Vous avez trouvé votre maison loin de chez vous! Ce bungalow de cabine adapté aux cyclistes est LE refuge de destination PARFAIT. Que vous souhaitiez explorer tout ce que vous offre le magnifique Northwest Arkansas ou si vous envisagez de rester à deux roues sur le sentier, cet endroit est fait pour vous! Profitez du paysage naturel qui vous entoure en vous détendant dans l’un des trois GRANDS porches couverts de ce terrain de coin niché à quelques pas des sentiers Back 40. Oui, vous m'avez bien entendu marcher, marcher ou faire du vélo jusqu'au sentier, AUCUNE VOITURE NÉCESSAIRE! :)

Rassemblez-vous autour du foyer ou faites une sieste sous les arbres dans le hamac. Faites ce que votre coeur désire parce que vous vous sentirez comme à la maison!

Cuisine complète avec tous les services que vous pouvez imaginer.

Le sous-sol est la résidence des propriétaires quand elle ne voyage pas. Je peux être loué à certains moments de l'année avec préavis. Envoyez un message à Linda si vous souhaitez réserver l'intégralité de la propriété.

Vous aurez bien sûr accès à toutes les résidences de l'étage, y compris la buanderie, les porches et le foyer, ainsi que le parking couvert. Il est également possible de se garer de l’autre côté de la rue tant que vous ne bloquez pas la partie non pavée de Northampton Dr.

Le site de camping-car est disponible moyennant des frais supplémentaires à la location avec des branchements complets comprenant 50 ampères, de l'eau et des égouts si vous avez assez de tuyaux et de tuyaux. Vous pouvez également utiliser le site pour un bateau ou un véhicule de plaisance limité à une semaine et moyennant un préavis d'une semaine complète. La charge sera de 30 $ par jour supplémentaire pour le stationnement. Envoyez un message à Linda une semaine à l’avance si vous êtes intéressé. Le studio en sous-sol est également disponible à la location pour adultes uniquement sur arrangement spécial, alors n'hésitez pas à nous contacter.

Very nice cabin

We were visiting family in Bella Vista. The cabin was so nice and cozy that we all wished we could have spent more time there. Very nice complete with grill ( that we wished we could have used family cooked every meal). Clean comfortable and a very nice location. Would highly recommend!

Back 40

This was our first visit to the area and we will definitely be back. The host made us feel as though we were old friends coming for a visit. She gave us great suggestions of places to go see and showed us all the hiking trails in the area. The cabin was in a perfect location for quiet and restfulness. We will plan on staying with Linda each time we come back.

Open the door to your new home-base: a very clean, well-maintained, nicely-appointed property. There's a full kitchen if you want to prepare your own meals, & after a day filled with whatever adventures you choose to partake in, you can count on a warm shower & a good night's sleep in a comfy bed made up with nice linens. Great mountain biking getaway

Great location just steps away from the back 40 trail! Cabin is very clean and quiet. Perfect for coffee (or wine) on the porches. Linda our host was fabulous! It was like having our own personal trail guide. She gave great suggestions and routes to take. And even brought me extra bandages when I fell off my bike. I would definitely recommend staying here and hopefully we will be back soon! So many trails and so little time. Loved our stay.

It was so easy to book!

The property was so beautiful! Secluded but yet not too far away from a grocery store, medical assistance, shopping, and adventures! My kids loved exploring the woods behind the house, and the cute little fire pit! Bring lawn chairs but we made do with a thick blanket to sit on! We are easy to please! Mrs.Linda was beyond helpful and friendly. The beds were beautiful, and comfortable, the kitchen appliances were up to date. It’s a precious home! We felt so welcomed.We hope to come back soon!

Quiet! Comfortable! Roomy! Wildlife Viewing! Quiet!!!

Seldom do we stay in such a roomy, comfortable, QUIET place! The upstairs of a two level duplex, we were more than pleasantly surprised at its size, it’s location (at the end of the street, nestled in the woods), the extant kitchen amenities (I cook a LOT) plus the comfort of the beds. The owner lives below (on-site) and she is just WONDERFUL!!! She is helpful in every way! Fire pit outside, starter material, lighter and wood are readily available but be careful of how much wine you drink while you enjoy a very pleasant evening outside! Laundry is ez access and all appliances are in excellent shape. You might stay in more ‘modern’ places but you will not find a more engaging, comfortable place!

