. So much better than a hotel! I can’t wait to stay there again. The firepit was amazing. We had a group of friends and we are already making plans for next time! Staying there is a must!

Perfect Lake George Trip

The house was a perfect setup for our family of 10. There is plenty of bed space and a nice open concept to both floors. The kids enjoyed the big yard and the adults liked the patio and fire pit. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Lake George area.

What a gem!

My family has been renting from Mike for 4 years now. This house is lovely! Decorated beautifully and plenty of space to hold larger groups. Having the separated floors was interesting but worked so well for my family. The outdoor space is cozy and very inviting. It’s only 2 miles from the village and 7 minutes to the outlets. Being right off the northway was very convenient! I would highly recommend, this house does not disappoint!

This is my family’s second year in a row booking this house. Everything about this property is perfect! Before and during our arrival all of our questions were answered in a timely manner. As soon as you walk into the house you know/ smell that it has been freshly cleaned. Even better, you have everything you need (minus food and drink). You are provided with WiFi, clean towels and bedding, paper towels, toilet paper, clean dishes, coffee makers, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The outside of this property is also amazing! We had two grills, a fire pit, hammock, and multiple games that we all enjoyed! Another amazing perk- you are approximately a 2-4 minute drive to the main strip of Lake George! My family and I are already picking our 2024 vacation week so we can book this house!

Fantastic Group Getaway!

We had 10 adults stay for a weekend and were thrilled with the property. Everything was clean, the host was positively lovely and easy to contact, and the location was great for the activities we had planned in the area. We would love to return in warmer weather and get full use of the outdoor amenities. Highly recommend!

5 Star Lake George Family Getaway

This vacation home is AMAZING! Upon arriving at this location I noticed how clean, modern and tidy the house was. We were greeted with a welcome packet, clear WiFi directions, and to do packets about Lake George. The bedrooms are huge and easily fit the 5 adults and 4 kids (ages 2-5), comfortably. Not only was the house beyond comfortable, it was filled with amazing amenities such as WiFi, washer and dryer, a hammock (which provided hours of fun), a tv in the living room and all of the bedrooms and other entertaining outside games. Seeing as this house is literally two minutes from town, I didn’t think we would be spending much time in it. However, my children had such a great time just at the house, we ended up spending a few nights at the house roasting marshmallows and enjoying the property. I can’t wait to rent this house again next year!

October Getaway

The property was very clean and perfect for a large group or multiple families. The house had everything you need inside and out. From two kitchens to the deck to the fire pit, it was just as advertised! I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway.

Beautiful home 5 minutes out of town! Our host went out of his way to accommodate us! Plenty of space in the house to cook and enjoy time with our guests. The fire pit was a huge success for gathering and s’mores! Would highly recommend staying here!

Great week with family and friends

The property was fantastic! Close to everything in the area. Clean, comfortable beds and furniture. Enough kitchen tools and utensils to cook a good meal. S'mores with everyone in the comfortable Adirondack chairs around the fire pit. Highly recommend the Gipson's Lake George Duplex.
