Cette unité est nouvellement mis à jour avec tous les conforts de la maison. Situé à l'extrémité est d'un complexe de 24 unités qui est directement en bord de mer avec une vue magnifique. Aqua Villa est un complexe ancien et calme qui s’est avéré être un favori des familles. Beaucoup de nos invités viennent à Aqua Villa depuis de nombreuses années. Vous pourrez profiter de la grande piscine en bord de mer et des grillades au bord de la piscine. Cette unité est une unité de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Le porche côté balcon privé a une table et 4 chaises. Profitez du service de plage composé d'un parasol et de deux chaises installés chaque jour devant le complexe. Nous gardons également 2 chaises supplémentaires dans l'unité pour votre plaisir à la plage

This is our second time staying at Aqua Villa, our first in this unit. It had everything we needed and the location could not have been better. Literal steps from the beach. Love that the beach service was included and already set up for us! We love this smaller building, as the beach area right in front of the condo is much less crowded than the high rises. Our week was perfection! The only note I would add for future guests is that the designated smoking patio is directly below this balcony. So if you are a non smoker that might be something to consider. Otherwise this is a fantastic unit. We will be back!

My teenage son rated this place as one of his top three. We loved the short walk to the beach, double balconies, clean room, everything we needed was provided plus more. There was a woman on site who was constantly cleaning and picking up and making the place nice.

Beach stay

Our condo was as advertised in the listing, the views were amazing and all was very clean. Unfortunately the elevator was completely broken and we were only notified a few weeks before our visit even though it had apparently been down for months. Not supposed to be fixed until Jan 2025 so take that into thoughts if booking before then. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

Sugar Sands Vacation Rental

Thank you for sharing a great property to spend our week long visit to Fort Walton Beach. The condo was exactly as described, very clean and beautiful views of the ocean. We loved the easy access to the beach also. The property’s elevator was unfortunately broken for the week, but it was communicated prior to our arrival, and it didn’t have much effect on our stay other than unloading our things. We would recommend this condo for future stays.

Love this area!

Reviewer Comments: this is the 2nd yr we stayed at the agua villa, 1st time stay at 301 and you get exactly what you are described..the view is gorgeous. the kitchen has every pot, pan, utensil you can think of.you were close to everything so when you did go somewhere the drive wasn't long. all the other guest at the villa were extremely nice again. we didn't want to leave

Condo is not as advertised. The couch in living room does not make into bed. Also found live and dead bugs in the kitchen while we were there. The bunk bed is nice and big enough for grown kids to sleep. Nice and clean pool, loved the side balcony with the condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo we stayed in unit 301 was very clean and comfortable. There were a few roaches in the condo. This was probably due to spraying being done in another condo per the maintenance guy who was nice about it. Site needs to decide on being pet friendly or not. The facility is NOT but I guess some owners are. Therefore we had a barking dog all day for the first day and a half from the people below us. Sugar Sands was able to rectify the problem quickly. The facility itself is a bit small, elevator is tiny and only one way in or out. They locked the side gate on us about midway thru the week for some reason so our quick access to the vehicle went away although the people with the barking dog below somehow managed the code to the lock. DO NOT signs everywhere. Maybe from many years of vacationer abuse idk. If your looking for seashells? None here. Fish? They must all hang down at the pier. The water is beautiful the sand is gorgeous, but the locals could be a little more hospitable for sure. I thought the guy at Adventure Island was gonna beat me up with a crescent wrench for facing the wrong direction for 2 min. trying to turn my trailer around. I was taking video of the fireworks show on July 4 on the beach and the lady from barking dog condo called me a pervert. Geeesh people. Take a chill pill. Needless to say. We still had a good time. But probably wont be returning.

Quite- Easy to get to shops/store.

Property was well represented in ad. Sounds of the surf was nice. Rental was perfect, kitchen is stocked well for cooking. Furniture and beds comfortable. Will rent again when in the area. Older building but exterior clean and functional. Rental is updated to todays standards and features.

Perfect Peaceful Beach Condo

My family enjoyed a few days of beach and pool time. We felt close to everything in Destin and Fort Walton Beach while also feeling like we could get away from the crowds at our own beach. The corner condo unit had the most beautiful ocean views and was so quiet. The condo was clean and the kitchen well stocked. My girls enjoyed the bunk room and the easy access to the pool and beach. We will definitely be back!