Super clean and quiet

Loved this property. Nicely decorated, clean and well maintained. Enjoyed sitting out on the front porch and enjoying the peace and quiet. Linda, the host, lives in the unit below and was helpful and friendly, but was very considerate of our space and use of the house. Would definitely stay here again.

We were in town visiting family, and this cabin was an awesome place to both crash and just “get away” for some quiet time. Linda was a great host and made sure both our needs were met and that we were comfortable. This is a great place to stay!

Bella Vista Cabin

Cabin was extremely comfortable and wonderfully decorated and appointed. Area was perfect as a home base to explore NWA. Hostess Linda was warm and friendly and made the stay wonderful.

Amazing place.....amazing owner!

This property was spot on as it was listed. The scenery and the cabin itself could not have been better and that is not to mention the owner. She was awesome.....truly responsive and as helpful as she could possibly be. The access to the Back 40 was outstanding as it was only 100 or so yards away. We feel like we made a new friend, have a second home, and will certainly be going back in the future!!

Loved the property and Linda was great! It was a little further from town than we anticipated.

We loved the property. Linda was great and everything we needed was already there. The only downside is that there is only one shower. A small drop in shower where the linen closet is in the front bath would make the house perfect. Will definitely stay again!

The Perfect Stay

We came into town for the Epic Rides OZ Trails race last weekend and stayed at Linda's place. Couldn't have been more happy with all aspects of the weekend, but the cabin was one of those perfect parts to the stay. Everything in the cabin was beyond our expectations, and we stayed for 5 days and everything we needed was there. Bonus to the location is that you can drop right into a little secret trail across the street that takes you right down to the Back 40 trail system! Linda is the perfect host, she really cared about making our stay perfect. We'll be back next year!

Weekend of Relaxation

The cabin is a perfect weekend get-a-way to relax and renew yourself. Out enough to relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the woods, but close enough to historic and tourist locations if you do want to get out and explore the area. The cabin was spotlessly clean and so welcoming you instantly relax when you enter. The owner Linda was amazing. She was so friendly and helpful making sure we had everything we needed, and was a wealth of information. She was very responsive to calls and text even about the simplest of questions about the area. When you meet her you instantly feel like you have made a new friend. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to get away or to visit the many nearby tourist locations.

Best Place in Bella Vista

This was our 1st time not using a motel when visiting the area. I wish I would have found this location years ago. Accommodations were Great!!!. Very Clean, Great Location, Great Owner. Owner even got us fishing passes for an area lake. Location was within a few miles of shopping, dining, and area attractions . Will definitely try and book this same location when visiting NW Arkansas in the future. Very highly recommended.

Mountain bikers and nature lovers, this cabin should be on your short list

While many places require driving to the trail head, the cabin is actually in the trail system so every day you can start your ride with an easy cruise away down a quiet dead end road. The trail system has many connecting trails making for many route options to ride or hike including the 22 mile long Back 40 ride, Ledges and many others. The large TV, comfortable furnishings, well equipped kitchen and washer and dryer mean that as a long as you bring enough food you can just ride, recharge and ride again. As such, the cabin is a great central location for days mountain biking, enjoying the many birds in the surrounding woods or if you need a recovery day, taking a quick drive into Bentonville to visit the world class Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. Thank you Linda for a wonderful stay.

Hi! I’m Linda B Fieth aka ElBeezMovinOn on IG and FB! I purchased my cabin in September of 2018 after travelling and living full time in a Class A Motorcoach all over the South and Southwestern US. When I decided to purchase a home was simply nothing that offered as much value as Northwest Arkansas! The biking is top notch as is the arts and all outdoor living music to nightlife to MTB trails or hiking or will want to come back for a longer stay I promise! Come enjoy my Cabin with it’s wonderful location deep in the woods; a firepit for your evenings, covered patios to enjoy in all weather, and so much will definitely want to come back!

You are surrounded by trails!!! It’s very quiet and private traffic you’re 20 minutes away from downtown Bentonville and only 45 minutes from Fayetteville! The hiking and biking is literally right out the door!

45 minutes from Eureka Springs. 30 minutes from Beaver Lake. 15 minutes from Tanyard Creek Falls trail. 20 minutes from the downtown square of Bentonville (home of Walmart) with it’s museums, bike trails, restaurant and excellent night life. 15 minutes from the world famous Crystal Bridges Art Museum (free admission paid by Walmart) 30 minutes to the Walmart AMP outdoor concert venue (check out the calendar online!
